The Holistic Health Show, November 8, 2014
Guest, Dr Anu Abraham
Anu Abraham, PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy who specializes in mind/body work and is an empath.
Anu incorporates her experience from traditional Physical Therapy and her passion/understanding of the mind-body connection to foster truly integrative therapy. The relationship between the subconscious mind and its direct influence on the health of the body are connected and therefore addressed. In all conditions, the mind and body are not separate.
Anu, an empath, can facilitate a release in the body while shifting perspective in the mind to relieve stress which will help to relax and give space for the body to heal, as long as the mindand body allow the release. The sessions with her are both powerful and empowering as information and awareness of what the body is holding is provided.

The Holistic Health Show
Beat the Odds. Avoid Chronic Illnesses and Prescribed Medications. The Holistic Health Show teaches you how using Mind, Body, Spirit, Relationship, Environment, and Political Interventions.
This show could save your life by providing you with comprehensive holistic interventions for staying well and overcoming illnesses. Staying healthy and overcoming illnesses involve a combination of body-mind-spirit-environment-relationship-political interventions. I believe these should be the most effective ones available and also the least caustic and invasive.
The host uses and recommends a combination of holistic interventions for maximum effectiveness in maintaining health but many guests will present an in depth discussion on one aspect of the whole. Interventions in the six areas identified above should be used together, however, for maximum effectiveness.
