Finding Harmony, Transcending Life Through Energy and Nature
This soulful conversation between Aloha and Beverly explores the transformative power of intentional living and the shift from a "mechanical" existence to one of deep gratitude. They delve into the healing properties of nature, the indestructible nature of energy, and the importance of reclaiming one's mystical origins in a world of "imitation."
The Foundation of Presence and Morning Rituals
Beverly emphasizes that a meaningful day begins with intentional order and presence. Her morning routine is centered on "sitting with herself" and physical purification, specifically using a liver-cleansing drink of warm water with key lime and lily of the valley tea. This practice allows her to remain grounded even when daily plans do not map out exactly as expected, fostering a mindset where "everything is as it should be".
The Law of Energetic Attraction
A central theme of the discussion is that "everything is energy." The speakers posit that relationships, environments, and even the people we work with are not accidental; they are drawn into our lives based on our own internal frequency. Beverly suggests that if one is unhappy with their surroundings, they must look inward rather than at others, as we are the "common denominator" of our experiences. This perspective shifts the focus from being a passive observer to an active creator of one's social and energetic landscape.
Nature as the Original Healer
The dialogue contrasts "imitation life"—processed foods, screens, and artificial goals—with the "original energy" found in nature. Beverly highlights the Dandelion as a powerful, free gift from nature that cleanses the liver and gallbladder, symbolizing resilience and strength. Furthermore, they discuss the science of "tree hugging," noting that trees absorb negative ions and energy from the atmosphere and can similarly help humans discharge negative energy when touched or hugged.
Intuitive Living and the Removal of Filters
Aloha introduces the concept of "elevation exercises," such as driving without monitoring speed or time, to rely purely on intuition. By removing the "filters" and rigid criteria we often place on our lives, we open ourselves to a broader experience of joy. They suggest that reducing our requirements down to a single desire—such as joy or peace—removes the obstacles to experiencing bliss in the "ever-present now".
The Journey of Service and Karma
Beverly shares a personal revelation regarding her past lives, noting that she once existed as royalty and was served by others. In this lifetime, her "work" and karma are centered on service. Despite initial resistance, she has spent the last 16 years running her restaurant, "All The Way Live," finding profound healing and purpose in providing healthy food and a harmonious environment for her community.
The conversation serves as a reminder that we are not passive victims of circumstance, but "light beings" with the power to manifest the lives we desire. By returning to the "heart," which the speakers define as our true home, and aligning with the original energies of nature, we can transcend the "imitation" world and live in a state of perpetual expansion and joy.

[00:04] Speaker 1: (instrumental music plays) Aloha. Aloha, Beverly.
[02:02] Speaker 2: Aloha.
[02:04] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[02:04] Speaker 2: How are you today?
[02:06] Speaker 1: Uh, all the way live. (laughs)
[02:10] Speaker 2: (laughs) Okay.
[02:11] Speaker 1: And aloha to ev-
[02:13] Speaker 2: This is-
[02:13] Speaker 1: Um, yes, Beverly?
[02:16] Speaker 2: No, it's a beautiful day in Philadelphia. The sun is shining.
[02:22] Speaker 1: Yes.
[02:22] Speaker 2: It's, it's, it's ... Spring is here.
[02:27] Speaker 1: Yes, yes.
[02:27] Speaker 2: Almost. And-
[02:30] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[02:30] Speaker 2: ... we're just having fun over here.
[02:33] Speaker 1: Yes, ye-
[02:33] Speaker 2: We're all the way live.
[02:33] Speaker 1: S-, yeah. You al- you always are. And of course, we wanna say aloha, a- l-, we wanna say hi and aloha and mahalo to everyone. Um, I love you very much, and it's very exciting to be here. (laughs) Beverly, so you know, we, we're, we're on live, we're on live. And so, we do a really, you know, we have this really cool celestial, um, type of very sensual music (laughs) -
[03:05] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
[03:05] Speaker 1: ... that really puts us in a mood because, um ... So, so, so how are you feeling? (laughs)
[03:14] Speaker 2: I'm feeling, I'm feeling, uh ... Wow. Words cannot really express how I'm feeling. I'm ... I have so much gratitude. I learn so much every day. I had, uh, my meditation class this morning, which was wonderful. And, um, it's just good to be here having this experience in this dimension, learning so much about myself and my surroundings, and how I've been given so much by the universe and by nature. And I'm so ... I feel so full that I'm able to recognize it, because I didn't always recognize what the universe bestowed upon me, bestowed upon us. So, I was in a ... another place and, um, more of a robotical place, and I couldn't appreciate certain things because I felt they didn't really have that much meaning. And, um, so I'm fortunate at this time and space to recognize the meaning of things, you see? The meaning of relationships, the meaning of why I was born to my mother and my father, the reasons why ...
[05:04] Speaker 2: There's just so many things that are coming into my vision, in my inner vision, you see? So, I feel like, wow. Sometimes-
[05:19] Speaker 1: So I wanna ask you, I wanna ask you something when you finish.
[05:23] Speaker 2: No, I was just getting ready to say, sometimes the English lang- language can't always, like, put a label on how I'm feeling, you know? So I'm just, I'm just in gratitude right now.
[05:43] Speaker 1: (laughs) So I wanted to ask you, when you first awaken, how do you feel when you first awaken? So today-
[05:55] Speaker 2: You mean-
[05:55] Speaker 1: ... how did you feel when you first awakened today?
[05:59] Speaker 2: Oh, wow. Okay. Well-When I first awakened, the first thing is like, I stretch, and I feel so, like, I feel so... I- my body feels good, so I'm paying attention to that. And I know the things before me, but I'm present, so I'm just present. You know? So, this morning, I didn't sit down with myself. I went and got my drink that I start the day with.
[06:56] Speaker 1: Which is? Which is?
[06:57] Speaker 2: Aaaand... Okay, today I had some lily of the valley tea and I had, um, some warm water with a key lime, and that gets my liver moving, that gets everything moving. So, I'm like looking before me, because I- I have a meditation class, I have a client. And I just sit for a while, you see? Just sitting. Because I knew, with me having the restaurant, and with me doing different things, what I've become present to is I have to have order, you see? In my life. So, in the morning, I wanna have some time to just sit with myself.
[08:01] Speaker 1: Yes.
[08:01] Speaker 2: So that's how I start it, day-to-day. And once that is done, I'm on. I'm on, you see? Because there's things-
[08:14] Speaker 1: The time-
[08:15] Speaker 2: ... that have to be done.
[08:17] Speaker 1: Yes. So the time-
[08:19] Speaker 2: You know?
[08:19] Speaker 1: ... that you, that you begin early helps, um, set up for the rest of the day. How you begin the day.
[08:27] Speaker 2: Yes. And, and, and, yeah, and everything doesn't always map out, um. However, it's all good, you know? I, I-
[08:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[08:40] Speaker 2: ... I know how to, um... It's, it's all good because everything is as it should be, so it might not be exactly how I planned, but it all works out.
[08:53] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, but I-
[08:55] Speaker 2: But I had to learn, I had to learn that. I had to learn that.
[08:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[08:58] Speaker 2: I didn't always know that. I thought everything-
[09:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[09:03] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[09:03] Speaker 1: Well it's so interesting because since I've known you, I've known you i- in this present time now, not before when things were different. So, I've always seen you in this way that you are now. And it's, um-
[09:21] Speaker 2: Right, well...
[09:21] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[09:23] Speaker 2: I wasn't always in this way. I wasn't always in this way.
[09:27] Speaker 1: I know. (laughs)
[09:27] Speaker 2: You see? But you know what?
[09:29] Speaker 1: I met you at your-
[09:30] Speaker 2: But what I-
[09:30] Speaker 1: ... at your time now. (laughs)
[09:32] Speaker 2: What I realized is that most of the things that I thought mattered don't matter. It don't matter. That's what I learned, and everything always works out for me.
[09:46] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[09:47] Speaker 2: That's my motto. Everything always works out for me.
[09:51] Speaker 1: That's right, and then it does.
[09:53] Speaker 2: And even if it doesn't look like it...
[09:54] Speaker 1: (laughs) Come closer so I can hear you.
[09:58] Speaker 2: I said even though it might not look like it at the time, but I know everything's going to work out for me.
[10:07] Speaker 1: Yes.
[10:08] Speaker 2: You know?
[10:10] Speaker 1: Yes, yes.
[10:12] Speaker 2: So, I-
[10:13] Speaker 1: So-
[10:13] Speaker 2: ... I'm in a, I'm in a place where everything is ever-changing and ever-moving, and there's nothing constant but change. So, where I am now is, is, is a very good place for, you know, for me, what I, the things I have to do. The things I've learned about life, about love, about everything. About business, everything. About working with people, having people work for me, all of that. Me working for others, what I learned from that ha- helped me to understand having people work for me. You see?
[11:02] Speaker 1: You know we have-
[11:03] Speaker 2: So that makes a harmony, that makes a harmony for me and the people around me, you know?
[11:12] Speaker 1: Yes, yes. I, um, I wanted to say, I love for you to tell us that because we have a lot of people listening in different places, and some people are trying to figure how to be in a place that they want to be at. Some people are, have been applying themselves and have gotten to a place that they really want to be at, and it's funny, um, you and I get to be around a lot of people who, um, share similar, um, ways about things. Sim-similar, we, we, we, we, we're, we... Very similar, the people that we're around, we are able to be around....
[12:10] Speaker 1: People that we choose to be around, (laughs) and that-
[12:14] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
[12:14] Speaker 1: ... that fit, that we, we're all, you know, fitting, fi-fitting, in a way, with each other, in harmony with each other because of that. And-
[12:27] Speaker 2: But that didn't happen by accident.
[12:30] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[12:30] Speaker 2: That didn't happen by accident. You didn't meet me by accident. That's-
[12:34] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[12:34] Speaker 2: The people that we're around didn't happen by accident. That's a-
[12:37] Speaker 1: So, wait-
[12:38] Speaker 2: This, this is ... You see? So, the ... It's like y- you drew me in. I drew you in the energy. Everything is energy. Okay?
[12:49] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[12:49] Speaker 2: The people th- that I'm working with, all of that, it's like you're the m- common denominator of where you are in life. Okay? So, the people that you're around, the, the, the, the, the mate, uh, the friends, all of that. If that's not suiting you, then you look at you. Don't look at them, 'cause they didn't, they didn't do anything but be themselves. So, if you're seeing something other than what you wanna see, you have to make that different, because you're the, you're, you're drawing these people and these situations, you see? So, yeah, when we're around people we, that we love being around, we've created that.
[13:42] Speaker 1: Yes.
[13:43] Speaker 2: Yes.
[13:43] Speaker 1: (laughs) And it didn't just happen. (laughs)
[13:47] Speaker 2: It doesn't just happen, right. (laughs)
[13:50] Speaker 1: There's intention there. (laughs)
[13:52] Speaker 2: And, because, if you're not ready for certain people, you could be around certain people that maybe could do you some good, but if you're not in that place to receive it, you may just walk by those people, or you don't really wanna deal with those people, because you're not in a space to receive the gifts that they may a- be able to bestow upon you. And it's okay. It's not wrong. It's just that that's ... You wanna be someplace else with some other people. Not saying that these people will serve you, but for wherever you're at, that's what you get. And then, a year from now, six months from now, you may be around those same people, and you'll be like, "Oh, okay. This is nice." And y- y- it's just because you're in a different space and able to receive whatever these people have for you, or whatever you have for them.
[14:51] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[14:51] Speaker 2: Everything is always on time. Nothing's ever out of sync. Everything's the way it should be. That's all it is.
[15:00] Speaker 1: So, I wanted to ... Um, may I, um, say a, a few things, just for a minute? (laughs) I wanted to notice-
[15:08] Speaker 2: You can stay as long as you want.
[15:10] Speaker 1: (laughs) I wanted to notice, it feels sometimes as things are in layers, and, and we're also feeling our own harmonics. We're moving through layers-
[15:25] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
[15:25] Speaker 1: ... like peeling an onion, peeling the physical layers until all of the layers are gone, and then there is pure energy, nothingness, peace, nothing to think about. And we naturally shift to not having thoughts. And, um, sometimes, we, we have these dreams even when we're awake, and we're able to make our dreams, and our dreams are able to come into, into our reality. And I've noticed how I ... You know, I asked you about how you awakened, and I noticed that I sleep well. I sleep differently than I did eight days ago. And I slept well because I have been using my voice, I've been using my harmonics to s- express myself through my voice. I used to express myself by typing things that I feel and things that I contemplate. And this is a lot different from typing.
[16:43] Speaker 1: So, I wanted to say, uh, try this for all of us, um, and Beverly-
[16:52] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[16:53] Speaker 1: ... you have so much to do, I know, but ... So, I would say try this. Try recording your voice. We can try recording our voices, and try recording our revelations. Try recording your revelations, the things that come to you, the things that inspire you, the things you are discovering. Say them out loud. And as you are talking, as you are expressing more of yourself, notice what occurs. And I'm noticing that, as I am talking out loud and listening to myself talk, it's a lot different from keeping my, my feelings and keeping my ideas and keeping my revelations silently to myself. And there's a difference from, from thinking and keeping our thoughts to ourselves silently, as opposed to saying our thoughts out loud. And it's something about it. We receive our own harmonics, (laughs) which is really interesting to me. (laughs) And, and, and, and I noticed that this is-It has helped me to sleep better. (laughs) Somehow, I'm sleeping better and I'm awakening differently.
[18:25] Speaker 1: I'm awakening more peacefully now. So there's... Try this and notice if you are able to receive your own harmonics instead of just being silent within yourself, within your thoughts silently. So, um, (laughs) that was pretty interesting to me. And I wanted to, um, also say, um, when we awaken and we're feeling this joy, this bliss, this exuberance that we feel, so we, we will say to ourselves, (laughs) how do we stay this way? Um, we want to stay this way without little things coming in and pulling us away or out of it, so sometimes we say to ourselves, "How do we stay this way? How do we stay in this feeling, this ever-present now which is new, this ever-present now which is always new?" Um, because nothing repeats, nothing duplicates exactly, so everything becomes wow. (laughs) Because now we're just at, at all now present moments discovering something new. Something new is coming within our, our, our range, where we are.
[19:51] Speaker 1: And then we have a chance to just, uh, observe it and enjoy it where there are no judgments and no opinions. Just now. Because there's always new nows. There's always ever-present new nows. No labels. We don't have to label it. There's no titles. There's no identity. Nothing needs to be labeled. We don't have to then explain it or even explain it to ourselves. We can feel it, we can know it. But as you said, Beverly, words can't always describe what we feel, so then we can also have no conclusions, no summations. Just be in the now. And it's, it's almost kind of, um, I was thinking about, um, the spectrum and that we're kinda like a light switch, um, where there's, um, you, you can make the light switch be very... Well, we're like a spectrum.
[20:58] Speaker 1: And I kind of related it to a light switch, because you can either be very bright, the light can be very bright, and then you can move it and adjust it and to medium bright and low bright and then less bright, then darker, dark, and then there's no light at all. And so we move through this spectrum. And sometimes we're very bright and that is where we wanna stay. And yeah, again, I, (laughs) I notice that when I'm feeling this, I'm like, "How do I stay here?" And we all wonder, how do we stay here sometimes? Uh, but then the energy, there's shifting energy. And we notice what shifts us, and we watch, and, and, and what we listen to and, and where we go if, if something lowers us or if, you know, it changes and, you know, a- a- and how do we turn it off? How do we switch the channel? You know? (laughs) How do we place ourselves maybe somewhere else into a different environment, because there are different environments that we can tune into.
[22:11] Speaker 1: And sometimes maybe (laughs) we're in a small place with trees and bright skies and peace. Sometimes, um, as we were just speaking about, we're around people who are kind, smiling, saying good things. These moments feel good, so we stay there. We choose that. True joy. True joy is real. And, and then we're, you know, as we said, we can be in nature. Uh, the true joy that's real is, it's in the trees, it's in the sun, it's in the mountains. It's not artificial. So we go to where joy is real. We stay in spaces that are pure, that are real. And, um, so, y- you know, we talked before and we know we're, we're light beings, but, uh, but then there's that human state. Humans (laughs) can be reactive beings, right?
[23:11] Speaker 1: (laughs) So once, uh, the creators, you know, once, creators, we were, we were original creators, and perhaps in this present point, there's a little bit of amnesia with us, and maybe we, um, have a chance now to remember how majestic we are, and for our memories and our abilities that have been forgotten, for them to resurface, and our hidden energy to resurface, because the energy of this world is still here, but maybe it's hidden. People walk around it like it isn't here, like it's invisible, like, sometimes like in a fog. But there's so many different energy types. Electric energy is a focus, but it's, maybe it's not the most optimal. Maybe it's not the original pristine energy. There's many different types of energy. So what are the real energies? I'm, I'm looking for them myself. I, I spoke with a, a friend who's an electrician-And, and I was asking him about electrical energy, and I was asking him about other types of energy that are different and present here on this planet.
[24:35] Speaker 1: So I'm trying to find them and remember them and use them and harness them. And, um, be- because there's, there's a imitation, so much imitation, imitation life, imitation power, imitation nature, imitation reality. People eat imitation substance- substances. They live- sometimes live imitation lives. They look at imitation life on imitation screens, think imitation thoughts, have imitation goals, so much imitation. But we, we, we can choose to awaken, to wake up from imitation life, imitation power, imitation reality, and be in expansion, be in elevation, because we're meant to elevate. We're meant to expand, we're meant to, to be energized and to energize and to emerge and to ascend, and surround ourselves with original energies. (laughs) And it was kind of funny, um, I watched a robot (laughs) sleep, I watched a robot awaken. I watched a robot sleep walk. I watched a robot go to a computer. I watched a robot going to a computer searching, seeking answers.
[25:57] Speaker 1: It hears, "Spider." I said to a robot, "Do you know what, what a, what is a spiderweb?" (laughs) It hears, "Spider," but it doesn't understand web. Then finally, it understands it. It didn't hear the second part of what I said, "What's a spiderweb?" And then finally... But it does, but it doesn't... So it says, the robot says, "I, I, I don't really know what a spiderweb means," and eventually goes back into the web. (laughs) And there's a knowing, everything for us, there's a knowing, and everything that we truly seek is within, okay? So, you know, we can go inside for all of our answers, and our answers can come to us. We don't really need to seek them from outside of ourselves. We don't really need to open up a screen to seek all answers and to invest all of our energy into something outside of ourselves on screen. Discernment, maybe we don't need to be around certain energies.
[27:17] Speaker 1: Maybe we don't need to talk, maybe we don't need to engage, maybe we don't may- need to stay in environments that are not harmonious to us. So back to this web again, this, this web, some are in it a little, some are in it more. So the question might be, how do we not be in the web? The web can em- encompass everything out there that's outside of ourselves. How do we not need to be in the web? How do we be in a place that is harmonious to our true energy, our true origin? The heart, our heart, our heart is our home, our true home, our heart is our true home. Heart qualities, so, so what is the heart? What are the true qualities of the heart? There, there's so many I, I can't begin to list them all (laughs) even if I try. What is the heart? Beauty. The heart is beauty itself. The heart is joy itself. The heart is bliss itself. The heart is love itself. The heart is harmony itself. The heart is peace itself. The heart is freedom itself. The heart is exuberance itself.
[28:33] Speaker 1: Warmth ac- itself, the heart is warmth itself. The heart is (laughs) everything that makes us feel home. So we return to the heart. We stay present in the new present now, again and again and again. And that there we are within our own harmonic center. Might that be so? (laughs) Beverly, are you there? (laughs)
[29:09] Speaker 2: I am listening intently to you. Uh-huh.
[29:14] Speaker 1: (laughs) I'm just making it all up. I just make it all up. (laughs)
[29:20] Speaker 2: Making it all up and from what you're... from your vantage point, from what you're experiencing, from what you're seeing. And-
[29:30] Speaker 1: Well, now you know what I say when I'm talking to myself (laughs) and I-
[29:35] Speaker 2: Yeah, but I get you.
[29:37] Speaker 1: ... start listening to myself. (laughs)
[29:38] Speaker 2: I, I get you. And, um, to, to find whatever it is that you want, that you desire in your life, you have to be intentional if, if you want something. If you want love, you have to learn how to love, so you can recognize it. If you want peace and you don't have it, then you have to become peace. And you have everything you need, but you have to go within. It, it, it, it takes work. Things are not just going to now I'm gonna... No. Things may come to you that can give you that, but are you ready to receive that?... you see? So something may come your way to give you those things, a person may come your way to give you those things, but are you ready for that? Are you ready for that person? Are you ready for that experience? Okay. So you may continue in the same, uh, situations that you are in, meet the same people, the same relationships, all of that could be the same, and you think it's the people that are the problem.
[31:08] Speaker 2: "Why do I keep meeting these people?" "Why can't I have different experiences?" "I want, I want something new." "I, I'm bored." Or whatever. But you have to be that, that you want. So ever since I've known you, you've always talked the same language.
[31:32] Speaker 3: (laughs)
[31:33] Speaker 2: So... I mean, uh, this isn't new. Um...
[31:39] Speaker 3: (laughs)
[31:40] Speaker 2: And you're always in that state. Okay? And it's something y- you just have disciplined yourself in a certain type of way. These things don't just happen automatically, so you have to be the change that, that you want, and if you're, um, happy with how your life is going and you don't need any change, then stay the way that you are. I knew, I knew that I, I wanted something different, so it was my journey to do certain things, and I didn't even always know why I was doing it. "I, I wanna eat better 'cause I wanna be healthier. I wanna eat better because I see so many people in my family with so many problems, people around me with issues, heart disease, diabetes, this, that, and the other." You see? But I didn't know what that was gonna do for me. I didn't know that I was gonna get much more than just, "Oh, you're gonna, you're gonna be healthier." I got much more, but setting out, I didn't know that.
[33:01] Speaker 3: Beverly, do you feel like-
[33:02] Speaker 2: I didn't know.
[33:03] Speaker 3: ... it was kinda like opening, like, a door to a new world? I, I, I just see a door in front of me through eating and-
[33:12] Speaker 2: It is a door. It's a door, but then you have to choose. You have a choice. Now, my door started with me cleansing, which happened through diet, so... But I had to make a choice because I didn't even like the food. I didn't like anything about it. I liked fast food and glazed doughnuts. Said, "I don't, I don't like this. It doesn't taste good." Now, why did I stick with it? Well, I was feeling better, but e- but why I stuck with it, I really don't know, because I didn't like it. I didn't like the food. It didn't taste right. It was... Uh, it just wasn't... Because of my palate was distorted, you see? So clean, natural food didn't strike my fancy at all. At all. It didn't stroke my ego at all. For some reason, I, I stayed with it. I didn't know what was around the corner. Oh, wow, but I got so much more. There was a whole new world for me within a world, because remember, I was married, and i- it was a whole new world within a world. And it changed my life. I've never been the same.
[34:48] Speaker 2: Then I started meditation, learning about being present, which I absolutely knew nothing about. I didn't even know what that means. What are you talking about, being present? What does that mean? I don't know what you're talking about. Of course, I don't know what you're talking about, because I wasn't taught anything about that. I, I don't... I never was introduced to it, but for some reason, I fall into this meditation thing. I heard the man on the radio talking about it, and I started meditating, so everything, everything, like, changed for me, you see? The people around me didn't know what was going on with me. I don't really know what's going on either. I don't know what's going on either, but I, I kinda like it. So then let me into being more dealing with food, creating and making things differently, using very good ingredients, and that's how I got into the food thing, you know? So sometimes when you're on a journey, you don't know where it's gonna lead you. You don't know.
[36:05] Speaker 2: How do you know what's gonna happen? How do you know you're gonna meet all these different people? How do you know you're gonna... your, your thinking is gonna shift? How do you know your, your emotions are gonna be different? You don't know. But for me, wow, and I've never looked back, and it's just gotten... I just learn more and more. I'm like a child, every day, every day, every day, it's something-... About Beverly is something that I learned from someone else. So it's like being born again. That's what it's like for me. Like a little baby, and then you wake up (laughs) and you're, like, stretching and oh, you're like, everything is new and everything looks different. That's right. I never knew in a million years, because you don't know what you don't know, so how would I know? You don't know 'cause you don't know what you don't know. So you think, "Oh, I'm in a good place. Oh, I'm fine," or, but you don't know what you don't know.
[37:24] Speaker 2: So I had a lot of things in store for me, a lot of people to meet, a lot of things to do. (laughs) And then on top of that, learning all these things, I started teaching other people that wanted to, to go in that direction. Only people... I never pushed anything. Only people that wanted to go in that direction, you know? So how do you go from eating all fast food and glazed donuts and Mountain Dews and Pepsis to what you're doing right now? Wow. That's a good question.
[38:02] Speaker 1: That's a movie right there. (laughs)
[38:03] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[38:04] Speaker 1: To, to, to watch-
[38:05] Speaker 2: Because if you really think-
[38:07] Speaker 1: ... all the people who-
[38:08] Speaker 2: ... that you're just gonna-
[38:08] Speaker 1: ... people who knew you-
[38:08] Speaker 2: Oh, I didn't really change my diet. (laughs) It's a, it's a lot to it if you're gonna stick to it year after year after year after year. If it's just a, a phase for you, if it's just, "Oh, I just wanna eat healthy for a while," that's different. I wanted... When I saw what it could give me, that's what I want. When I saw how I could feel, that's what I want. When I saw my body, how it would react to this new way of life, that's what I want. I don't wanna do this for a little while. I don't wanna do this for this and that and the other. I want this. That's right. I was very intentional once I got a whiff of it, you see. But before I got a whiff of it, "I don't know, I don't know about this. The food is awful. I don't like it.
[39:06] Speaker 2: But I can see that I'm feeling better, I'm clearer, my elimination is better, everything is better."
[39:14] Speaker 1: Yeah. You know, you said something to me, um, the other day. You were talking. You know, we, we change how we are, but, but then again, we're still us. And you said to me, "Energy always goes on. It never dies. It can shift, it can change directions, but energy always goes on. Energy never dies."
[39:41] Speaker 2: Right. You can't destroy energy. And when you learn that in probably like, I don't know, the fifth grade, seventh grade, I don't, I don't... Forget what year they teach it, but you don't really... I never really got it, right? You go through science class and you just, you know, you pass the test and this and that and the other, but you don't embody what they mean, what it means about energy. That's why s- people like certain pieces of furniture that somebody made or put together. Because why? Because whoever did that, their energy remains with that piece of furniture that they made. You see? When someone passes, they, they don't die, they just use- leave the physical clothes. But sh- but the, the energy didn't die. Their spirit, that, that never dies. Just the clothes that they had on, the physical part.
[40:43] Speaker 2: And how I remember that was when my father passed and I started putting all this together, because when my father passed, who I was close to, I remember standing by the casket and I felt nothing. I was standing there. He was in- laying in there, but I couldn't feel anything. It was empty. H- however, when I think of my daddy, when I feel him and the things he used to teach me, I could feel him. That's energy. It's like I can feel some essence of him, you see? But that casket was just his clothes th- from being in this dimension that covered the essence. So I realized that that's why some people, they like certain things and they say, "I don't, I don't... Something about this house I don't like. I, I, I'm not comfortable here." Okay. Because it's energy's in there. Now, can they cleanse it? They can, they can, they can go through, there's some ways you can cleanse things. However, that's... You feel something. You can go to a place and you say, "I feel like I've seen this before.
[42:12] Speaker 2: I feel like I've been here before." You probably have, but we take these things lightly, like, "Oh, it doesn't really mean anything." You meet a person and you... It's the energy that they have. You may have known them in a previous lifetime. It's like, "Oh, this person is just... I just click with this person. It's something about them that's familiar to me." Energy.Okay? And then, also, you can feel some energy that you, like, repels you. Like, "I don't, I don't feel right. I don't like being around this energy, this person, or this place doesn't feel right." Because it has an energy. You can't see it. Most meaningful things, you cannot see. Most things, that, you cannot see. Like say, for instance, when you look at trees, you don't know all the trees can do for you, because it's more things that the tree can do for the environment, for you when you touch the tree, when you hug the tree. You can't see it, but you can feel it. You can feel it.
[43:26] Speaker 2: When you go out and the wind hits your face, you can't see the wind, and you say, "That feels so good. I'm walking and the wind is just ... Oh my God, it feels so good." That's energy, you see? When somebody touches you that has a good energy, you feel something. It's like, you can't kill energy. So, I look at death differently than I used to, you know? Is there some sorrow? Of course. Is there some sense of loss? Of course. However, is there this brooding forever because the person left you? "Oh my God." Don't be so selfish. There was their time. They're gone, but the spirit lives on. You can't kill energy. So, it's like, it continues. Everything continues. That's why sometimes they say, "Oh, this baby is playing the piano at two. How is that possible?" We don't know. Maybe the spirit of somebody 72 is in this two-year-old. You don't know. "How can they do that?" You don't know. None of your business. It just is. You're never gonna be able to figure it out.
[44:55] Speaker 2: You can hypothesize, that's all. That's all you're gonna do is hypothesize about it. But accept it and, and being in awe of it, you know it's nature, you know it's magic. And you're like, "Wow, look at that." You see? When you take a plant, like say, all the dandelions are coming up now, you pick your dandelions and you juice them and you make salad with them, and you feel it. You're like, "Whoa." The energy of that plant, that plant has a job. That dandelion has a job. It's one of the first ones to come up. See, it's the first one that nature, she brings up. It helps the liver, the gall bladder, helps clean you. Dandelion is one of the first. First, you see the leaves. Next, you're gonna see the yellow flowers. But the yellow flowers aren't gonna stay that long. You're gonna see seas of yellow flowers. And then, one day, you're gonna go out, poof, they're gone. You'll see these little things, like, look like little clouds or something, you could blow on it. The flower is gone.
[46:11] Speaker 2: The plant is still there. The dandelion is still there. Dandelion is powerful. The roots, you can, you cannot get rid of dandelion, okay? You can put all these chemicals down. You just throw chemicals, just Roundup and hurting yourself just throwing chemicals around, because the dandelion is here to stay, you see? She has a job. And if you use her, she gonna help you. Now, you don't have to use her, you don't have to. That's not her fault that you just think she's something for you to get rid of. "Oh, I don't like the way this looks over here. I don't like this." Okay. That's cool. Do you, but that doesn't deny the fact of why the dandelion appeared. And if you study her, her roots go down deep. When you study her, you'll find out why, when you ingest it, it's gonna give you some power, because she's powerful, strong. Now, you want some of that, you gotta ingest some of that. You want some of what she got? It's there for free. You don't have to pay a dime. What you gonna do?
[47:36] Speaker 2: "I don't wanna really bother it because maybe the animals peed on it." (laughs) The animals pee on everything, every field, everywhere. The birds poop on it. The animals go out at night and they eat first, and they do whatever. Unless it's some type of field where it's so much pollution and spray that the animals don't even want it. Other than that, they're going out, they're going out there. At night, when you're sleeping, they're eating. But with this society, you, you, you're so p- like, sterile that you think everything comes from the supermarket, and you think, you forget about, how did this get here? You forget about the fields and the rain and the animals and, and nature. You think it all came nicely washed and, and tied up. So, if somebody says, "Go pick them," you're, "Oh, I don't think so. I don't know if I wanna do that. I don't know."Yeah. How beautiful that these things are here for us. All you gotta do is wonder and seek and find, if you're interested.
[48:58] Speaker 2: 'Cause I know one time I wasn't interested. I wasn't interested about that. I wasn't. I can't get too hooked about it. Well, that was then and this is now. I am so interested in it. (laughs) It is so beautiful, it just amazes me. So I use these things, you know, that are given to us as gifts. You know what I mean, Aloha? You see what I'm talking about?
[49:35] Speaker 1: I do. I feel like a dandelion. When you were talking about dandelion and dandelion roots, I could feel it. I felt like I was inside of a dandelion and that my face was dandelion. (laughs) And I, I could feel it, and I, I feel like next time I, I pick some dandelions, I'm not just gonna pick the green leaves, I'm gonna pick the dandelion, the flower, and the roots. I'm, I'm gonna pick the whole thing, 'cause I wanna receive some of what's in those roots.
[50:08] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[50:09] Speaker 2: Right. Now, with the roots-
[50:12] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
[50:13] Speaker 2: Um, they, um, when you pick the roots, you're not going to pick all of the roots.
[50:26] Speaker 1: Right. Right.
[50:27] Speaker 2: Because the roots is how they'll come back.
[50:30] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
[50:30] Speaker 2: Even though, even though they'll, they'll, they'll go on and they just multiply, um, anyway. But the roots, you have the roots, you have the leaves, and you find out what each of these things does.
[50:45] Speaker 1: Okay.
[50:45] Speaker 2: What do, what do, what does this do? What does this help me with? And...
[50:53] Speaker 1: It's absolutely amazing. Yeah. I, I, um-
[50:58] Speaker 2: And then I found, in this part of the, in this part of, on the, on the East Coast, on the East Coast, I found so many, uh, herbs here-
[51:13] Speaker 1: Oh, so many.
[51:14] Speaker 2: ... that I never even, we have so many that I never even heard of.
[51:20] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[51:21] Speaker 2: But me, me being inquisitive, and, and searching, I, I found, I'm finding out about all these, these things, these, these treasures that have been given to us, to help us while we're here.
[51:40] Speaker 1: Yes, yes.
[51:42] Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
[51:43] Speaker 1: So-
[51:43] Speaker 2: It's to help us-
[51:44] Speaker 1: Yeah, and-
[51:44] Speaker 2: ... while we're here. We weren't, we weren't sent up the creek without a paddle. We were given-
[51:49] Speaker 1: No. (laughs)
[51:49] Speaker 2: We were given assistance.
[51:52] Speaker 1: Yeah. And you were talking to me about hugging trees the other day, and how they heal.
[52:00] Speaker 2: Well, it was this scientist who was talking about trees and how they help the environment, and how they take the negative ion. That's why the trees help absorb a lot of the negative energy from the pollution, and that's why in certain areas when they cut down all the trees people have more problems with disease and things like that, because they wanna do manufacturing, so they cut down all the greenery. They want room to grow more plants and, and things like that.
[52:46] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[52:46] Speaker 2: But then they find later on that it's hurt these people, and, and they're sick. They have cancers and stuff like that. Well, the, the scientist also said that just like they, um, how they absorb the negative energy from the atmosphere, they can also draw negative energy from you. So, when you come in contact with trees and you take your shoes off around the base of the tree, and you hug the tree, you touch the bark of the tree, it can help get rid of negative energy. But it all makes sense. It all ma- it all makes sense, because they're here to help us, you see? And we've been given all these gifts, and we just think it's just a tree. That's all it is. It makes paper and things like that. That's what it does, it, I'll cut it down and make some wood for the fire.
[54:03] Speaker 2: That's what it's used for-
[54:05] Speaker 1: There's so- there's so much energy from being in nature, and Pennsylvania has so much rain and it's so green, and, uh, and like you said, it, you, you're around everything and you think it's just, like, wild, just weeds everywhere, and it's not. It's all for us. I mean, you can go and walk through, um, the, the woods and you can identify so many things, and we've done that before with, with our friends. We've gone into these woods and, and identified so many things, and, and picked a little bit, and I have some, you know, nettle growing in my backyard now.And it's just like a playground t- to me, and all the possibilities of everything that's there is just a whole nother world. Being out there in nature w- with, uh, with all the green trees, and plants, and, and bushes, and, and berries, and, and the bark, and the trees, and the animals, and the wind, and, and the air, the way it smells. And, and nature also can shift the w- the energy for us.
[55:25] Speaker 1: All the, um, electromagnetic fields from the cellphone towers, so many appliances, the electronic noises, the insistent voices of, of, of, of everything in a busy city, city, the horns blowing, you know, the just, just everything clamoring at once. A- and then you surround yourself in nature, and you're back in your sanctuary. You, you feel you're in a sanctuary. All the, the peace there, all that peace just vanishes the outside world, and then everything is ... you're back in harmony and balance again f- being in nature.
[56:12] Speaker 1: So that-
[56:12] Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's a choice, that's a choice to recognize, you see, because when you don't recognize something, you can't utilize it, because you don't recognize it, see? It's like, it's there, but it doesn't mean too much, you see? Because you, you, you, you're not there to recognize what it can contribute to you, how it can help you. And, and that's not wrong. Everybody's where they are. I remember when I didn't think nothing of it. I's out the park or somewhere, you go have a picnic. I'm not thinking about any dandelions or anything else, any trees or ... The tree gives me sh- give a shade. I'm not ... I don't know anything about it. So, you know, when it's time, and whenever i- it's time for you or me to, to be able to receive other information, that's what'll happen when it's time, and not before, you see? Not before.
[57:26] Speaker 1: You know, that's, it's so interesting how we can ... There's so many things that we can surround ourselves with t- for us to, to elevate ourselves and to, um, ex- expand into the, um, energetic beings that we are. We don't really have to, you know, just be, like, you know, o- oblivious to everything out there. There's ways to be more present and to feel the experiences of, of everything in a different way, and being out in these environments. I remember it was really fun one day. We, we went out and, um, we, we were all walking together, and then you sat for a while on a rock, and we, the rest of us continued on. And I'm like, "Uh, e- e- and we didn't need to be concerned about you, but sometimes we'd say, "Well, maybe we need t- to go back. She might be wondering when we're coming back." And, uh, but we, we kept going. We were playing. And then eventually when we came back, you were just fine.
[58:42] Speaker 1: And some people who were out there, they were sitting and talking with you, and you were making-
[58:49] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
[58:49] Speaker 1: ... new friends. And you were-
[58:51] Speaker 2: Yep.
[58:52] Speaker 1: Do you remember that? (laughs)
[58:54] Speaker 2: I do. I met a new friend out there. We, we talk now. I met a, a, a young man out there. He was walking by himself. You and, uh, uh, what's his name went and-
[59:07] Speaker 1: Our friend, yeah, we, that took us to pawpaw fruit.
[59:10] Speaker 2: You and Brett. You and Brett.
[59:10] Speaker 1: We were searching for pawpaw fruit. (laughs)
[59:13] Speaker 2: Exactly.
[59:14] Speaker 1: And, and, and we left you for a long time, and we were concerned that you might w- think, "Why? When are they coming back?"
[59:21] Speaker 2: No, you were totally concerned.
[59:21] Speaker 1: But you were perfectly fine because you made a new friend.
[59:25] Speaker 2: I was, I was concerned.
[59:27] Speaker 1: You made a new friend, you're talking, and, and just, you're just sitting there all by yourself, and just here comes another per-
[59:34] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[59:34] Speaker 1: It just all works out.
[59:36] Speaker 2: It all works out. And I met someone that day, and we talk to this day.
[59:42] Speaker 1: Oh.
[59:43] Speaker 2: That was months ago.
[59:44] Speaker 1: That was in the summer. (laughs)
[59:46] Speaker 2: A- And this summer, it'll be a year.
[59:49] Speaker 1: Yes. (laughs) Yeah, that was really a fun experience just to see how things are when you are s- staying present and you're n- not looking at your watch, wondering what time you have to be where, and you gotta leave and go do something and ... And it's like during the day sometimes, we might practice different, or I might practice what I call, um, elevation exercises. And, and it was funny because the other day, I was driving in the car, and, um, I, I, it might've been at night, and the li- headlights were on, but I turned all the interior lights off.
[01:00:33] Speaker 2: Ah.
[01:00:34] Speaker 1: So that ... I wanted to just drive without monitoring everything I was doing, monitoring the speed, you know, monitor ... So I turned all the lights inside the car off. I didn't know the speed. I'm just driving. I didn't know what time it was because it was dark inside. I wasn't looking at any of the numbers or any of the measurements.I just had the headlights on- headlights on, and I was just driving, thr- through my senses instead of through the measurement of the numbers, and through looking at the clock and gauging, looking at the speed. I was just, you know, just, uh, uh, like I said, I call it, um, um, elevation exercises, and sometimes I- I do these little things just to ex- put- just to shut out the outside world and just to be able to do the simplest, normalist things th- th- intuitively, with- without, you know, the outside and- and monitoring or checking levels. I- I- I didn't know how much gas was in the...
[01:01:44] Speaker 1: I knew there was gas in the car, but I w- but when- when all the lights are on in the car, you're looking at the speed, you're looking at what time it is, you're looking at the gas gauge, you're- you're, there's all these things, there's the radio, there's, you know, all the lights are on inside the car. Some cars look like spaceships inside. I wanted to turn it all off, make it dark inside, and just li- just- just- just drive, and it was just a different experience. So we can pl- do these things with ourselves and shut out the outside world and then just go about our lives just living and just shut the outside out and do things intuitively from within ourselves and- and let our- our- our, you know, our own internal selves lead us and just do things that way. It was- it was really fun. (laughs) I make these things up all the time to do. (laughs) And I do it a lot. I- I don't look at the cl- sometimes we- we don't look at the clock all the time.
[01:02:51] Speaker 1: We don't need to see what the clock says, we don't need to see what the phone says, we don't always need to have the phone on. It does- the ringer doesn't need to be on. You know, I- I know, you know, a lot of us are not doctors. We- w- in the old days, you know, we might remember a doctor might make a house call and come to- come to the house, but w- we're- we're not on call. We- we don't always, sometimes we do, but we don't always need the ringer to be on, we don't always need to see that next text message that comes through, we don't always need to- to- to answer the phone every time it rings, we don't always need to- to look at the clock. We can... Just being ou- being outside or just looking at the sky e- early, early, early when it's dark, and then the sky gradually becomes light, gradually, it's- it's dark and then it's, uh, less dark, a little bit less dark, and then more less dark, and- and it's a little bit blue, the sky's a little bit blue. And then maybe there's...
[01:03:58] Speaker 1: It's medium blue, and- and then maybe there's colors aclo- across the sky because the sun is in the horizon, we can't see it yet. We don't really need to always look at the clock to wonder what time it is. We can look outside. We can- we could look at the sky, we could look at the position of the sun a- and know, you know, I- I... The sun might just be coming up.
[01:04:20] Speaker 2: Well, that's a whole nother science to, um, you know, you can... Once you get in tune, you can feel what time it is.
[01:04:29] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[01:04:29] Speaker 2: And like you said, the position of the sun, and also, you can feel what time it is, okay?
[01:04:36] Speaker 1: Yes, yes.
[01:04:38] Speaker 2: And that's when you start bec- getting in tune, and that's when things like that happen, you can feel what time it is.
[01:04:47] Speaker 1: Yes.
[01:04:47] Speaker 2: You don't need a clock to wake you up because if you tell yourself, I'm- wants to wake up at five o'clock, you'll wake up at five o'clock.
[01:04:55] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:04:56] Speaker 2: And you know that- and you know that you're gonna do it. It's like you trust and you know you're gonna wake up at five o'clock.
[01:05:02] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs) It's fun.
[01:05:05] Speaker 2: So that's getting into a whole nother energy. It's beautiful.
[01:05:11] Speaker 1: Yeah, it's- (laughs) it's really fun. Um, I say all kind of things like that to myself during the day because I can. I'm like, "Okay, wait, I don't need to- to do this. I'm gonna do it this way," and- and- and that's what- what I notice. I- we just elevate into ourselves, and we can do this. And- and also, you know, I remember years ago, sometimes I would learn about maybe, uh, you know, of course being in nature, but maybe, um, relocating ourselves outside of the center of the city to where it's quieter to- to be able to have more peace so we can have ourselves guide us. We can guide ourselves. And, you- you know, where there aren't a lot of highways or a lot of horns blowing and the hustle and bustle that's out there. There's our inside world, and that outside world kinda goes away, it- it drops away because we have our inside world, and we get to elevate and explore and live in our own world, and then we can be in another place. We are expanding into ourselves.
[01:06:50] Speaker 1: We have been very mystical, uh, beings for eons. We had so many abilities through our hands. We could m- make things move without touching them.We could communicate with each other without speaking, and we can do these things now. And there's so many ways that we would discover ourselves on ways we can do so many things. I know so many people out there that, that are listening know how to do these, these things, and they're learning that, "Hey, I, I'm a... I feel like I'm a different person than the way I used to be, and that I notice that when I contemplate something, or I am inspired, uh, that these things that I'm inspired by or these things that I'm inspired to have in my life, here they are so, so, so quickly." They just happen so quickly now. You know, we could just want it or, or, or think about it, or, or, or dwell upon it, and it just comes into being. And, and things are different now, and the energy we can...
[01:08:08] Speaker 1: Our energies wh- uh, things that we desire match the energies that we are. And as we continue to elevate and expand, the things that are out there that match our energy, they come to us as we come to them. We just go towards what we want, and what we want comes towards us. And, and then here we are together, and things are... We can live a different way. We can live the... a more mystical, more energetic way. (laughs)
[01:08:51] Speaker 4: Wow.
[01:08:52] Speaker 1: (laughs) It's fun. Do you, do you play ga- Do you do those kind of things with yourself ever sometimes? (laughs)
[01:09:00] Speaker 4: I mean, um, you can create the life that you want.
[01:09:06] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
[01:09:07] Speaker 4: You just got to be intentional about what you want.
[01:09:10] Speaker 1: Okay. Uh-huh.
[01:09:11] Speaker 4: Um, there's the old saying, "Action, it will be given."
[01:09:16] Speaker 1: Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
[01:09:16] Speaker 4: Okay? But, but faith without works is dead, so it depends-
[01:09:22] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
[01:09:22] Speaker 4: ... on what you want.
[01:09:25] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:09:26] Speaker 4: That's just about-
[01:09:26] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:09:26] Speaker 4: ... at the end of the day. The end of the day-
[01:09:29] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:09:30] Speaker 4: ... it's what you want.
[01:09:31] Speaker 1: I think I want it to snow in the summertime. (laughs)
[01:09:35] Speaker 4: Oh my. I don't want it to snow. (laughs)
[01:09:37] Speaker 1: No, I don't want it to be cold but... Okay, so for example, I was driving the other day, and the sunroof was open, open, and all these little, um... You know how when you t- wh- when you have the sunflowers, and then you have the sunflowers, and they look like little white pieces of cotton, and then you can blow them, and they blow in the air? Or, or sometimes in the trees, the trees have these little white cottony-looking, um, little things, and, and they just blow in the air? And, and all these little white cottony things were just flowing through the sunroof into the car.
[01:10:18] Speaker 4: Oh my. Mm-hmm?
[01:10:18] Speaker 1: And it just felt so... Hmm? It felt so mystical.
[01:10:23] Speaker 4: I know what you mean, yes.
[01:10:25] Speaker 1: Yeah, it was so much fun. And I felt like, wow, they were coming to see me, and it was alive, and, and it just was just so, like, like, "What's this?" And, um, so no, of course, we don't want it to snow in Philadelphia anymore, but it's just kind of fun.
[01:10:42] Speaker 4: No, no, no, no.
[01:10:43] Speaker 1: What if, what if I were at the beach, and n- not snow, but like little flakes of, little flakes of... W- if a snowflake... I- if it was hot and sunny and snowflakes came in the sun to me, I would just... That would just be so much fun to me. (laughs)
[01:11:01] Speaker 4: (laughs)
[01:11:02] Speaker 1: It wouldn't turn cold. It wouldn't pile up. But I could just be at the beach, swimming in the ocean or laying on the sand, and the snowflakes that are not cold, something kind of flaky and snowy just starts to float in the air. I remember, um, some, some family members had, uh, children go to camp, and the camp leader was able to, uh, to take the wind, and they had the leaves blowing in circles up in the air in front of the campers, the children, and they were just watching this man, who was a mystical man, and he had camps for kids, and, and they were doing all kind of mystical things together with the wind and the leaves, and, and just playing with nature, and, and making it move and swirl in front of everybody. And the kids just were just captivated by the, the, the energy, the power that we have, and that this, and that this man was displaying to them. And i- it was possible. You know, children believe. Children believe. They, they haven't identified everything.
[01:12:22] Speaker 1: They haven't deduced everything into logic. So with young people and children, it's, it's fun. Sometimes we have the opportunity (laughs) to, to be around young children and influence them. Is that true, Beverly? (laughs)
[01:12:44] Speaker 4: Wow.
[01:12:45] Speaker 1: (laughs) Do, do you ever get a chance to be around young children, and you get to-
[01:12:51] Speaker 4: I do.
[01:12:52] Speaker 1: ... influence them? (laughs)
[01:12:54] Speaker 4: Lately, lately. (laughs) Lately.
[01:12:57] Speaker 1: And you know-
[01:12:57] Speaker 4: (laughs)
[01:12:57] Speaker 1: ... things that go beyond their... what they would normally be receiving to, to like... W- what, what have you noticed about the... about, about children, young children lately, groups of young children lately? (laughs)
[01:13:13] Speaker 4: Wow. Wow.
[01:13:16] Speaker 2: Oh, wow. Um, I'm noticing a lot because the children that I was around are, um, they're ... The children are doing a lot of, uh, social media and a lot of laptops now.
[01:13:36] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
[01:13:37] Speaker 2: That's what, that's what I noticed.
[01:13:39] Speaker 1: Okay.
[01:13:40] Speaker 2: So I, um, you know, had conversations with them and things like that, but their interest is in more electronics. That's what I've noticed.
[01:13:57] Speaker 1: Right. And, and you know, it's funny, because I read something-
[01:14:01] Speaker 2: But the, this was an age range, this was an age range of like, uh, I would say 11, 10, 11, 12, like that. Yeah.
[01:14:12] Speaker 1: Oh, that age. (laughs) It's, it's so interesting-
[01:14:16] Speaker 2: Now, I've been around some younger children too, but-
[01:14:19] Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Okay. That's what I thought. (laughs)
[01:14:20] Speaker 2: I've been around some younger ones.
[01:14:23] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
[01:14:23] Speaker 2: But yeah, that's, that's what I, that's what I noticed, about that age.
[01:14:29] Speaker 1: Well, I read som-
[01:14:30] Speaker 2: They-
[01:14:31] Speaker 1: Yeah, I read somewhere that it, it, when children, uh, uh, and like 50 years ago, that, that children got to the place where they stopped playing with toy guns and stuff like that. And I read that there will be a time where children will put down these devices. They'll put down these phones. They'll stop looking at them every second of the day. And, um, that will come to be also. I, I, I know, it's so interesting, I was feeling to myself, let's have no filters, uh, sometimes. So say, um, sometimes we might, um, try to search for something, we're not on our computers all the time, but if we search for something, and we say, we search for a single item, like, uh, you know, a, a car, we're gonna get a lot of cars.
[01:15:31] Speaker 1: But if we put a lot of filters on, say we want a car, it has a, a manual transmission, and it's red-
[01:15:40] Speaker 2: Okay.
[01:15:40] Speaker 1: ... and it's a 19, uh, not ... It's a 2020, now we're gonna have less, less is gonna show up in the search. And so I, I was comparing it to life, saying, "Let's have no filters. We don't need filters." And when we remove, um, any, we s- and we start to removing these things, uh, if we have 100 filters, n- now we're gonna get very little. But if we start removing down to 90 filters, and 80 filters in our personal lives, and, and 70 filters, 70 requirements that we need in our lives, and now, now we, we, we reduce that, uh, into 60 things that we need in our lives, down to 50, to 40, 30, 10 things, we reduce it down. Then we reduce it down to nine things we need, seven things we need, six things, five things, four things, three things, two things, one thing. Maybe we just reduce it down to joy that we want in our lives. Then now the possibilities of, of all of the experiences that we have increased, because we don't have a lot of filters saying, "We don't like this. We don't like that.
[01:16:53] Speaker 1: We don't want it this way. We don't w- want it that way." W- w- w- you know, sometimes, um, human beings have a tendency to have all these criteria in our lives for everything, but if we start to remove all these criteria and all these restrictions and all these things that we say that we have to have, now we are more open to have a, a broad, wide experience of so much more. And, uh, I just started noticing that. And I decided I don't need to have a lot of restrictions or a lot of rules about what needs to happen or what is required. And when those go away, now you're open to all the joy and all the exuberance and all the bliss that there is, because now there's nothing in the way. It's so much fun.
[01:17:52] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:17:55] Speaker 2: (laughs) Wow. Wow.
[01:18:00] Speaker 1: Just fun. So sometimes, um, every day, when we wake up every day, and we know that we're gonna have a- another beautiful day, sometimes we don't always, like you say, know what's gonna happen. We'll, we never just gonna be-
[01:18:18] Speaker 2: Right.
[01:18:18] Speaker 1: We don't know, but joy is the, is something that we might say, "Want this day to be filled with joy. We want this day to be filled with brightness. We want this day to be filled with, with a, some type of beautiful experience we have." And then there it is, and it comes in. (laughs) And we don't, we don't have to say where it's gonna come from or how it's gonna come, 'cause we don't know. But then it comes, and then it's like, " (gasps) Look at that." (laughs) And it's pretty fun.
[01:18:52] Speaker 2: Wow. Hmm.
[01:18:56] Speaker 1: Well, I know a lot of people (laughs) depend on you, because, um, we, we had a, a nice visitor, uh, last show, um, David.
[01:19:08] Speaker 2: David.
[01:19:09] Speaker 1: Yes, who came on, and, and he's just, just, uh, awake, is just so bright all day long, and just-It's just- just- it's just- I want to do this, I wanna do that. I- I wanna learn how to do this, I wanna experience this, I wanna go here, I wanna do this here. I want everything to happen. And it's completely open, and there's this level of- of joy, and- and- and enthusiasm, and wonder about everything. And so, that's a lot where you come in. I had mentioned, he just sees life as just, "I want this," and just rubs the genie, and then there it is, because there's nothing blocking, nothing interfering, nothing saying, "Oh, but- but I don't think I can do that because of this.
[01:20:01] Speaker 1: Oh, I want this."
[01:20:02] Speaker 2: But I think I can do it. I think I can do anything.
[01:20:05] Speaker 1: That's right. I know it.
[01:20:06] Speaker 2: All I gotta do is- I gotta put my mind to something. So-
[01:20:10] Speaker 1: Just know it.
[01:20:11] Speaker 2: ... you know? If I- if I decide-
[01:20:15] Speaker 1: You know to do anything. Like you're doing-
[01:20:17] Speaker 2: If I decide to do it.
[01:20:19] Speaker 1: Yeah, like you're doing all these things that you weren't doing when I saw you last. (laughs)
[01:20:24] Speaker 2: (laughs) Right.
[01:20:24] Speaker 1: I saw you last, and- and now when we talk-
[01:20:27] Speaker 2: Right.
[01:20:27] Speaker 1: ... there's all of these new changes in your life.
[01:20:30] Speaker 2: Now, I'm doing new things. Now, I'm doing new things because new things are required of me, and I'm there to help people on their journey, you know? So, if things- if things work, you know? Things will work out.
[01:20:47] Speaker 1: Yeah, you're doing- Yeah. Yeah.
[01:20:50] Speaker 2: We do the dance together. And I provide certain services, and it's beautiful.
[01:20:59] Speaker 1: Yes.
[01:20:59] Speaker 2: They wanna receive the services, and I'm gonna try to give them what they want.
[01:21:06] Speaker 1: (laughs) Well, I think- I think I wanna come see you (laughs) in Philadelphia.
[01:21:13] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[01:21:14] Speaker 1: I think I wanna walk into All The Way Live (laughs) and just, um, and just order everything, and be with every- be with you there.
[01:21:26] Speaker 2: It's fun.
[01:21:26] Speaker 1: And- and everyone there.
[01:21:27] Speaker 2: It's a lot of fun.
[01:21:29] Speaker 1: Yeah, for you. Yeah, you have-
[01:21:30] Speaker 2: It's fun.
[01:21:31] Speaker 1: ... this bright, fun life with all these beautiful people who come into your living room, dining room. That's what I call it, because it- it doesn't feel like a restaurant. It's not like any restaurant that you go into. It- it- it doesn't look like your standard restaurant, where everything looks the same, and all the tables and chairs are the same, and there's beautiful artwork, and there's beautiful music playing, and the energy is just beautiful.
[01:21:56] Speaker 1: And I can't wait to be there, um, I- I-
[01:22:01] Speaker 2: But I can't wait to see you get there.
[01:22:03] Speaker 1: Yeah, and- and I might not even-
[01:22:06] Speaker 2: We'll have so much fun.
[01:22:06] Speaker 1: Yeah, we- (laughs)
[01:22:07] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[01:22:07] Speaker 1: We'll all have so much fun (laughs) doing everything. And- and- and- and it is fun. I- I mean, I just love to go walking the streets, and- and, um, you know, picking herbs and all these things. It's- it- it- and- and you- you just expand in this way, where you don't know what's gonna happen next. And- and to- to not plan the day so much with such rigid plans, and to have a little flexibility, then everything is possible. Everything is possible.
[01:22:37] Speaker 2: Right.
[01:22:39] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:22:40] Speaker 2: Everything is possible. Everything is possible. Life is an adventure.
[01:22:48] Speaker 1: So- so I wanna ask you about a ques- something you mentioned to me once. One day, you said to me that you know in- in previous lives, because y- we've had so many, and you might have said in a previous life, or in previous lives, you were served by others. And you ha- you had to-
[01:23:08] Speaker 2: I was served, yeah. Right.
[01:23:10] Speaker 1: So, can you tell us, can you recall, or can you tell us anything that you felt about some of your previous lives, to where you were in a different, uh, it was different from what it is now? What can you remember, or what you have a feeling about?
[01:23:28] Speaker 2: Well, in my- in one of my previous lives, I was served. I was royalty, and I was served, okay? And I realized, well, there's a way that I found that- what happened that I found that out. So, to make a long story short-
[01:23:53] Speaker 1: No, I want a long story. We have 30 minutes. I- I want the long story.
[01:23:57] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[01:23:57] Speaker 1: I wanna hear the details. Let's hear the details.
[01:24:01] Speaker 2: In this lifetime, I'm supposed to serve, and I didn't take kindly to that at first. I didn't want to do what I'm doing right now, okay? Which is serving. Um, so, when this came about, this business, which was my daughter wanted to start the business, and it was encouraged by, Dr. Sebi encouraged me and her, but it was my daughter's- she wanted to do it. I was like, I knew how much work it was gonna be, and I didn't want, I said, "I don't know. I don't- I don't- I don't think this is what I wanna do." So, my daughter, she talked me into it, and, um, what happened was, after a while, my daughter was like, she said, "Are you gonna continue to do the business?" Because her and my son were thinking of doing something else.
[01:25:14] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:25:15] Speaker 2: So, I was like-Oh, wow. Okay. So she said, "I'll still, like, help you," or whatever, in, in ways, but she wanted to do something else. So I was like, "Okay. I'll do this for a while." I, I had no idea how long it was gonna be. Um, but what I realized once I was in it, it was really for me. It was my, it was, this was, this was my work. That's what I realized. This is my work. So-
[01:25:58] Speaker 1: And so now you're serving. (laughs) Your work is serving-
[01:26:03] Speaker 2: I accepted-
[01:26:04] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:26:04] Speaker 2: I accepted the fact that this was meant for me to, to deal with, and that's why I'm still here. The restaurant has been here now going on 16 years.
[01:26:22] Speaker 1: Keep going forever, please. (laughs)
[01:26:24] Speaker 2: (laughs) .
[01:26:25] Speaker 1: Don't ever stop. Never stop.
[01:26:26] Speaker 2: No. So that's, that's how that happened.
[01:26:29] Speaker 1: (laughs)
[01:26:30] Speaker 2: And I, once I got, you know, comfortable in knowing that it was for me, um, and my daughter was to assist, but she had other plans, uh, I settled in, and it's been so wonderful, and I'm so glad that I can share what I've learned with many, many people, you see? That's why I'm here, so that's my purpose in this lifetime, you see?
[01:27:10] Speaker 1: So will you tell us a little bit about how you found out you were royalty before this lifetime of service?
[01:27:21] Speaker 2: Okay. There are things you can do. Yes.
[01:27:24] Speaker 1: Okay.
[01:27:24] Speaker 2: There's readings that you can, can do. There's different things that ... There's different tools out here for you to find certain things out. There's a lot of avenues to find out certain things, and I explored a lot of these avenues, and that's how I found out, and it, and it, and it made so much sense once I saw it, because then I looked at my behavior, the things I love, the things I like to do, the way I like to dress. All of that revealed that the reading was true.
[01:28:13] Speaker 2: Um, so here I am now, having my chance-
[01:28:18] Speaker 1: Well, you look like royalty.
[01:28:21] Speaker 2: Huh?
[01:28:21] Speaker 1: You look like royal- You look like royalty. (laughs)
[01:28:27] Speaker 2: Oh, my. (laughs)
[01:28:28] Speaker 1: That is for sure.
[01:28:31] Speaker 2: So, so I, um, so I have settled into what my karma is in this lifetime, and I'm loving it, you see? Uh, and I love doing what I do, and I'm so grateful that I was able to accept it.
[01:28:56] Speaker 1: We are too. Everyone else is also.
[01:29:00] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[01:29:00] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[01:29:00] Speaker 2: Well, I didn't fight it.
[01:29:03] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
[01:29:03] Speaker 2: You know, like in the beginning I was trying to fight it.
[01:29:07] Speaker 1: Yes.
[01:29:07] Speaker 2: Um, but I've settled in, and it's been the best thing for me.
[01:29:12] Speaker 1: Yes.
[01:29:12] Speaker 2: It's so healing for me-
[01:29:15] Speaker 1: Yes.
[01:29:15] Speaker 2: ... and I'm grateful.
[01:29:17] Speaker 1: Yes. You are.
[01:29:18] Speaker 2: I'm grateful to be doing this, and to be creating, and yeah. I'm just grateful.
[01:29:26] Speaker 1: Well, I have another question. May I ask you?
[01:29:29] Speaker 2: Of course.
[01:29:30] Speaker 1: (laughs) Okay. So we were speaking maybe a few days ago, and we were speaking about women here, um, as far as the women's... the way the w- that women are portrayed here. And we talked about celibacy. We talked about intimacy. We talked about women have created all, and that women didn't need anything outside of herself to create another, and we were talking about women and creation.
[01:30:11] Speaker 2: Okay. Now, that's a subject that we're really gonna have to get into that we don't have enough time. Uh, when we get into that, I wanna have, uh, more time.
[01:30:27] Speaker 1: Okay.
[01:30:27] Speaker 2: Because that is a subject, uh, that needs a lot of attention because of the way we've been indoctrinated, the way women have been indoctrinated, the way men have been, uh, taught to think of women, um, and we're the creators, okay? Um, so, yeah. I would love to, to talk about it. But I'm-
[01:31:00] Speaker 1: Well, we have about 20 minutes. (laughs) We have about 20-
[01:31:05] Speaker 2: Time?
[01:31:05] Speaker 1: We have about 17 minutes. You could talk non-stop. I won't interrupt you. (laughs)
[01:31:13] Speaker 2: Uh...
[01:31:14] Speaker 1: Or we could save it for another time. That's fine.
[01:31:16] Speaker 2: It starts, it starts back, it starts back with, with, with science, with anthropology, and it goes back to-... who the first homo sapien was on this Earth. It goes back to that. And so you have all kinds of theories. That's why I don't wanna go into it right now, because you have-
[01:31:44] Speaker 1: Okay.
[01:31:44] Speaker 2: ... all kinds of theories of how women appeared and, and all these type of things. How people got here. You have all these type of theories. You have the Charles Darwin theory, that you came from an ape. You have so many different, um ... yeah.
[01:32:06] Speaker 1: Okay. Well, we could do that (laughs) next Saturday. We got two hours.
[01:32:10] Speaker 2: Yeah. We could do that the next day.
[01:32:11] Speaker 1: We could dig in there for two hours. (laughs)
[01:32:13] Speaker 2: (laughs) Um, we could do that next week. Um, but what I have learned over the years is that living in a patriarchal society, women have been put in a certain place, okay? And it's a whole story around that. So, when we have more time, we can talk about it. If people wanna chime in or want to talk about it, I'd be happy to talk about it.
[01:32:51] Speaker 1: That's just wonderful. I look forward to talking to you about anything and everything.
[01:32:56] Speaker 2: (laughs)
[01:32:56] Speaker 1: 'Cause we talk about ... we get a chance to talk about a, a lot. (laughs) Um, and, and so-
[01:33:03] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[01:33:03] Speaker 1: ... I wanted to, um, I mentioned is, uh, I mentioned, um, we d- we don't always, um, talk about these kind of things, but I wa- I watched a very interesting movie that I mentioned to you. And I sent you the information, and, uh, I guess I, I'm gonna say the name of the movie, um, in case our listeners maybe have seen it, or they enjoy movies and they wanna watch it. It was a very interesting movie. Perhaps you got a chance to see a few minutes of it. Uh, and I know that when you have some time off then you'll get a chance to see it, and we can ... I can find out what you thought of it.
[01:33:48] Speaker 1: But the movie-
[01:33:49] Speaker 2: Uh-huh.
[01:33:50] Speaker 1: ... um, I was ... is called, um, (laughs) Three Thou- it's ... the movie's called Three Thousand Years of ... Ah, what's it called? Three Thousand Year- Three Thousand Years of, of, um ... (laughs) Now I gotta look it up, what I said that it was called.
[01:34:09] Speaker 2: It's Three Thousand Years ... I forget. Not Longing, is it?
[01:34:13] Speaker 1: Yes, it is. Three Thousand Years of Longing.
[01:34:16] Speaker 2: Yeah. Right.
[01:34:17] Speaker 1: Three Thousand Years of Longing.
[01:34:20] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
[01:34:21] Speaker 1: And, um, sometimes I, I, I don't really get a chance to watch a lot of TV, um, because I'm ... You know, uh, I, I love to f- be in a certain field, a certain energy. Uh, but I came across this fun movie, and, um, I sent a text message to you. I was trying to look for it, and yes, I wanna make sure that I said the title right. Some of you may have seen it. Uh, but it's ... right now, it's currently playing on Tubi, T-U-B-I, um. If you have that on your TV, if you have the different apps, um, on your, um, device, on your streaming device, it's a streaming application, and it is called, it is called Three Thousand Years of ... Maybe it's Three Thousand Years we said of Longing?
[01:35:25] Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that's what it-
[01:35:28] Speaker 2: Three Thousand Years of Longing?
[01:35:32] Speaker 1: Three Thousand Years of Longing. I'm sure it is.
[01:35:35] Speaker 2: I think that-
[01:35:35] Speaker 1: D- I, I guess I just sent it to you a few days ago.
[01:35:40] Speaker 2: You want me to look at it? I'll tell you what it is.
[01:35:43] Speaker 1: Okay. Yeah. (laughs)
[01:35:44] Speaker 2: I'll send you the name of it.
[01:35:45] Speaker 1: Okay. (laughs) Okay. S- so wait. (laughs)
[01:35:47] Speaker 2: I'll tell you.
[01:35:47] Speaker 1: Maybe it's right there. Okay. I have it right here-
[01:35:50] Speaker 2: I think I know.
[01:35:50] Speaker 1: ... 'cause it's up on my TV screen. Three Thousand Years of Longing. Three Thousand Years of Longing. It's on Tubi, and, um, it's a very interesting, um, movie. Um, Idris Elba is in it, along with a host of other people. It is, uh, an international film, um, from many countries. It could be, you know ... It, it was basically mostly, um, they, they said they're in Istanbul, and so ... And it, and it covers various time periods throughout the ages. Um, so it's ... You know, for, for m- a lot of the movie, they ... And it's in a storytelling format, and, uh, very interesting. So it's called Three Thousand Years of Longing. It's on Tubi, and, uh, covers a lot of, uh ... It's in basically mostly Istanbul. It covers the, the mysteries of Istanbul, um, and very fascinating. Very fascinating, and, uh, I lo- (laughs) I look forward to, if anyone looks at it and has any comments about it, um, let us know. So, let's see. We're getting ... We got us ... We have some more time, a few more minutes.
[01:37:24] Speaker 1: Um, anything else that you would love to say to all of us while we still have a few moments left?
[01:37:34] Speaker 2: Um, I- I just wanna, um, just say how... how grateful I am that I began to see the beauty in the smallest things in life, whether I'm folding clothes, washing dishes, mopping the floor, gathering herbs, making food, finding the healthiest way to present the food to help your body, going to sleep and snuggling up to sleepy, to sleep, to go sleepy. Everything is beautiful, and I'm just like... I hope everyone can find their beauty and find their peace in the simple things, and know that there's no reason to ever be bored in life. There's too much to learn and too much to see to be bored. And the reason that I'm here, I am beginning to see why I came. So, I'm grateful. And does it mean that everything is perfect and goes? It doesn't, but in the end, everything always works out for me. That's what happens.
[01:39:19] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[01:39:20] Speaker 2: So, I'm... I just, I just... You know? Like I said, words can't express it.
[01:39:31] Speaker 1: That's right.
[01:39:32] Speaker 2: But I'm, I'm just thankful. You know?
[01:39:38] Speaker 1: Yes. Yes, that's right. Well, very good! Very good. I, um... This is really fun to me, um, because, uh, uh during this show, for this show, um, I've been trying to, uh, learn about- about how to go about doing things I thought I'd never do. (laughs) And so, this has been really beautiful to me. Um, so I wanna thank everybody for being here, and thank you so much for listening. I wanna thank... Thank you so much for, um, subscribing, being subscribers, and thank you for your kind and generous heartfelt donations. We truly appreciate it. It helps us to, to be here. We, um, strive continuously to, um, bring more to our elevation and, um, our ascension. And ascension meaning we're always elevating, and ways that we can continue to do that, um, because this is... it is, it- it is always... It always continues. Um, energy is always here. It never dies, and we are energy, and we always continue in all forms.
[01:41:19] Speaker 1: Um, whether or not we are Beverly, or if we're Aloha, and everyone we've ever been, and everything, and everyone we may be later, we just continue to learn. We continue to elevate. We continue to expand. It's not like school where we, we graduate and we're done. (laughs) We are always continuing, and, and continue yourself, and that there are things that you want for yourself, and places that you want to be at, and any shifts or changes that you want for yourself, you can do these things. You can be at any place that you want to be. We are not... We are in charge of our lives. We're, we're not just here, um, in the world, just, you know, @hoping that everything works out for us. We have the power to be all that we wanna be, and to live the lives that we wanna live. We have the power to do that. We just recognize it, and set our intention on it, and we can be all that we wanna be. We can be all that we are, and we can experience all that there is.
[01:42:56] Speaker 1: So, I just want to thank everyone again for being here. Thank you, BBS Radio. Thank you so much. Um, we are on a beautiful platform here where we can always express any subject matter that we want, so thank you so much BBS Radio. And thank you, Beverly. We have about five more minutes if there's anything else that has come to mind that you want to, to say to all of us. We have about five more minutes.
[01:43:33] Speaker 2: I just wanna say that for whatever situation, love is the answer. Not love the way we've been taught, that gooey, sticky kind of thing, not that. That's not what I'm talking about. But love is always the answer. It's always a solution, so you wanna always show love and be present. And if you find that you're not able, you don't want to, it's okay. Maybe one day you'll find that space where you wanna experience something else. Maybe you will, maybe you won't, but whatever it is, it's good. Whatever happens, it's okay.
[01:44:25] Speaker 1: Yes, that's right. That's right. So (laughs) it is still early. I'm on the West Coast. Beverly is on the East Coast. And, uh-
[01:44:34] Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm on the East Coast.
[01:44:36] Speaker 1: ... the sun's still up... the sun's still up where you are. And, of course, um, (laughs) we are invited by Beverly, as she mentioned, to, um, come to a beautiful place in Philadelphia, All The Way Live restaurant, come to a meditation class at 10:00 AM on Saturdays and-
[01:44:57] Speaker 2: 10:30.
[01:44:59] Speaker 1: 10:30. Thank you, 10:30, 'cause when I surprise you, I don't wanna be early. (laughs)
[01:45:05] Speaker 2: (laughs) Yeah, 10:30.
[01:45:09] Speaker 1: Yes.
[01:45:09] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[01:45:09] Speaker 1: And today has been a bright, beautiful day. And, um, we continue on, um, all day long on Saturday on BBS Radio. It is just bright, beautiful, and the train continues. So, uh, thank you, Beverly, so much for being here. Um, I can't tell you how much it means to all of us that you're here. Thank you, again, BBS Radio. And, um, I love you. (laughs) I love you, Beverly.
[01:45:37] Speaker 2: I love you.
[01:45:37] Speaker 1: I love... (laughs) I love you. I love everyone-
[01:45:40] Speaker 2: Love you.
[01:45:41] Speaker 1: ... out here that loves listening to us. So we will have a bright, bright, beautiful day, and we will see you again on Saturday. Bye for now. (instrumental music)
