Clarity Cafe, the new sip-sized self-improvement podcast is a safe haven to relax and pour yourself a little break from reality with hosts Cali and Barb. This popular podcast is an evolution of friendship after the duo began holding their own ‘Clarity Cafe’ each week during quarantine. Their weekly zoom dates over a cup of tea helped them work through mixed emotions, and as word spread and more friends joined, it morphed into one big clarity family.
Host Cali, who has had a wild life including early childhood trauma, ADHD, and healing from chronic illness, is the creator of the Chill Mindset Movement and the founder of an exciting new guided visualization app called Limitless Healing. Co-host Barb is the CEO of a renowned regenerative and functional medicine practice called BioReset Medical and survivor and thriver as a double kidney/pancreas transplant recipient with a passion for yoga and a doctorate in Medical Qigong.

How to navigate internal changes post-COVID and not fall back into old patterns and self-destructive behaviors
-
Things life doesn't teach you about friendships, happiness, health, and more
-
Never being too old to change your mindset for the better
As a safe, judgment-free space, the podcast provides an approach to challenging life issues in a fun way that gives a little sip of clarity and a fresh perspective. The podcast is shared every Wednesday and topics include:

Learn to handle unreasonable requests
Cali says, “Once ‘The Great Pause’ commenced, I knew it was time for my sabbatical to be over. It was time to show up to help humanity. We must change to survive as a species. To find our answers, each of us needs to re-train our mindset, learn how to go within, find our wisdom and begin to operate from this deep truth. Together, our Clarity Cafe Family is our little self-empowerment community for change.”
Barb continues, “It's about wanting to give people a little piece of themselves back each week. To know there is a relatable space without recourse. To empower people to work through feelings like self-doubt and loneliness, and then come out the other side knowing how to change that into something positive. Clarity Cafe is our ‘time-out’ bubble, a break from daily demands, to get some perspective.”

Meet Barb, she’s a bonafide badass warrior woman with a giant heart of gold. Legit, Barb is one of the most brave, resilient humans you will ever meet, and despite dealing head on with all life has thrown at her (and boy… has she had to fight to survive some sh*t), she’s always done it with grace, humility and a sweet smile on her face.
It’s no doubt that Barb’s journey through self discovery and her empathetic desire to share her knowledge and experiences to help others is what has made her the person she is today. That is ultimately why Barb co-founded the one-of-a-kind BioReset Medical, so she could use her own experiences to find better ways to help heal people. Never one to sit in the status quo of life, Barb and the BioReset team use some of the most cutting edge integrative medical techniques and solutions to naturally heal people from the inside out. This is some crazy advanced shenanigans and nothing short of phenomenal to witness first hand.
Aside from Barb’s kick ass day job, you won’t be surprised to find out that she is also fascinated with eastern health and wellness philosophies. This journey toward curious self evolution began at an early age. Raised in Kentucky and diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic as a child, Barbara was fascinated by all types of health and wellness teachings that would help contribute to a more positive quality of life. Immersing herself in all that she could from the very best teachers around the world, Barb in turn became a teacher herself in the process. To this day, Barb is officially one part master yoga teacher + another part teacher & Doctor of Medical Qigong.
Yet it was never Barb’s style to sit in one place too long. As a multiple organ transplant survivor, what motivates Barb was always helping others find their might, no matter the odds. So after gaining her degree in Chinese Language and Literature, a Global MBA followed suit. Armed with this litany of experience, she soon after took to the mammoth that is Silicon Valley to shape some of the largest tech companies’ policies on people, culture and communications before moving on to co-found her own company. Always people first, profits second. Now, aside from biohacking on the regular, Barb is taking to podcasting to reach fellow souls outside her day to day, marrying east and west healing philosophies to inspire the same health and happiness in others that she aspires to create for herself and the people closest to her. Tune into Clarity Cafe and get inspired by this warrior woman yourself, not to mention bask in a lil lovin sunshine from her old sweet soul.
