Her goal was to create sustainable communities one homeowner at a time and that she did as she strategically placed countless families into their first, second and their ultimate dream home.

Residing in Atlanta, Georgia, Kat is a devoted wife, mother of five, and proud grandmother (or "Mammaw") to three beautiful grandchildren. She holds a theology degree from Beulah Heights University, which has deepened her understanding of the human spirit and the importance of faith in overcoming life's challenges.
