Kat’s has served over 35 years as a professional in the real estate mortgage field where she was the successful owner of the financial lending institution Global Mortgage Strategies Inc. She was the voice and visionary behind “Let’s Talk Real Estate” a talk show dedicated to educating potential homeowners and investors about the market trends of real estate. Her goal was to create sustainable communities one homeowner at a time and that she did as she strategically placed countless families into their first, second and their ultimate dream home.
Residing in Atlanta, Georgia, Kat is a devoted wife, mother of five, and proud grandmother (or "Mammaw") to three beautiful grandchildren. She holds a theology degree from Beulah Heights University, which has deepened her understanding of the human spirit and the importance of faith in overcoming life's challenges.
