Ever since I have been doing counseling and psychotherapy, I have believed good therapy is not just about what you know, but it is also about who you are. I hope to shed some insight into who I am and what I believe.
This month, Colorado Law is proud to honor prominent Denver-based alum, George Brauchler ('95). Brauchler is currently serving as the district attorney for the 18th Judicial District, the largest judicial district in the state with more than 930,000 residents in Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln Counties. A veteran litigator, Brauchler has taken more than 140 trials to verdict in state, federal, and military court over the past eighteen years, including several of the state’s most publicized cases.

Instructor Joe Pinella has studied and practiced the ancient Chinese healing arts of Qigong and Tai Chi Kung for over 50 years. As a youngster, he had the unusual opportunity to study in a Chinese Buddhist temple in NYC. At the formal request of a family friend who was a monk, Joe was accepted as a student and taught in the traditional Chinese manner.
