The "Revolt" Logic

This broadcast explores the escalating frustration with the American tax system, contrasting modern "oppressive taxation" with the principles of the Founding Fathers. Host Bradley Dean questions the legitimacy of a system that demands half of a citizen's income while drowning in debt and fraud. The discussion culminates in a call for a "national tax revolt" based on the historical precedent of the Boston Tea Party and a demand for divine and constitutional justice.

The Exhaustive Burden of Modern Taxation

The current American tax landscape is characterized by an overwhelming volume of levies that extend into almost every facet of daily life. From "flush taxes" and "dog license taxes" to complex federal income and corporate taxes, the sheer number of appropriations has grown without explicit public approval. This complexity is mirrored in the U.S. tax code, which has ballooned to 3.8 million words—over four times the length of William Shakespeare’s entire collective works. Taxpayers now spend an estimated 7.6 billion hours annually just to comply with federal requirements, a massive diversion of human energy from economically productive activities.

"7.6 billion hours are spent annually on tax compliance."

Historical Precedent and the "Tributary Slave"

Drawing parallels to the 1773 Boston Tea Party, the discussion highlights that the American Revolution was sparked by far less intrusive taxation. Figures like Samuel Adams and Patrick Henry argued that taxation without representation reduced free subjects to the state of "tributary slaves." Today, the host argues that while citizens have "representatives," these officials often fail to represent the people's interests, instead reallocating wealth to foreign interests and overseen by agencies with no constitutional standing. The original grievance of the 4th of July was not merely tax, but the broader departure from the "Word of God" and the loss of religious freedom.

Systematic Fraud and the Failure of Accountability

A significant portion of the discourse focuses on the lack of justice regarding government mismanagement of funds. In Minnesota, allegations of voter fraud and the misappropriation of up to $31 billion in tax dollars have surfaced, yet no high-ranking officials have faced prosecution. The host contends that "resignation is a slap in the face" and that only criminal prosecution can restore the survival of the country. This lack of accountability at the top is contrasted with the "taskmasters" who strictly monitor small ministries and businesses, creating a double standard where the government is "drowning in debt" while its citizens are "taxed to death".

National Debt Trajectory

The rapid escalation of federal debt and the cost of servicing it.

Current Estimated Debt:$31.3T - $40T

Monthly Interest Payment: $8.8 Billion

The Paradox of the "Voluntary" System

A critical segment analyzes an interview with the late Senator Harry Reid, who claimed the U.S. has a "voluntary tax system." The host exposes the "double talk" in this phrasing: while the IRS describes the system as voluntary, failure to pay results in civil and criminal penalties, including imprisonment. This contradiction is viewed as a form of "taxation by force," which the host argues is fundamentally un-American. The broadcast suggests that a national revolt—where the 345 million citizens refuse to "fund their own demise"—may be the only remaining way to teach representatives a lesson.

Key Data

  • National Debt: Cited at various points between $31.3 trillion and $40 trillion.
  • Interest Payments: The U.S. pays approximately $8.8 billion in interest on the deficit every month.
  • Tax Code Changes: There have been 4,428 changes to the tax code in the last decade alone.
  • Federal Tax Rates (2026): Expected to range from 10% to 37%, excluding state and local taxes.
  • Compliance Burden: The IRS offers 1,999 different publication forms and instruction sheets for download.

To-Do

  • Citizens must demand the prosecution of officials involved in the $31 billion Minnesota fraud rather than accepting mere resignations.
  • Patriots are encouraged to study the historical actions of the Sons of Liberty and the Boston Tea Party to understand the framework for a tax revolt.
  • Individuals should review IRS Publication 557 to understand tax exemptions related to churches and the "voluntary" nature of the tax code.
  • The American public must repent and return to "God's Ten Commandments" to find a foundation for true justice.

Conclusion

The document paints a picture of a nation at a breaking point, where the complexity and weight of taxation have become a tool for "tributary slavery." By highlighting the gap between the Founding Fathers' vision and current government practices, the broadcast calls for a return to biblical and constitutional principles, suggesting that without a significant stand—or "revolt"—by the people, the survival of the country is at risk.

[00:00] Speaker 1: ... -istical force like the economy, inflation, or politics that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do. Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible. They, and they alone, have the power. They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses, provided they have the gumption to manage their own employees. Now, I mean to highlight what Charlie had written concerning taxation. Here's a partial list of taxes that Americans pay today. Now, the question I want to leave you with as I'm highlighting these taxes, did you approve of these tax appropriations?

[00:39] Speaker 1: Michael Snyder wrote, "Air transportation taxes, bio-diesel fuel taxes, building permit taxes, business registration fees, capital gains taxes, cigarette taxes, court fines, indirect taxes, disposal fees, dog license taxes, driver's license fees, employer health insurance mandate taxes, employer Medicare taxes, employer Social Security taxes, environmental fees, estate taxes, excise taxes on comprehensive health insurance plans, federal corporate taxes, federal income taxes, federal unemployment taxes, fishing license taxes, flush taxes," yes, this actually exists in some areas, "food and beverage license fees, franchise business taxes, garbage taxes, gasoline taxes, gift taxes, gun owners permits, hazardous material disposable fees, highway access fees, hotel taxes, hunting license taxes, import taxes, individual health insurance mandate taxes, inheritance taxes, insect control/hazardous materials licenses, inspection fees, insurance premium taxes, interstate user diesel fuel taxes,

[01:35] Speaker 1: inventory taxes, IRA early withdrawal taxes, IRS interest charges, tax on top of tax, IRS penalties, tax on top of tax, library taxes, license plate fees, liquor taxes, local corporate taxes, local income taxes, local school taxes, local unemployment taxes, luxury taxes, marriage license taxes, Medicare taxes, Medicare tax surcharge on high-earning Americans under Obamacare, now American Health Care Act, Obamacare, American Health Care Act individual mandate excise taxes. If you don't buy qualifying health insurance under Obamacare, now American Health Care Act, you will have to pay an additional tax.

[02:13] Speaker 1: Obamacare, now American Health Care Act, surtax on investment income, a new 3.8 surtax on investment income, parking meters, passport fees, professional license and fees, another form of taxation, property taxes, real estate taxes, recreational vehicle taxes, registration fees for new businesses, toll booth taxes, sales taxes, self-employment taxes, sewer and water taxes, septic permit taxes, service charge taxes, Social Security taxes, special assessments for road repairs or construction, sports stadium taxes, state corporate taxes, state income taxes, state park entrance fees, state unemployment taxes, SUTA, tanning taxes, telephone 911 service taxes, telephone federal excise taxes, telephone federal universal service taxes, telephone minimum usage surcharge taxes, telephone state and local taxes, telephone universal access taxes, the alternative minimum tax, tire recycling fees, tire taxes, indirect taxes, utilization taxes of state purchases, so on and so forth, utility taxes,

[03:12] Speaker 1: vehicle registration taxes, waste management taxes, water rights fees taxes, water craft registration and licensing fees, well permit fees, work compensation taxes, zoning permit fees." And yet, despite all of this oppressive taxation, our local governments, our state governments, and our federal government are all absolutely drowning in debt. As a matter of fact, to date, $22.0 trillion. When the federal income tax was originally introduced a little more than 100 years ago, most Americans were taxed at a rate of only 1%. Many of today's taxes were not incurred then. But once they got their feet in the door, the social planners always want more. And since that time, tax rates have gone up much higher and the tax code has exploded in size. The US tax code is now 3.8 million words long. If you took all of William Shakespeare's works and collected them together, the entire collection would only be about 900,000 words long.

[04:16] Speaker 1: According to the National Taxpayers Union, US taxpayers spend more than 7.6 billion hours complying with federal tax requirements. Imagine what our society would look like if all that time was spent on more economically profitable activities. 75 years ago, the instructions for Form 1040 were two pages long. Today, they are 189 pages long. There have been 4,428 changes to the tax code just over the last decade. It is incredibly costly to change tax software, tax manuals, and tax instruction booklets for all of those changes. According to the National Taxpayers Union, the IRS currently has 1,999 different publication forms and instruction sheets that you can download from the IRS website. Our tax system has become so complicated that it is almost impossible to file your taxes correctly. For example ... Here we go. "Lower the law and you dim the light by which man perceives his guilt.

[05:25] Speaker 1: This is a very serious loss to the sinner rather than a gain, for it lessens the likelihood of his conviction and conversion. I say that you have deprived the Gospel of its ablest auxiliary, its most powerful weapon, when you have set aside the law of God. You have taken away from it the schoolmaster that is to bring men to Christ. They will never accept grace till they tremble before a just and a holy law. Therefore, the law serves as a most necessary purpose and must not be removed from its place. The law cuts into the core of evil. It reveals the seat of malady, and informs us that the leprosy lies deep within. They must be slain by the law before they can be made alive by the Gospel." The Prince of Preacher, Charles Haden Spurgeon.Let me put this into terms that everybody can understand. If you're sick and tired of man's 10,000 commandments, then get back to God's 10, in Christ Jesus.

[06:21] Speaker 2: The Sons of Liberty is a politically neutral organization. We believe that the Christian ethic has provided the principles on which this nation was founded. It is our belief that these principles provide not only the foundation and framework for American government, but are also essential to the maintenance of a fair and just society. All program content is based on a Christian biblical worldview.

[06:51] Speaker 3: (Heavy metal music plays) One of you said to me recently-

[06:57] Speaker 1: Recently.

[06:57] Speaker 3: ... that we shouldn't rock the boat. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I want to tell you that I am a boat rocker. (Explosion) Boat rocker, boat rocker.

[07:12] Speaker 3: (Heavy metal music plays Hello, friends, as well as a few enemies, scoffers, atheists, skeptics, lunatics, weirdos, and assorted bad guys, and of course all of you good guys and girls out there. Welcome to the Sons of Liberty. You have with you, you, yours truly, Mr. Bradley Dean. Folks, is there a national tax revolt in the works? That means where 345 million people stand up and say, "We're not going to fund our own demise anymore." I mean, that's, that's pretty, uh, significant, wouldn't you think, if that's what the people actually did in letting those that are oppressing them, that they're not going to tolerate it anymore? I mean, folks, if justice guards our liberties, then that would be one way of doing it, wouldn't it? Well, on the other hand, you also see what really matters to those that mean to control you, and are controlling you in fact, uh, if you were to revolt, uh, in paying those taxes, because without 'em, friends, they can't survive. And see, that's what's ridiculous about a communist system. They don't realize that as they're stealing and stealing and stealing, you can only get so much blood out of a turnip, as they say. (ding)

[08:32] Speaker 1: Or what's another saying? Well, you, you can only, uh, milk, uh, dry udders for so long before you're kicked off the milking stool. And I guess that's where things are at today. But you know, I was thinking about this right before the show, concerning this talk of a national tax revolt that's apparently in the works right now, and I'll get to it more, uh, get to more of it in just a moment here. I was thinking to myself, well, w- when we look at the Boston Tea Party, I, I think it's probably best to go back to them and try to understand what took place there, because what we see is the founding fathers, like that of Samuel Adams, who was, uh, P.S., who was a Son of Liberty, uh, Patrick Henry, who was a Son of Liberty, James Otis, who was a Son of Liberty, uh, they were heavily pressed, and they, um, and opposed as well. Without taxation, without representation, they weren't gonna tolerate it.

[09:26] Speaker 1: And so what they did is they argued to reduce it, uh, and free subjects to tributary slavery, and they would have none of it. So what they did is they believed that only the colonial legislators could impose taxes on colonists, and they were not represented in Parliament, yet key arguments maintained that taxes without consent violate English liberty. Well, w- let, let me, let me say it this way, friends. Taxation without representation, uh, and taxation, and heavy taxation, is the power to destroy, and that's what we see happening here. So I suspect that our forefathers already foresaw that, and that's why we had something called, uh, the Boston Tea Party. They weren't gonna have none of it, because they seen that this was a test upon them to see if they could further taxation without representation upon our forefathers.

[10:18] Speaker 1: Uh, also consider that Samuel Adams said, "If taxes are laid upon us in any shape without ever having a legal representative where they are laid, are not we reduced from the character, or, uh, from the character of free subjects to the miserable state of tributary slaves?" Of course. Isn't, isn't that what's going on right now? Hey, folks, I don't know if you're aware of this or not. Did you know that we're actually, I got in front of me an update, the national deficit is up to $31.3 trillion right now, $31.3 trillion. Wh- where's all that money going to, to? I mean, we gotta ask the question, right? I mean, outside of the fact that we know that a lot of, uh, our wealth is being redistributed worldwide by our politicians. Y- y- you heard me right. And, and I'm talking this way, friends, because I really want people, hopefully by emphasizing to them the importance of them paying attention as to what's going on in their country. You're being taxed to death.

[11:21] Speaker 1: And by the end of the show today, friends, you're gonna be so appalled by what's going on here. So you almost have to, if you already don't, agree with what's going on on a nationwide basis. I, I wanna say for the record, I'm not a tax protester, but I'll tell you what I am sick and tired of, is paying tax, on top of tax, on top of tax, (ding) on top of tax, on top of tax, okay? And I'm sure you all are as well. You're taxed on top of tax, friends. And I could go on for the next hour just saying, and then you're taxed on top of that, tax, and then you're taxed on top of that, tax. That's how you destroy a country. And yet we're all paying it without question, or we're all paying it while we complain and murmur a- about what we're tolerating, and that is not good enough for anybody, and that's exactly what our forefathers didn't put up with. I, I wanna give you a little Post-it note here as well.

[12:16] Speaker 1: Uh, many people think that, uh, when the Declaration was actually solidified, which was m-... July 2nd, and then it was proclaimed on July 4th. You ask the American people what it is concerning the 4th of July and what are they celebrating, they'll say it's taxation without representation. I just wanna put into (laughs) perspective that that's not the truth at all. Taxation without representation was number 17 out of 21 grievances that our forefathers had. Do you know what the number one was? Freedom of religion. That's why we, uh, actually celebrate the 4th of July, and it's what our forefathers did back in the 1600s. So it goes directly back to the Word of God and understanding what's gonna happen if we depart from the Word. Here, I wanna say this to the American people. Either you're gonna be ruled by the Word of God or you're gonna be ruled by the bayonet. And right now, what we're talking about is taxation without representation.

[13:12] Speaker 1: I wanna ask you the question, what happens if a person looks into the voluntary system of an income tax ... Th- that's what you're gonna find on IRS publication, just so you know. It's a voluntary income tax. But what happens if you don't pay it? Oh, and yes, I do wanna make clear as well that we see in Mark 12 that taxes do not apply to the church. Not ... None whatsoever. IRS Publication 557, taxes do not apply to the church in any sense of the word. But look what's going on in our country. Patrick Henry said during the, uh, Virginia Resolves in 1765 that, "The taxation of the people by themselves or by persons chosen by themselves to represent them is the only security against a burdensome taxation." Okay? And that's where we're at again. Stamp Act, Congress 1765, that is inseparable, essential to the freedom of a people, that no taxes be imposed on them but with their own consent given personally or by their representatives.

[14:21] Speaker 1: Are your representatives in America representing you, America? Absolutely not. And you know they're not representing you. And that's why there's much of this talk concerning a national tax revolt, okay? Uh, also, let's go over to James Otis, another Son of Liberty. He said, credited with coming to the phrase in the early 1760s, uh, arguing against tax- taxing colonists without their consent. They wouldn't put up with it, right? And Richard Jackson, the colonial agent, warned that if colonies were taxed without representation, the liberties of America will be in danger. (instrumental music plays) Hey, folks, you see a lot of those taxes in your coffers being reallocated by your said representatives? Did you approve of that? Did you give them delegated authority to take that money and then to reallocate it to foreigners? We'll be right back. SonsOfLibertyRadio.com.

[16:51] Speaker 6: Don't have a place to go to church on Sunday? Then come join us at the Sons of Liberty and Bradley Dean. For many people, finding a home church that preaches the Gospel in accordance with the scripture can be difficult. Many churches today have become self-help centers and very humanistic without pointing their finger to Christ and the cross that all genuine Christians must bear, just as our Lord did. If you are looking for a church that preaches the truth without compromise from the inherent Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit, then look no further than joining us every Sunday at 9:00 AM Central Time on the Sons of Liberty Radio, live on Rumble.

[17:28] Speaker 1: Now, concerning the Second Amendment, "To ban guns because criminals use them is to tell the law-abiding that their rights and liberties depend not on their own conduct, but on the conduct of the guilty and the lawless." Lysander Spooner. Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Cooper, United States Marine Corps rightly stated, "If violent crime is to be curbed, it is only the intended victim who can do it. The felon does not fear the police, and he fears neither judge nor jury. Therefore, what he must be taught is to fear his victim." "We must not only assert the truth, we must attack the evil and the false." Martyn Lloyd-Jones. Was not Leonard da Vinci correct when he said, "Not to punish evil is equivalent to authorizing it"?Welcome back again to the Sons of Liberty. If you want to check us out on social media platforms, sonoflibertymedia.com, subscribe, and/or beforeitsnews.com, beforeitsnews.com.

[18:34] Speaker 1: You wanna jump online, please do stick to the topic, we're gonna hold to it throughout the duration of the show. The number's 281-845-4704. 281-845-4704. Folks, if this is the first time listening to the sonsoflibertyradio.com, do remember that this is the radio show where we think for ourselves and make not the others the measure of our conduct. And why is that, friends? Because it's a terrible place to be when your brains are in somebody else's head. We follow the Christ here, we have the mind of Christ. Acts 4:12, John 14:6, First Corinthians 11:1, First Timothy 2:5, you understand the point that I'm making here. So let's get back to the foundations in which we've been established, friends. One nation under a god. Our God. And, uh, if you can read that, go over to full, uh, Psalms 33 Verse 12 when you get a moment. But I wanna show you something, friends. So just to give you a little taste, uh, of what I'm talking about here.

[19:33] Speaker 1: So about, about, what, three months ago, we found out that there was massive voter fraud going on in the state of Minnesota, right? And then we found out that it was up to $19 billion. Uh, most recently, about a week and a half ago, two weeks ago now, I sat down with a, a local senator. He said, "Bradley, the numbers are up to $31 billion in taxes." Has anybody seen any of the promises fulfilled by federal government, and not that it needs to come from there, concerning prosecution of Tim Walz and Keith Ellison, uh, Peggy Flanagan, uh, Ilhan Omar, uh, Jacob Frey, uh, and the local, uh, police chief here? Anybody see those guys sitting in jail yet, uh, awaiting trial? I, I haven't seen that neither.

[20:14] Speaker 1: No, but what we did notice, and, and I hope you, you're finally starting to see what I've been saying for a long time, we did see the great American appeasers, the best that's been sold to you, uh, by the mainstream media, who are on the same team with those that they claim to be the bad guys, having coffee together, laughing at me and you in the process, uh, what did they do? They did nothing. They just grilled them, they tried to get you to go back to sleep because they wanted you to believe that they were gonna take care of the bad guys. But this is the point, that $31 billion that we've been defrauded of, where's that money coming from? That's our tax dollars. And, and I'm not gonna get over to the fact that they've committed treason, right, which is punishable by death, federal law, Article Three, Section Three. But I, I want you to understand something, that money was reallocated to our sworn enemies who mean to conquer us in the Midwest. And we already have all the proof.

[21:09] Speaker 1: But the point is, is not a one of 'em has brung, has been brought to justice yet. Here, I wanna say this. They are not America, and America is not them. And I wanna say something. If justice guards our liberties, which it does, if we fail to bring forth prosecution, because r- resignation is an absolute slap in the face of the American people, because they're just g- the, the, the ones coming behind them, they see that that's all the American people are gonna r- require for $31 billion in fraud is a resignation. Y- You're just encouraging them all the more to do it to you once again. And rest assured, they will. Listen to me, America, they will. But I want you to know, we don't need resignations, we need prosecutions, and we need justice here, because the survival of the country depends upon it, because without justice, we're gonna lose our country.

[22:02] Speaker 1: And we should, out of gratitude and for our children and what has been sacrificed on our behalf, should look at it as an opportunity to stand up and fight off the wolves on the behalf of our children the way that our forefathers did. And I'll get to that in a moment. But I want you to see something, and again, I want you to remember, $31 billion of fraud, and I want you to see that this is the best that you've got from your said representative. Is there any wonder why people are beginning to take justice upon themselves throughout this land concerning the topic of the day, concerning a national tax revolt? Check this out.

[22:40] Speaker 7: Our PIQC is accused of $300 million in fraud as significant assets, yet no charges and no attempts to recover taxpayer money. I'll remind y'all, $19 billion, I was a state legislator, and I can remember when our state budget was $19 billion. This is money that's been stolen and it will not be recovered, and you all are to blame, and every dadgum one of you all ought to s- step down.

[23:03] Speaker 1: Uh, i- i- th- listen, just, just, I want you to listen to that. Then, then we'll go to the Boston, the Boston Tea Party really quick. This said representative who they're selling to the people as a good guy, first of all, he needs to take a bath, number one. Number two is how do they report it to us? The best that we have are telling us that there's $19 billion that have been ripped off by the attorney general and the said governor of the state, who ha- both have been installed, every one of them has been installed that has been warring against and assailing the people of the state since they've been here. Nobody voted that in. Okay? But what did we hear? Uh, you know, every one of them, he's saying, "They're guilty as charged. They're guilty as they can be guilty. They've been found guilty. But what they need to do," said Timmy, "is they need to stand down." Whereas our forefathers woulda hung what you tolerate on both sides. On both sides.

[24:03] Speaker 1: Have you ever heard that saying, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you?" What is that, friends? That's the fulfilling of the law, is it not, Matthew 22 Verse 37 through 39? Isn't that what it is? Yup. We're supposed to love the Lord our God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength, right? And then namely, the second is namely like unto this, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself." And what is it? "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Do you guys know that in Deuteronomy 19:19, whatever they mean to do to you, good or bad, you are to do to them?Hey, folks, we're talking about the overthrow of our country. We're talking about our money being stolen from our said representatives, and we're being told by the best that we have, they need to resign. They need to step down.

[24:52] Speaker 1: See, what you need to understand, and this is why I continuously tell you this, Americans, because I love God and I love my brothers and sisters enough to actually tell them what needs to be said, and telling people what they need to hear rather than what they want to hear. You are not gonna get justice until you bring it, Americans. Because they are not. They are a part of the same team. When are you gonna wake up to it? There's no justice. Is that what our forefathers taught us? Absolutely not. Let's go over to the Boston Tea Party really quick. We had the colonists who threw 342 chests of British East India Company tea into the Boston Harbor on December 16th, 1773. Why? To protest the Tea Act. Why? Which they viewed as taxation without representation. Led by who? The Sons of Liberty. They defied the British government's attempt to force them to pay taxes and accept a monopoly on tea sales. So what our forefathers didn't put up with, their posterity, you in the p- present, have.

[26:01] Speaker 1: Taxation without r- representation were the key reasons for the actions of the Boston Tea Party by the Sons of Liberty. Colonists argued that the Parliament had no right, just like today, they have no right doing what they're doing. But today, the people let them, whereas our forefathers didn't. Colonists argued that Parliament had no right to tax them because they had no represe- representatives in the body. The Tea Act of 1773, while the act made tea cheaper, it still included a tax that many colonists felt was a tactic, listen carefully, to force them into paying more taxes for things that the British Parliament wanted to garner more control over the people. Like s- uh, like, mean, like all these, what? Like, 87, 88, 89 new agencies that have been erected by government that have no constitutional, uh, standing whatsoever. Yup, yup, that's right. They didn't put up with it, Americans, but you are. Uh, monopoly control.

[27:06] Speaker 1: The forefathers said the act granted the East Indie company a monopoly on importing tea and harming local colonial merchants. See, what they did back then, friends, is they said, th- the Crown and his said representatives through the parliamentary, they wanted the people to serve them, rather than them serve the people. See, and our forefathers put that in position in the proper perspective. Today, America has completely forgotten that because they haven't taken the time to know where they came from. So therefore, if they don't take the time to know where they came from, they sure don't know where they're going. And as the Lord said again in Hosea 4:6, "My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge." One more. Assertion of rights. Protesters during the Boston Tea Party, uh, original- uh, organized by none other than Samuel Adams, viewed the taxed tea as a symbol of oppression and a test case for further taxation. Oh, folks, just wait for the last segment.

[28:12] Speaker 1: I am gonna pile this up on you and it is going to offend you to no degree, what you are paying for. Is this why they're talking about a national tax revolt here? Sonoflibertymedia.com, we have again, Marjorie Taylor Greene, man. I'll tell you what, she is just all over the place. Not being, uh, not being throttled, not being oppressed, given a free hand to say whatever she wants to. She hasn't been de-platformed, and boy oh boy, are they picking her up. But she made a point that people need to take heed to, and I'm gonna come right back to it, concerning is it possible that there could be a tax, a national tax revolt taking place right now? Well, folks, it's one way to teach your representative their lesson, no doubt. We'll be right back.

[32:04] Speaker 1: President Theodore Roosevelt said, "To announce that there must be no criticism of the president or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but it is morally treasonable to the American public. Nothing but the truth should be spoken about him or anyone else. But it is even more important to tell the truth, pleasant or unpleasant, about him than about anyone else." How right J.C. Ryle was. A true Christian is one who has not only peace of conscience, but war within. He may be known by his warfare as well as by his peace. Martin Luther couldn't have made the Gospel any clearer when he said, "Lord Jesus, you are my righteousness. I am your sin. You took on you what was mine, yet set on me what was yours.

[33:00] Speaker 1: You became what you were not that I might become what I was not."

[33:13] Speaker 4: BBSRadio.com.

[33:26] Speaker 1: Again, folks. I wanna remind everybody, I wanna remind everybody at the, uh, last segment here, I want you to strap yourself in. Uh, I'm looking up right now what we're paying interest on, on the $31 trillion. I've heard numbers up to $37 trillion. Did you, did you delegate authority for your said representatives to go ahead and tax you and your children's children's children's children into debt? Did you know that our forefathers, when they, uh, basically took out loans, they paid them before the end of their presidential tenure and their administration's tenure? Did you know that? They didn't keep allowing them to compound and to continuously build upon the debt before the last presidential, uh, tenure, and then the one before that and the one before that and the one before that. Nope, they had to zero it out before they left. Now, now check this out.

[34:22] Speaker 1: I just looked it up and I just lost it, but I was going through and I was just checking, what are people paying in taxes right now, uh, those that work? Uh, and it's interesting because as of federal income tax as of 2026, it's 10 to 37% just in federal taxes, okay? That's not state taxes as well. That's not these other taxes that they're creating, friends, on top of other taxes. They're taking more than half of your paycheck, and yet when we look at taxation without representation, I don't know anybody in their right mind that's okay with that. You know, matter of fact, what I wanna do is I wanna show this to you and then I wanna show you a video really quick, because it's supposed to be a voluntary tax system, okay? What I wanna show you first is this. Due to recent events, Marjorie Taylor Greene said, "It becomes evident that we are not voting our way out of this." We are not. America, let me say this, 32/23 of numbers. You can run, but you cannot hide.

[35:24] Speaker 1: You can, you can leave your state and go to the next state, it doesn't matter. It's just a matter of time before this catches up to you. Read, uh, Amos 9. The Lord is very thorough in judgment, just so you know this, okay? But let's go back to this. She says, "It's become evident that we are not voting our way out of where we're at today. Americans across the country have been calling for a national tax revolt, uh, having, uh, tired," that's what she said, "from their taxpayer dollars being spent to fund endless wars, endless scams, and endless frauds like the Somalian learning centers while Americans are plunged into nearly $40 trillion in debt." Okay? 40 tr- $40 trillion of debt. And what happens to those crooks? Nothing, because the people don't bring justice upon them. I- I've told you this before and I'll say it again.

[36:17] Speaker 1: Without justice, friends, you're encouraging tyranny, and- and your future and the future of your children depends upon your willingness to stand up and bring every single one of these crooked scoundrels to justice.... because without it, you are going to lose what it is the Lord has blessed you with. And again, I can go back over to Jeremiah, or Joshua 24 where it talks about when the Lord gives you your possession, you fought to get your possession, and while in this particular case, your forefoi- your forefathers fought to give you what it is that you have today concerning your possession, and the Lord says in that possession, you have to do the same thing during the time that you have the possession that was bestowed upon you through the sacrifice of others. And if you don't do it, you're gonna lose it. So isn't it interesting how many people in America today are so willing to just go ahead and forfeit what it is that others fought, bled, and died to give 'em? Isn't that shameful?

[37:11] Speaker 1: They don't deserve their freedoms, do they? No, you're right, they don't. So we're going back to, uh, this, um, national revolt, tax revolt that they're talking about, um, Marjorie Taylor Greene is right now, and, uh, again, I'm just giving her credit as so much as to bring up this topic because I know that people are really truly at the end of being at the end. But, but what I wanna do is before I, be- before I take these phone calls, and if you wanna call in, please do, 281-845-4704, 281-845-4704. Stick to the topic please. I want you to see this, this is some time ago and what this is, friends, is this is crooked scoundrel Harry Reid who's done the damage, living off of money that has been stolen from you and me, and, uh, he's living his life and he's living large. He's got security detail. I mean, the list goes on. Isn't that amazing that they need security detail? Again, go back to the founding era of this country, they didn't have security detail.

[38:12] Speaker 1: They didn't have security detail up into hell, the, uh, '50s in this country, friends. And I, as I've shared in the past as well, uh, President Truman used to walk up and down Washington D.C. with him and his assistant shaking the hands of his constituents. What's changed? I'll tell you what. You've gone back to what your forefathers broke... You're going back to Egypt and you've appointed captains to bring you back there, and somehow or another, Americans like to be enslaved by those that steal, rape, and pillage from them, and it's not a joke. Again, what our forefathers didn't put up with, the American people are putting up with. Let's go to this crook, Harry Reid, concerning the voluntary tax system that it talks about in IRS publication. Listen to this. And we are coming up to it in just a second here. Is taxation voluntary? Here is the interview.

[39:08] Speaker 10: Trying to argue that governmental action is not forceful, Senator Harry Reid claimed that income taxes are voluntary. If the government is in the business of forcefully taking money from some people in order to provide welfare benefits to others, how will the people whose money is being taken feel about the government?

[39:29] Speaker 11: Well, I don't accept your phraseology. I don't think we force people.

[39:34] Speaker 10: Taxation is not forceful?

[39:36] Speaker 11: Well, no, in fact-

[39:37] Speaker 10: It's voluntary?

[39:38] Speaker 11: In fact, quite to the contrary, our, our system of government is a voluntary tax system.

[39:42] Speaker 10: Oh, if you don't wanna pay your taxes, you don't have to?

[39:45] Speaker 11: Of course you have to pay your taxes, but-

[39:46] Speaker 10: But the government will force you to pay or they'll fine you or imprison you, will they not?

[39:50] Speaker 11: We have, we have a voluntary system. Uh, the s- the fact of the matter is that-

[39:54] Speaker 1: L- listen, did you, did you hear this, folks? Do you see this double talk of these crooks, right? You know, it's, it's voluntary. It's not forceful. But then he goes on and says, "Oh, yes, you better pay your taxes." I- it's like, oh, w- wait a second, Harry. See, Americans, you're confused because they're confused.

[40:12] Speaker 11: Uh, when you pay your taxes, you see, in many other countries, it's not voluntary. For example, in, in many countries, the government makes sure that your employer takes out every penny. Uh, many countries don't file income taxes (overlapping dialogue)

[40:27] Speaker 1: See, he's, what he's doing is he points-

[40:28] Speaker 10: We have withholding there too, don't we?

[40:29] Speaker 11: Pardon me?

[40:30] Speaker 10: Withholding?

[40:30] Speaker 11: With some programs, yes, but, but I'm talking about in some countries, European countries as an example, there are, there are, you don't file income taxes there, there is no need-

[40:38] Speaker 1: See, he's not... See, see, folks, this is a politician and again I'm just showing you the hypocrisy of what's going on here. It's a question that they're not gonna answer because they know that there's no law behind it to force anybody to have to pay for an income tax. That is a fact. It says it right on the front of the IRS publication, and that's the question that's being asked to the modern day scoundrel who's no longer there, Harry Reid, and he's talking out of both sides of his mouth.

[41:04] Speaker 11: Because your employer takes all the money out, that's the difference between a voluntary and an involuntary system.

[41:08] Speaker 10: But can't-

[41:09] Speaker 11: You, you can't cheat and not pay your taxes.

[41:11] Speaker 10: Right, can-

[41:11] Speaker 11: But I don't accept your phraseology that you f- you forcibly take money from somebody else and give it to s- to, uh, s- you know, that's the way it is on any program, uh, w-

[41:21] Speaker 10: Can the taxpayer-

[41:22] Speaker 1: Look at the... In mid-sentence, friends, he's talking out of s- both sides of his mouth.

[41:26] Speaker 11: Highway program is the same. We, we-

[41:28] Speaker 10: Excuse me.

[41:29] Speaker 11: We take money, we forcibly take money, in your phraseology-

[41:32] Speaker 10: But can... Let me ask you this question.

[41:33] Speaker 11: ... from people and build highways with it, put people in the Army.

[41:36] Speaker 10: Can the taxpayer decide not to pay his taxes if he wants?

[41:40] Speaker 11: He can, he can not pay his tax if he wants-

[41:42] Speaker 10: What will be the, what will happen-

[41:44] Speaker 11: He is subject to civil, he's subject to civil and criminal penalties.

[41:46] Speaker 10: They'll put him in jail. They use force against him.

[41:48] Speaker 1: Okay, so, if Harry Reid is saying that it is a voluntary tax system, which it says on the front page of IRS Publication 557, he's asked on three occasions, and all three times, friends, he's talking out both sides of his mouth, it's a voluntary system, and then he doesn't answer the question. He starts talking about other countries and then this guy brings him back to the question again and he says, "No, it's a voluntary system." Then the guy says, "What happens if you don't pay your taxes?" Then he said there's gonna be criminal penalties. Wait, what... Is that a voluntary system? No! And folks, this confusion is upon you because you know what they're doing is illegal, and by the way, they know what they're doing is illegal. But if you're gonna let them get away with it, they're gonna keep doing it.

[42:34] Speaker 10: He pays it ... Everybody pays taxes under threat of jail or fine, uh, under threat of force. In other words, you are forced to pay your taxes. Whether you fill out your form voluntarily or whether it's withheld by your employer, you don't have a choice on whether you can pay taxes that are gonna be used for welfare programs. You can't make that choice.

[42:55] Speaker 11: Well, but, but the reason our system is called a voluntary s- uh, tax system, and I recognize, you know, that ultimately you can't cheat in your taxes. But our ... We have many-

[43:05] Speaker 1: Boy, oh boy, he is a-

[43:06] Speaker 11: ... uh, provisions in the law-

[43:07] Speaker 1: ... messed up dude.

[43:08] Speaker 11: ... they don't have in most countries. We have deductibility for home, interest on mortgage payments.

[43:13] Speaker 1: See, so what he's doing-

[43:14] Speaker 11: We don't have that in most-

[43:14] Speaker 1: ... is he's just going back to his talking points, friends, and he's not ask, answering the questions. And then when he does answer the question, then he catches himself and then he goes, goes back to his own confusion and then he spews it out on you. "Yeah, it's a voluntary system. It's not done by force." "Well, what happens if I don't pay for it?" "Well, then there's gonna be criminal penalties." Uh, well, that's called, uh, taxation by force, and that is not American. It's supposed to be voluntary. But let's listen to the rest of this.

[43:39] Speaker 11: Most countries. We have deductibility for certain excessive expenses that relate to-

[43:43] Speaker 1: Now he's off on something that nobody asked him.

[43:45] Speaker 11: ... uh, co- uh, doctors, hospitals. We have all kinds of tax. Some people call them loop- loopholes, but others would call them incentives for people to do business. And that's why you don't ... You, you, you're not forced to pay certain tax. There are ways, if you decide to buy a home, that's-

[44:01] Speaker 10: You can decide not to pay taxes in the United States?

[44:04] Speaker 11: I, I mean, I really don't understand what you're trying to get at here.

[44:07] Speaker 1: "I don't understand what you're trying to get at," said Harry Reid. It's a simple question.

[44:14] Speaker 11: Well, what I ... The point of the matter is-

[44:15] Speaker 10: Because you objected to my phraseology. You said that ... You say that the government isn't forcefully taking money from some people to provide welfare benefits to others, and in fact, that's what it's doing because all taxation is forceful. It's backed up by physical force. If you don't pay your taxes, the government will intervene with you forcefully. So you don't have a choice. It's not voluntary.

[44:38] Speaker 11: The fact is-

[44:38] Speaker 10: You can't decide not to pay and not suffer a consequence. If you don't pay, you'll go to jail.

[44:43] Speaker 11: Well, you don't go-

[44:43] Speaker 10: So you're forced to pay.

[44:44] Speaker 11: See, you don't, you don't go to jail. Some people go to jail. There are all kinds of-

[44:47] Speaker 1: "You don't go to jail," said Harry Reid. Then he says, "Some people go to jail."

[44:52] Speaker 11: ... civil penalties if you don't pay your taxes. You pay interest and you pay penalties. Fact of the matter is, our system is a voluntary system.

[45:00] Speaker 1: Then he goes, "It's simple. Our system is a voluntary system." Uh, you, you can't make it up. I- if you're confused, it's because of who you're listening to again, a confused individual. We'll be right back. SonsOfLibertyRadio.com. [48:33] Speaker 1: 281-845-4704, talking about a possibility of a tax, national tax revolt. Um, I'm not a tax protestor. There is lawful tax. I'll tell you one thing that chaps my hide more than anything, is the fact that in my ministry, okay, just because of people not doing the right thing, you have these, um, those that add burden, task masters, uh, to ministries across the country because of those that are not upright and honest about what they do. But what's interesting is here in the state of Minnesota especially, and this is a prime case in point, you see what's going on in the state here. Not a one of them's been brought to justice yet. So what I'm doing is I'm making sure that I have CPAs, I'm making sure that I have, um, constitutional attorneys around me, I have good people around me, and we have to pay them to cross the Ts and dot the Is concerning every single penny that comes into my ministry. Do I have a problem with that? Absolutely not.

[49:38] Speaker 1: What I have a problem with is when it applies to them, there's no accountability. And yet, on top of everything that we're doing over here, and we do every year because of the type of ministry we are, uh, that would be the stupidest thing I could possibly do. And it's what you get accused of when you're doing the right thing. It's the same thing they did to Jesus. "You said not to pay tax to Caesar." That's not what he said, and that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is there's no accountability, but yet for some reason or another, I have these task masters making sure that everything I do is upright, and then it costs me more money, on top of more money, to make sure that they're appeased. That they're appeased as to what we do with our taxes. They wanna make sure they have enough money so they can go ahead and steal it out of our tax coffers and giving it to foreigners again. And yet, there's no justice. None. No wonder why people want to revolt. Seriously.

[50:35] Speaker 1: No wonder why people want to revolt. Uh, last segment I was playing Harry Reid, talking out, uh, s- b- outside of both sides of his mouth, literally in the same sentence. "Taxation is voluntary," absolutely. "Well, what happens if you don't pay for it? Then there's gonna be criminal penalties." And then he ends the, the interview with one question that he did not answer at the very end, "But yes, our, our tax system is a voluntary tax system." (laughs) Okay. All right. Wherever you are at, I was also looking up during the break, just so you understand where we're at, on top of the fact that more, your, uh, half of your checks are going back to the government by force. By force, right? Uh, it's also interesting to note that there's $8.8 billion being paid on the interest of the deficit that we now have. Do you hear me? Monthly. Monthly. That means they're stacking more deficit on top of your deficit through something called usury. And the Bible, guess what? Condemns usury.

[51:47] Speaker 1: Read Deuteronomy 23:19-20, uh, when you get a moment, uh, take that into consideration concerning what we're talking about. You are to do that to a stranger, but not to your own brothers. So you have to ask the question, who has taken our money and has used it against us and has convinced us somehow or another that we have to pay usury interest on top of money that we borrowed? Guess where that money's been borrowed from, friends? Ourselves. They just told us that somebody else borrowed it to us. That's really what it comes down to. And, uh, so anyways, I'm gonna go ahead and take Craig. Craig, thanks for waiting for me, my friend. I totally appreciate that. Uh, I do have one more piece so I'm gonna go ahead and give it to you. Welcome to the Sons of Liberty, what say you?

[52:30] Speaker 14: Okay. As for ... Ah. This is another, uh, issue that the church, uh, re- refuses to address or they'll just brush it off and say, uh, that, that this is just what we have to accept because Romans 13 and render unto Caesar. And then on the secular side, we're told that, uh, e- even, uh, if i- i- if, if we don't have these taxes on everything, it's gonna be hell on earth. We're gonna have a horrible literacy crisis, a healthcare crisis.

[53:04] Speaker 1: Of course.

[53:04] Speaker 14: Our roads are gonna crumble and, and even our planet is gonna burn to death-

[53:10] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[53:11] Speaker 14: ... and, uh, uncontrollable climate change, emissions.

[53:13] Speaker 1: Right. Yep.

[53:16] Speaker 14: And ...

[53:16] Speaker 1: Yep. No, I, I understand, Craig. I mean, we all live this on a daily basis, right?

[53:20] Speaker 14: Yeah.

[53:20] Speaker 1: We understand their schemings, their cunning's. Ephesians 4:14. And again, my, my, the, the, the drum that I've been pounding on, and I'm gonna hit it again right now, is the American people need to take these scoundrels by the scruff of the neck and fix this situation while we still have time to do so. I'm gonna give you the last word.

[53:37] Speaker 14: And then we got the Fourteenth Amendment debt clause, uh, says that the public debt cannot be questioned. That, and that's why we have to, we just have to accept this, the, that slavery, uh ...

[53:50] Speaker 1: Right. And, and on top of that, there's also supposed to be disclosure, and, uh, of course we just take the numbers for whatever they say regardless if we can justify them or not. Because if you were to ask me on a personal level, "Do you believe that we actually have a $37 to $40 trillion deficit?" No, I don't, I don't really believe that. I believe that's what they're telling us and the people believe it, and it's a curse back onto us because we're believing the lie once again. And, uh, so to justify that, I don't think it's justifiable. But what they are doing is they are again going back to a government that is, uh, held without consequence, um, they're just tightening the noose on the American people is what they're doing. Now, listen, thanks for the call, Craig. Totally appreciate you, guy.I want you to hear this. This is a short documentary I did, and it's called Taxing America to Death. And I could literally sit here right now and read it line upon line, precept upon precept.

[54:52] Speaker 1: Okay? And, you know, some people might say this is funny and some people might say it's not funny. But I, I just want you to see and hear all of the taxes so, uh, you, you're gonna find that I'm not embellishing anything. Matter of fact, I'm probably minimizing more so than anything else concerning the taxes that we're being taxed upon tax upon tax that are being thrown down on us. And so I wanna go ahead and play this for you and it's a part of a documentary I did some time ago but it just lines it up real quick and I got about two and a half minutes so I need to kick it off. This is what you're paying taxes for. Again, I hope you're sitting down, listen carefully. Concerning taxation. Here's a partial list of taxes that Americans pay today. Now the question I wanna leave you with as I'm highlighting these taxes, did you approve of these tax appropriations?

[55:47] Speaker 1: Michael Snyder wrote, "Air transportation taxes, biodiesel fuel taxes, building permit taxes, business registration fees, capital gains taxes, cigarette taxes, court fines/indirect taxes, disposal fees, dog license taxes, driver's license fees, employer health insurance mandate taxes, employer Medicare taxes, employer Social Security taxes, environmental fees, estate taxes, excise taxes on comprehensive health insurance plans, federal corporate taxes, federal income taxes, federal unemployment taxes, fishing license taxes, flush taxes." Yes, this actually exists in some areas. A flush tax.

[56:20] Speaker 1: "Food and beverage license fees, franchise business taxes, garbage taxes, gasoline taxes, gift taxes, gun owner's permits, hazardous material disposable fees, highway access fees, hotel taxes, hunting license taxes, import taxes, individual health insurance mandate taxes, inheritance taxes, insect control/hazardous materials licenses, inspection fees, insurance premium taxes, interstate user diesel fuel taxes, inventory taxes, IRA early withdrawal taxes, IRS interest charges, tax on top of tax." Yeah, right. "IRS penalties, tax on top of tax. Library taxes, license plate fees, liquor taxes, local corporate taxes, local income taxes, local school taxes, local unemployment taxes, luxury taxes, marriage license taxes, Medicare taxes, Medicare tax surcharge on high earning Americans under Obamacare." This is in fact what is happening, friends. "Now American Healthcare Act. Obamacare. American Healthcare Act individual mandate excise tax.

[57:13] Speaker 1: If you don't buy qualifying health insurance under Obamacare, now American Healthcare Act, you will have to pay an additional tax. Obamacare, now American Healthcare Act, surtax on investment income, a new 3.8 surtax on investment income. Parking meters, passport fees, professional license and fees, another form of taxation. Property taxes, real estate taxes, recreational vehicle taxes, registration fees for new businesses, mobile taxes, sales taxes, self-employment taxes, sewer and water taxes, septic permit taxes, service charge taxes, social security taxes, special assessments for road repairs or construction, sports stadium taxes, state corporate taxes, state income taxes, state park entrance fees, state unemployment taxes SUTA, tanning taxes, telephone 911 service taxes, telephone federal excise taxes, telephone federal universal service taxes, telephone minimum usage surcharge taxes." Can you make this up, people? You can't.

[58:09] Speaker 1: "Telephone state and local taxes, telephone universal access taxes, the alternative minimum tax, higher recycling fees, higher taxes, indirect taxation, taxes of state purchases." This is what is being thrown on you every day of your lives. "So on and so forth. Utility taxes, vehicle registration taxes, waste management taxes, water rights fees taxes, water craft registration and licensing fees, well permit fees, work compensation taxes, zoning permit fees." And yet despite all of this oppressive taxation, our local governments, our state governments and our federal government are all absolutely drowning in debt. As a matter of fact, to date, $22.0 trillion." Yeah, we're up to 40 now. "When the federal income tax was originally introduced a little more than 100 years ago, most Americans-" Okay, so folks. (Patriotic music plays) You get the point. It's for you to right the wrongs, but you're not gonna do it before a just and holy God, until America repents. Love you, bye.

[59:05] Speaker 1: What we do, we'll talk to you in 23, see ya
