Have you ever really needed to make a career change but you didn’t want to have to start all over again?

Jumping into a new career isn’t something to take lightly—especially with all the uncertainty that comes from living and working through a pandemic.

Now this can be tricky and kicking off the starting line, so what do I mean by start over, does this mean not having to go back and up-skill and get a whole other qualification, does this mean not having to lose your seniority in position, so there’s a lot of different things that this could mean.
