you're listening to the J D wrecker show let's begin obviously the big news of the day is that we start the day with is the ruling out of Colorado by the Colorado Supreme Court that says Donald J Trump can I be on the state primary ballot some play Ludacris ruling on multiple levels will be discussing a lot of that but we're also going to be doing some a couple of interviews and I'm not doing the interviews I actually got interviewed twice yesterday once on brighty on TV by Jeff Dornoch and another later on in the day by Wayne Allyn root Overland El TV and I'll be playing those it it's it's a lazy day for me I'll be getting to play a couple of videos and sit back in and watch myself talking to these two two dudes so that should be fun but I do want to come to the store first before we get into any of that I want the number one to clear why I believe it will be overturned okay it's not just because of the passage because of what I'm about to show you the article over the daily signal that Dad lays out for reasons why the ruling can and should be overturned the bus
I just wanted to talk about the three reasons that I think of this is actually going to help Donald Trump quite a bit and if you guys are waiting for something brilliant but it's not this isn't like super amazing analyses I'm on my part this is just this common sense I mean I mean it's almost as if this this is just another gift to Donald Trump another another nail in the coffin of the the Democrats chances of winning or the universe wants chance of getting some of the other than Donald Trump to be the nominee for the Republican party going forward in the presidential election the first let's start with with this article by Hans Von spakovsky over at Daily signal he's with Heritage Foundation and generally speaking I would say Heritage Foundation I agree maybe sixty 65% of time okay so not as bad as some of the other of the unibody swamp think tanks but but the Heritage you know they they do a good job I grew them a lot of times maybe not as much as I would like but still in this case I agree with
especially this article by Hans Von spakovsky titled election interference Colorado Spring Court removes Trump from ballads from the Colorado Springs tonight ruled in an unprecedented 4-3 decision to remove former President Donald Trump from the States presidential primary ballot siding Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment in for those who don't know section three is D the Insurrection section this is Negley partisan anti-democratic decision that ignores the law and prior president under the text and history of the Fourteenth Amendment as well as Court President Trump is not disqualified from running for office for numerous reasons and he was four of them first section 3 of the 14th amendment applies only to individuals who were previously a member of Congress a court officer of the United States or a state official individuals who are elected such as the President and Vice President are not officers within the meaning of Section 3
second no federal court has convicted Trump and is the most important part to me no federal court has convicted Trump of engaging in Insurrection or rebellion in fact the son of the queen of trump of that charge in his second impeachment now when I said this is the most important one to meet this guy saying that could backfire mean we could see Trump prosecuted and convicted for Insurrection the law for this being used right now I would not hold a pass them to be able to get such a charge
such a conviction I should say third some Scholars this chart Section 3 doesn't even exist anymore as a constitutional matter after the amnesty Act of 1872 in 1898 matter completely ignored by the courts day forth prior court rulings have held that section three is not suffer executed in Congress has never passed any federal law providing for enforcement meaning of course such as the Colorado Springs would have no legal authority to enforce Section 3 Spidey strong defenses the court in Colorado proceeded in his power grab deciding to remove the ability of American voters to make your own decisions on who they believe should be president this badly judge Banana Republic election interference will swiftly be appealed to the US Supreme Court which should take this case to short-circuit all the similar meritless challenges that are being filed in numerous states to remove Trump from the ballot
all right that all makes a lot of sense now let's discuss number one there is there are two there two kinks in the 22 possible challenges by other I mean otherwise this should totally overturn very quickly okay it's got a no-brainer prima facie but but there are two possible Roblox so it's getting overturn first and foremost is that they don't have much time they have until January 5th of January 6th the ballots get get printed and while I know there are ways that that they can emergency injunctions or their ways to prevent that from happening once they're there now we start to get into some pretty sticky scenario be nice if spring perches takes this runs with Russia's it through and then before January 5th they declare so return put shrimp on the ballot that would be great that's the ideal scenario but there is another scenario on that is where the Deep state uses their their power they have these compromise justices that's will will vote to not overturn it but they'll do with them
I'm up hold this this ruling they'll agree with it and you might imagine how is that even possible leftist Inn in Spring Court they're going to vote to to a hold of you got John Roberts Chief Justice John Roberts who they claim he's a conservative he is not gay George W bush put in a a rhino not even the right run has wrong word from he say he is a yeah that's completely controlled element within the Supreme Court he goes with whatever Direction they say they being the Deep State and that's why we still have Obamacare for example so I think it. That's for the need one more and if we will that be could it be I don't think it'll be a Lido obviously or or Thomas but who could it be
could it be Brett Kavanaugh possibly I think he's the most likely of the remaining three could be gorsek may be doubtful but he does occasionally go go off the rails could be Amy Coney Barrett yes I think that's a possibility to if I had to pick one who's going to betray the nation the most most likely to I think it would be Kavanaugh but hopefully Lord willing I'm just completely wrong and they none of them do and maybe maybe it's voted down 6 to 3 or even even better than that should be 90 because obviously this is an unconstitutional attack and unconstitutional version of election interference and if the if the leftist justices were were had any honor and if they wanted to play a strategically at all they would say yeah yeah well it looks go ahead and vote against than just you know we'll call it a what will will will use it to build credibility than we're Ferrin and you know we uphold the Constitution
whatever so let's talk about the three reasons and I'm going to get to the interview with Jeff to rain here in a minute let's get to the three reasons why I do believe it is going to help Trump first foremost fundraising is already going through the roof I must I'm assuming you haven't seen the numbers from from late yesterday early today but let's just assume he's getting a lot of money pumped into his campaign as a result of this this is what happens people get attacked politicians get attacked they end up getting a whole lot of money does matter left right at you wouldn't when somebody makes a news in there they're getting attacked even if it's Justified okay we saw Adam Schiff table that raised a whole ton of money you know he was completely wrong but hey raise money because they're checking me pencil-neck anyway so that's the wrong number to this will obviously energize the base very clearly this going to get the base right up and already has a we're already pissed off we want we want to to take this and then rip apart and and just just really get behind on it
even more so that's that's a clear benefit but maybe a little bit less obvious this is going to wake up maybe people who are on the fence maybe people who wasn't so bad but maybe maybe maybe I like Gavin Newsom maybe I like Nikki Haley this is going to help to propel more than to realize he's under attack number to wear on their tag number three they're trying to prevent him so they must they must know something that we don't know maybe they know that he would help nation which he would

Of time like what what are we thinking when it talks when were talking about where we're going when it comes to the 2024 election and Trump vs. Biden or nuismer whoever that they allowed to run it in the end
so this is not going to be very popular sentiment with this audience or probably any audience but there was a recent event just in the last couple of days then made me sort of gave me a revelation so to speak. I don't not like a Biblical prophecy or anything like that it became clear to me and that event was learning that's that's Mark Zuckerberg was building a a prepper a compound basically in Hawaii kind of odd then again he's also he's also kind of I guess you could say supernormal you know there's a guy that likes to likes to hunt and eat what he kills and all that so he's got that that sort of Nouveau riche guy I'm going to do what I want the sort of thing
but it woke me up to something and it's not just that it's other event as well the idea of that what if and again this will be in popular sentiment then I'm not suggesting that we should fight against this but what if the plan was that boom that triggering moment they can send us into complete chaos is actually When Donald Trump wins the election now you might say but they would never allow that what they would never allow that they're going to stop at night I think it was probably the most likely scenario they are going to try to stop him but I would say that the the upper UPS leave the true he knows spawns of Satan the actual the actual leaders of this world there looking at this as hey we're going to we're going to light the fuse and then it's actually going to America will blow up as a result not because Donald Trump is President because of their reaction to Donald Trump getting back into the White House I think this is America they said they see it as if Trump wins than America's going to burn and they're like that finally they get their their wish so
and I and I have no evidence of this this is all just just the speculation on from a conspiracy theory perspective but I would say this if I were you know what months of the globalist elite cabal and I was building up all this tension building up all this this potential for disaster what would be the ultimate triggering effect
have Donald Trump win
it sends a 9 also to it's been interesting cuz I have I would say probably the last 2 weeks or so I've been mulling over this idea that it doesn't matter whether Trump wins or Biden wins when it when it comes the 2024 election I'm concerned that we're going to have Matt mass chaos as a result of it because when you think about it Trump gets in the office then the left in the far left in the antifa crowd of the BLM crowd and all the people that turned out the streets in that in that sit in that very most peaceful Summer of Love That that they're going to feel like an insurrectionist in the white house until they're going to write because if you could they feel like this is the end of our country because we've got Donald Trump in the in the white house and then on the flip side of Biden gets in your going to have a lot of people not necessarily A lot of people but it could be the FBI it could also be some Fringe groups on the right that then turn to either violence or are chaos in response to the feeling that look the elections were stolen which they probably were we got an illegitimate present we don't have a country we don't have elections
so I just feel like it's kind of this like a ticking time-bomb to a certain degree where it's just like okay are we looking at at math chaos
and absolutely I think they are prepared for for either and maybe pushing in One Direction or the other the reason that I think that it would be the the Trump victory that would that would cause it is because it's easier for them to prompt we're we're not looking at right this isn't like oh George Floyd or or do you know if he would like to see it is if Trump wins then they're going to have to to come out as hard and then launched these far more than riots lunch-and-learns absolute Anarchy across the streets and major cities Across America which is why I say get out of the city's but they'll have to initiate something bad and though Trump would eventually as president be the the Catalyst of the okay you know I can picture him going up there it pains me to say this we have to do to initiate martial law in the United States of America and that of course would be would be at the beginning of a down for a bit to your point what if it is the other way around you know are we going to get mad and then
it doesn't matter who's getting mad they being the the powers-that-be the the global suleika ball they will make sure that somebody gets match on January 6th if the there were a lot of angry people but I guarantee you with a 99% certainty that no matter how many angry Patriot their works if it wasn't for the infiltrators the police the antifa call me the true antagonize they were prompting people to go into the capital and nobody would have thought it would have just been a very mostly peaceful protests by the true sense of the word not the CNN version a little bit of mostly peaceful protest it would been some anger a lots of Anger from people that feel like the elections are being stolen but there wouldn't have been a little Insurrection that was prompted animal that's what concerns me the most is that whatever happens when do bass spawn prompts by the powers-that-be
and I think that to a certain degree our movement are our constitutional conservative movement the America first movement I feel like we're kind of making a mistake as we're heading into 2024 and I think that a lot of people are putting their Hope and Faith in Donald Trump we just got to get him back in the in the White House and he's going to save the day and inform me I'm looking at this and I'm like yes but while we're trying to get Trump and maybe a few congressmen or Senators you know it is in office the left has been laying down the infrastructure in order for them to take over the world and take what take over a country take over the world like Dave Dave's they still run it the entertainment World they still run our education system they still run big business big Banks big everything and they want they run the the political party they run the GOP they run the Democrat Party they run the elect a run the run everything and we'll say we're putting all our hope in an elected official when it should be okay well what about us actually taking back the GOP what about us building start building out the infrastructure and
I think that we're kind of we we've been making a mistake for a long time and putting all of our hope in these elected officials when in reality it's like to certain degree we need we need an actual legitimate infrastructure to take them on your whole heartedly agree from top to bottom and that when I say top I'm not talking about Tapas in Washington d.c. I'm talking about the actual constitutional hierarchy of government at the very very top you got God okay God should be the the the inventor of all government things but then you got us individuals and from there it goes to the local in City County State and that's very very bottom I got the federal government that's how the government hierarchy really should be in the United States of America if we were to to truly follow the Constitution with it said it starts with making ourselves as prepared and ungovernable as possible okay if if we are going to do this it's not going to be by electing people as you say it's going to be about to start making sure that
what government doesn't matter what befalls on us if they cut the power if they do martial law if they make it for you got to get this out of the other to get food what are we going to do we're going to make sure that we aren't beholden we're going to make sure that we've got water food and ammunition Bibles meds precious metals trading items and a system around this local I system that we can count on to be like okay so so so we got us five US Tennis 50th we do 500 how many people you can get together to be that I sent you that look like government now don't get me wrong but I'm also not not saying either you're going to regret having me on here we are this work we need to start thinking through these things from a standpoint of like like it you shouldn't always be looking at everything from a worst-case possible scenario but then also at the same time we
we kind of have to as well because you know it's called being prepared it's called being Wise It's using wisdom and into sermon especially in these times and it's like okay yes it's like we we we definitely need to do a weekend and ordered that obviously save the country if we can turn things around but then also we do need to be prepared because our first responsibility is to ourselves and to our family and it making sure that they aren't that they are taking care of his best as possible in virtually in any scenario that we can possibly you know come up with and that's that's where it's it's there's this balance and there's this tension I think I think some people that they write off the more the prepping and all that kind of stuff like you're just a crazy conspiracy theorist that the things that the world's going to end like will it will at some point it's just a matter it's just a matter of how long until we get there
that is true but the sentiment is Shifting it's funny because I just post an article about about how the left starting to to get into to prepping more and more people are in are getting annoyed with you know her making fun of Doomsday Preppers and they're actually becoming them do you know that the most the majority of spend right now as far as people getting prepared people we are buying prepper supplies in and trying to get the pair the majority this pain is coming from gen Z and Millennials that's why I read that it blew me away realizing that it's the young people who are like oh crap I got to get ready you know I would have thought it would been the other I actually literally would have been the exact opposite like if you said okay so so you got genze got Millennials you got you've got Genex you've got Boomers in what order do you think the spend is right now for preparedness and I would have said well obviously I was just asking that we're we're on top of the stuff where we're going to be
and it's been probably the Boomers they they they they're moving on in years but they still want to be prepared and then I would say let's go with with Millennials and then the young those young whippersnappers in gen Z they're spending at least it's the exact opposite of what I would have thought gen Z is spending the most Gen X Millennials and my group janex we're spending least we don't care where just like I do whatever happens happens and you know it will as long as I got my Netflix write more and more people left right center doesn't matter are realizing that things can and likely will go bad at a point in the future and whatever driving them what they think about Trump's going to win o b is going to win do you know Newsome's going to win or maybe they just think doesn't matter who wins it's going to go south something is driving them and that in one way is a good thing and another way of means that as Americans were losing hope and without hope we are going to crumble regardless
what happens if we lose faith in the United States of America's ability to bounce back from all this turmoil then it won't it so it'll become a self-fulfilling prophecy
was really leading to that let's say let's bull call it hopelessness is is the problem that I think we're facing right now is historically when it came to politics democrat-republican there were slight variances and you know but but we all kind of wanted the same thing but we had different what routes are getting there and I think I feel like obviously since Trump probably maybe even sense it since Obama we've seen this shift of we have could two completely different world use with two completely out looks like we have two different completely of two completely different realities and in in the way that we understand how life functions and works and you know are the other two genders or are there a million different ones and you that you cannot Define it's like there's two completely different worldviews 100% And I think that that's where it's like I don't know how to bounce back from something when somebody else believes that they beat that they can become a cat or like like what like what's happening in in actually the state of Kansas and other place other places around the country where it would literally schools are putting
litter boxes in there schools for for kids that identifies cat sit to use in the bathroom I don't know how to bounce back from that when you live in such polar opposite realities
yeah when the answers we doing its some point we're going to have to call out the insanity and I'm not just talking about going on Twitter or pickaxe or anything like that and say no this is this think there's only two genders you know fight the good fight is it says it's going to take more than that it's going to take we're going to have to dress it from all three I guess you could say fronts all three fronts from which we can attack such things obviously they're still you know as much as I want to get away from politics there is still the political front we need to be able to address these things politically through legislation to buy by outlawing drag drag queen story hours and stuff like that by acknowledging the what's the left the life of knowledge that the truth is you do from both sides of their mouths else you know one side this is protected and they should be able to to use their free speech rights to express themselves and and whatever and then on the other side on The Talk Amongst their cronies is like oh my gosh that's so hot that's so awesome and so sexually provocative
they just won't say that in regards to the kids around at least not yet eventually they will number to we got to address this from a cultural perspective our culture is as a nation we are decaying greatly rapidly much faster than we ever have can we seen times throughout our history where was, like the other cultural Decay and then some bounce back of his cultural Decay and there's bounce back where is the bounce back the bounce-back has not happened we have not been able to as a culture I'm talking about not the from political perspective but we have not been able to push back and get enough people say hey this is wrong you know people are scared and that's if you really wanted the most powerful weapon or tool that they called from marks his fuse is fear they want to make sure that that you don't say anything wrong at who is it a Bill Maher was telling a joke I forgot some of the starlet's it from Hollywood and he's telling a joke about the it was pretty funny joke I don't think I can actually say that are here but but he was talking about transgenderism and basic swapping body part
and whoever the start was she was just so so offended the Bill Maher said something very important he said are you truly offended or do you want to appear offended by it you know for your audience or whoever it is a great statement we need Revival more than anything else more than I mean if we get we lose political Revival if we win if we're going to be able to defeat the the bad guys and then it will be because of Revival if we lose if they're able to take this nation down then our only salvation will be Revival the only thing the week we should focus on if we only focus on one thing at a time is Revival in the nation cuz without that none of the other things matter and if that's all we have that's fine so that should be the primary focus in my humble opinion
and it's also one of the states to where it's like I I I'm always very hesitant to compare United States of America with old Old Testament is real real lot of Christians try to do that but also if there is an encouragement in looking at how bad things got it is real and and when you notice got off and I'm waited till it was practically impossible like I think it one point he got it down. There was one faithful person in the in the entire country and he and you work you do through that one profit in order to bring Salvation to bring Revival back to the nation and ultimately save it and but but we seen a direct parallels between repentance and faith in Christ our faith in God it throughout throughout the Old Testament and then Israel thriving and then when they turn their back on God that's when is real it was was going down the crapper and I'm literally being conquered by the by other nations and I think that were also seemed the same parallel with what's happening here in the United States of America do you know do you know Donald Trump talk about make America great again but I think one of the things that he forgot and he's left yet
I'll probably primarily because he's not actually a Christian himself it is it that there that there is this Faith component to actually making America great again when we look at the quote unquote Glory Days of this country we had a lot more Christian than a lot more Bible believing that you do faithful people where is now we become so secularize so anti-god so Antichrist you look the Democrat platform it's it's basically like they read the Bible and then they said we're going to just do the exact opposite and that's going to be our platform and then you got the Republican platform beds more biblical but then the people don't actually that the people that are elected don't actually represent that don't actually believe in that if it's a bad bad combination and this is where it's like okay where are the pastures where are the Evangelist where are the people actually giving the where the everyday people getting out there and try to bring about Revival and I just feel like we're so focused on the politics of everything that were distracted from our real mission
it is a hundred percent crisis not just distracted by the politics you know let's face it reality is you and I we sit here we do our shows we go and when we run our sites we press we pressed we talk to people with inner circles that are extremely politically minded and we think out we need to get these people more concerned about the the reality that the reality of the Bible more folks call me the Evangelical aspect and the stewardship that we are supposed to be engaged and right when we don't realize sometimes I think we do live in a bubble you and me and others like us including I would say probably most of your your listeners and viewers right now we live in this bubble of we don't realize that 90% of America doesn't care at all one way or the other okay they're not sitting there making their their decisions during the day or during the week during the month based around what's happening politically or culturally or more Faithfully than making the decisions based upon okay so so how much money do they have what are they going to make
do they have enough money to pay the bills with changes in it they need to make their how are we going to get food on the table and even it's not just people that are struggling even the people that are struggling they're wondering okay so so you know what I guess I don't want to start ripping on on the wealthy but you know what what what am I going to take on my boat today I actually had that question asked me from from a friend of mine he was sick on the boat today but politically call Troy or Faithfully they're looking at other individual lives and I think a lot of this is you know what we have to do we have to try to try to reverse that try to make people more concerned about these and I'm not suggesting a everybody's got to get out there and be politically minded or culturally minded her Faithfully minded I'm saying that whatever it is no wife that is that is driving them trying to associate
with whatever floats their boat whether it is political cultural or faith will just get them in the game and yeah I have
relatives I won't say which ones but I do have relatives there at that are are on the far left and the only reason they were able to to engage for example during the holidays and were able to engage is because they're mostly a political when they are political there there left us but for the most part they're a political now he might say okay so that's good that's great for a non-combative family gatherings but it's wrong as well because it's my duty to number one thing in curse them to two most importantly tube to read their Bibles to engage with Jesus Christ as their lord and savior number to I needed to show him the wrong I am I need to not fear the political or the familial repercussions of talking about the politics that go into Christmas coming up I think I'm hoping the people will be more like that more more appreciative of the need to explain hey the Border crisis is really bad and here's
why explain why do you know the all this money is going out to to Ukraine or wherever that money could be used I think when the most startling statistics is the idea that the money that's been sent to Ukraine to help them in their futile attempts to win the war that money could have literally house every single homeless American by now there was enough money sent over there that every single a homeless American could have been had been put into quality shelter across the entire nation and that hopefully will wake people up. I don't know if it will go but we got to find something something's got to wake people up because they have to care and have to understand this stuff is important and most of them don't gosh I forgot what your original question was answered but that's my non non related answer to whatever question you asked

or any of the other any of the other Outlet the vast majority of them they're still watching it and I think a lot of times and our movement like you said earlier we were in a little bit of a bubble and to where I think that we think we think we're winning because all we're seeing on social media is people that agree with this but that's algorithms that's not real life and I think that people often times forget that like in my opinion we are not winning in the grand scheme of things because the vast majority of people don't have no idea what the truth even is and I think that that should be more of a motivating factor it's more important now than ever to start having these one-on-one conversations with every single person around you that's how we do it's not going to be through it's not going to be through social media because of the way the algorithms are set up on Facebook and accent in in all of that it's going to be through interactions with family members and friends and people that you have influence over the over on like a one-on-one basis I think
I wholeheartedly agree in and that it doesn't just have to be face-to-face either I think a lot of times people people I don't know what the percentage is maybe 30% maybe it's 70% but there are a lot of people out there a lot of Americans who it's not that they don't want something there there they're not sitting there thinking oh you know I really don't want to talk about this cuz I don't want stripes in the family or I don't want to lose my friend over this a lot of times it's that they don't feel confident in their ability to properly portray the argument and so one of my texts the way that it is with email the way that it is the way and everybody has different ways of communicating if you are one of those people let's say you know what you don't want to you don't feel like you can have a conversation because maybe you are at your shy maybe you can you stutter maybe you've got whatever for whatever reason you don't feel comfortable talking to to Aunt Josie about about why she's crazy you know how indoctrinated she is

how to re-evaluate your position think through what you actually believe what they will be doing this exact same thing with the other person and just asked pointed questions and guess what you'll have a very very interesting conversation if you're the one asking pointed questions as a as opposed to just blasting with a fire hose in up information
