The Alchemy of Business Show with Steve Rodgers
TITLE: Truly listening and Surgical Empathy for Success in Life and Business with Dr. Mark Goulston
DESCRIPTION:
Many of us think that communication is talking - and talk we do. But, good communication requires good listening as well as talking. In fact, since we have two ears and only one mouth, listening just might be the more important skill. Listening with empathy is a skill that if everybody learns, the world would be a better place. Also, knowing when to be silent can be a powerful communication tool. Silence allows the speaker to become aware of his or her own feelings, explore more deeply, and proceed at his or her own pace.
Dr. Mark Goulston, a psychiatrist, executive coach, and bestselling author, joins our host, Steve Rodgers in another inspiring and eye-opening episode of The Alchemy of Business Show. They take us through their experiences in helping and being helped by others. They shared heartfelt tips on how to be more positive in life, creating abundance and radiating it to other people. So tune in to The Alchemy of Business and be prepared for the wisdom bombs throughout the show.
