A short description of guest Dr. Anbar's "The Life Guide for Teens" from Amazon:
A new kind of self-help book for teenagers, empowering them to take ownership of their own wellness.
Today’s generation of teenagers are living in a world no one could have imagined just a couple decades ago, a world of social media and an endless flow of information (and disinformation). They are also more likely to be lonely, depressed, stressed out, and diagnosed with mental health issues than any generation before them. But they can learn to take control of their own wellness—and Dr. Ran Anbar gives them the tools to do just that.
In The Life Guide for Teens: Harnessing Your Inner Power to be Healthy, Happy, and Confident, Dr. Anbar uses clear, empowering terms to take a deep dive into the most prevalent wellness concerns for teens. He guides readers through such topics as anxiety, relationships, sleep, making tough decisions, and communicating effectively with easy-to-implement tools and advice from experts and teens who’ve been there. Throughout, he offers encouragement, reassurance, and strength to teens who are struggling, showing them how they can develop a positive, healthy self-image and promote self-care.
Dr. Anbar has helped thousands of teens work through their personal challenges, not by solving their problems for them, but by helping them learn to tap into their inner wisdom, strength, and resilience. With 180 actionable tools teens can use on their personal journey to wellness, The Life Guide for Teens is an invaluable resource for anyone wanting to feel calm, capable, and confident.

Title: Hope, Mercy, and Transition
We have taken you on God’s creation from conception through our lives. God is so proud of his children and acknowledges how hard they have searched for the truth. As we walk our spiritual path, the struggles remain. God is not limited by our struggles, remembering that, is everything. Did you have hope as a child and do you still? Do you remember God’s mercy when you need it the most? We will show you how God has never left you, and anything we have forgotten, God can restore. We will show this process; God is waiting patiently.

Founder and CEO of Ranch Hands Rescue
Bob Williams is the Founder and CEO of Ranch Hands Rescue. After suffering a stroke in 2007, Bob decided to retire from Motorola. After a year of rehabilitation, he decided to start a not-for-profit organization that would save animals and help people. In 2008, Ranch Hands Rescue was born, and a farm animal sanctuary for animals with special needs was established. In 2010, the Ranch Hands Rescue Counseling Program was started. Bob's vision was to partner abused and neglected animals with individuals by using Equine and Animal Assisted Counseling in an effort to help individuals who don't respond to traditional therapy. His counseling program is the only program in the country that partners abused and neglected animals in mental health therapy. Bob's passion is helping innocent victims, especially children, who require a nontraditional approach to uncovering severe trauma. He assembled a team of counseling experts who are highly trained and certified in trauma and PTSD to be another resource in our community to help individuals who are suffering and see no hope.
RHR fills a special niche in mental health counseling services community in that we specialize in treating the more complex trauma cases, such as victims of multiple abuses by multiple perpetrators and people not making progress in their current treatment programs.
Bob and Ranch Hands Rescue have been featured in over 220 TV and news stories including Animal Planet, Time Magazine, Fox Worldwide News, USA Today, CNN, Good Morning America and National Geographic. Bob recently announced plans to open the first safe house for young men 18-24 who have been sex trafficked. Bob's House of Hope will be the first in the country to do this.
Ranch Hands Rescue is currently working on a National Education Program to educate the public that boys are sex trafficked too. Ranch Hands Rescue has 2 locations. One in Argyle, Texas and one in Denton, Texas and serves the entire Metroplex. Bobs personal story as a survivor of rape, addiction, homelessness, and his story of rebuilding his life along with his passion for helping others is why Ranch Hands Rescue continues to grow. 5 Time Emmy Winner Doris Roberts said “He was one of the most incredible speakers I have ever heard, his honesty and his passion is contagious. His journey needs to be heard by everyone who has struggled with sexual abuse, rape, or addiction. I think he is amazing, and I am proud to be his friend.”

Running for DNC Vice Chair
Kalyn Free is the Democratic story. She’s a Choctaw woman who grew
up on a farm, feeding cows and hauling hay on the Choctaw Nation
Reservation in Oklahoma. As a young girl, she rode a bus almost an
hour to school in a town of 600. She worked the graveyard shift at a
convenience store to put herself through college, showing up to class
smelling like the donuts she had spent the night making, who lived in
a trailer with no running water after graduating law school and studying
for the bar exam.
Her experiences taught her about the challenges working Americans
face – and the importance of showing up for every community, no matter
how small.
She became the youngest attorney ever hired at the Department of Justice,
spending nearly 11 years prosecuting corporations for polluting our air, land,
and water. She took that job owing more than $100,000 in student debt.
In 1998, she became the first Native American and first woman elected
DA in rural Southeastern Oklahoma, and after being an attorney in
public service for 13 years, finally paid off her student loans.
Kalyn served as lead counsel for six years for the Ponca Tribe, without
a salary, for one of the poorest tribes in America, against a foreign corporation for
polluting the air and land of the Ponca People. This case was the largest class action
ever certified in an environmental case in Indian Country. Kalyn worked with PACE/
USW members and credits the Union’s efforts with bringing justice to the Ponca
people and successfully settling the case in excess of eight figures.
Hers is a Democratic story.
Hers is an American story. And this is why Kalyn has dedicated her life to fighting for the working class people of this country. And why she is running for DNC Vice Chair.
Former Lawyer, U.S. Marine
My re-awakening and leaving the Catholic Church, despite seeing non-consuming fires during mass - a life long journey (for everyone, especially the current children)
Discovering the NYS Court System has been controlled by satanic freemasons; the NYS Court System is "tyranny" as that term was defined by our Founding Fathers; there's been a satanic ritual fireplace in NY's highest courtroom for over 140 years; the vast majority of judges in NYS are serial felons and not credible as a mater of law; the NYS Court System has created a child peonage system and traffics children. All this was discovered through a highly contentious divorce where everything I owned was stolen from me, including my children, I was railroaded into jail and disbarred in retaliation for disclosing all of this information in my legal papers. (for everyone)
Volunteering to join Secret Space Program when on active duty in the USMC. All Second Lieutenant are asked if they want to join. (for everyone)
Discovering that freemasons controlled (past tense) this world and targeted me for most of my adult life, and probably many of your listeners. (for everyone)
How The Creation Lightship, Q and Ra have changed me (not just my life but me) for the better. (for everyone)
I was born at Camp Lejeune, NC. (Yes, I have a claim in because of the drinking water); lived in Naples, Italy for about 2 years. My mother traces her lineage to Italian royalty, so I'm distant bloodline. My family settled in New York when I was 5 years old. I've lived here for over 50 years. After H.S. I attended college. I took a leave of absence my first semester sophomore year to join he Marine Corps Reserve. After college I was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the USMC and did about 4 years active duty in the infantry. I volunteered for the Secret Space Program when I was a 2LT. I remember them wiping my memory, vividly, and waking up after that with a gap in time and space. When I separated from active duty I attended law school. I worked as a lawyer for about 18 years. I stayed in the reserves and was activated for a year for the fake Global War on Terrorism. I was married just before being activated. When I returned home I went back to school while working full-time and received an AOS-Fire Science and am one class short of an MPA. I filed for divorce in 2017. I was denied all contact with my two children for no valid reason. I haven't had any contact with my children in over 7 years because of an utterly corrupt court system that has customs and policies that routinely violate the federal constitution. In addition, the NYS court system is tyranny. I have litigated in every court in NYS regarding my divorce and custody battle; village, town, city, county, supreme, appellate term, appellate division, court of appeals, federal district court, federal circuit court of appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. They are all corrupt and useless. I've been fired, arrested twice and cited under the public health law for not wearing a mask during COVID. The Westchester County District Attorney, Miriam Rocah, (a satanic freemason) announced she would not seek re-election after being in the position for less than 3 years, after the last set of bogus criminal charges against me, for not wearing a mask, were dismissed. I then discovered Q. After a session with him and Antonio he removed an overlay in my brain that was inserted during my time with the Secret Space Program, and in doing so eliminated my lifelong ADHD in seconds. I've done all but about half a dozen clearings on the Creation Lightship. As a result, I'm old I have light coming out of my eyes and an aura five feet all around me. I am at peace, even with everything that has happened to me and my children. I recently discovered Human Design and other tools for self-assessment. They confirm much of what I have come to know or been told - identify my red thread.
