She has designed programs that affect youth and families and has authored 12 curricula that are used in schools around the country. ReCapturing the Vision’s programs have received over $20 million in federal, state and local funding; the organization, steadily propels empowerment and educational reform.
Dr. Jacquie has been twice invited to the white house, worked on public policy and provided congressional testimony. As a participant on The White House National Advisory Panel she helped shape national standards for teen pregnancy prevention programs. Dave grew up in a military family where hard work and sacrifice were taught. It is here that he learned the importance of our country and its impact on the world. A deep commitment to faith, patriotism, and civic duty are the cornerstones of his upbringing, as well as continual sources of strength and guidance.
Dave met his wife, Emily, his senior year of high school. They dated during their early years of college and married shortly after. They had their first child in December 2016.
He has served in several leadership capacities in both small business and local politics. Dave currently serves as Vice-President of Logistics for a manufacturing support services company where he helps bring businesses together to find tailored solutions for their customers.
From 2011-2013, Dave served as Vice-Chairman of the El Paso County Republican Party. While serving, he showed a steadfast commitment to the cause of liberty and freedom. Dave believes we need to encourage and hold accountable our elected representatives to support such principles.
In 2016, Dave was the first Latino elected to House District 15. He is providing new energy and enthusiasm that will help strengthen our community and Colorado. Eva was born in Berlin, Germany in 1932.
Her family survived WWII by hiding in the mountains of southern France.
Following her childhood in Germany and France, she has lived in Israel, Switzerland, England, Uganda, Canada, and now the U.S.
She has had several careers in many fields including healthcare, and her goal is to help people maintain and improve their health.
She was married for 32 years, has three children, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She has always been a wonderful storyteller, and now published her autobiography: “Eva’s Uncommon Life
Guided by Miracles.”
Eva’s Uncommon Life – Guided by Miracles is an extraordinary life story that begins in hiding in the south of France during World War II, narrowly escaping capture by the Nazis. Eva Perlman’s autobiography details the first of many miracles that kept her family alive and permeated her long and rich life. RUTH BROYDE SHARONE
Honored internationally for her interfaith activism and leadership, filmmaker/journalist Ruth Broyde Sharone is the creator of INTERFAITH: The Musical which has ignited the enthusiasm of people around the world eager to see their religious and cultural diversity reflected in mainstream theatres. Both lyricist and composer, she released her first album for the musical in 2015 and the second one in December 2021.
Eight songs were performed publicly to a full house at the Pico Union Project in LA in 2019. She is currently completing the libretto.
A passionate interfaith activist for more than 30 years, Ruth pioneered ground-breaking interfaith pilgrimages to the Middle East in the 90s, was a co-founder and then served for 10 years as Co-Chair of the Southern California Parliament of the World’s Religions, and worked on the staff of the Global Parliament as well. She created a popular interfaith program on college campuses with her prize-winning film, God and Allah Need to Talk.
Her riveting interfaith memoir, MINEFIELDS & MIRACLES, considered a “primer” on interfaith engagement, has received multiple literary awards and endorsements from 30 religious leaders including H.H. the Dalai Lama. Ruth also penned more than 60 articles for The Interfaith Observer, and co-authored the 2018 best-selling Amazon book, 21ST CENTURY VOICES: Women Who Influence, Inspire, and Make A Difference.

The Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sr., founder and president of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, is one of America’s foremost civil rights, religious and political figures. Over the past 40 years, he has played a pivotal role in virtually every movement for empowerment, peace, civil rights, gender equality and economic and social justice.
Rev. Jackson deferred his theological studies when he began working full-time in the Civil Rights Movement with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Rev. Jackson’s two presidential campaigns broke new ground in U.S. politics. His 1984 campaign registered more than one million new voters, won 3.5 million votes and helped the Democratic Party regain control of the Senate in 1986. His 1988 campaign registered more than two million new voters, won seven million votes and helped boost hundreds of state and local elected officials into office.
In 1991, Rev. Jesse Jackson was elected United States Senator for Washington, DC, advocating for statehood for the nation’s capital and advancing the “rainbow” agenda at the national and international levels. Since then, he has continued to promote voter registration and lead get out-the-vote campaigns, believing that everyone should be encouraged to be a responsible, informed and active voter. He has spearheaded major organizing tours through Appalachia, Mississippi, California and Georgia.
On August 9, 2000, President Bill Clinton awarded Rev. Jackson the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor.
Rev. Jackson has been called the “Conscience of the Nation” and “the Great Unifier” challenging America to be inclusive and to establish just and humane priorities for the benefit of all. He is known for bringing people together on common ground across lines of race, culture, class, gender and belief.
For his work in human and civil rights and nonviolent social change, Rev. Jackson has received more than 40 honorary doctorate degrees and frequently lectures at major colleges and universities including Howard, Yale, Princeton, Morehouse, Harvard, Columbia, Stanford and Hampton.
