Through my own life, I have discovered the power of gratitude to transform my life to greater heights of joy and peace. My life has changed for the better in monumental ways in the last 10 years! I authored the Grace of Gratitude Journal so that others may find this path of personal transformation too. It is literally impossible to be thankful and appreciative, AND be sad and/or angry. That is why many psychologists now recommend keeping a gratitude journal to their depressed patients. Being grateful and writing in a Gratitude Journal sounds simplistic, but it is very transformative to focus on what is right in one's life, rather than what is wrong. There are literally zillions of things to be grateful for, and I would like to share my personal story of transformation, and also share tips to becoming more grateful with your audience.
