She brings her rich understanding of diverse cultures and industries together with her background in science, human resource, management and psychology enables her to relate to the many diverse challenges being faced by organizations today. Her senior level experience allows for her valuable input and fresh perspectives around the board table.
As a facilitator, Archana is ICA ToP (Technology of Participation) Methods certified facilitator and a certified Design Thinking Practitioners by a UK based Society of Design Thinking. She has expertise in the Facilitation of Design Thinking, Organizational development (Strategy, Change and Conflict Resolution), Facilitation Skills, Leadership development, Values at Workplace and Self Management programs. Archana believes in the power of group process facilitation and connects at a deeper level with the participants and brings in the desired outcomes / solves complex problems in a light and fun filled environment.
As a consultant Archana has worked extensively and specializes in the area of complex business and project deliveries management, Strategy and business operations management, establishing processes, innovative designs and structures while delivering optimal solutions.
