Harmonizing the Spinal Chord and Navigating the 2026 Shift with Rob A and Birdie

This episode of Whiplash Talk features host Sunshine alongside guests Rob and Bertie as they explore the profound connection between physical spinal alignment, musical harmony, and spiritual awakening. The conversation delves into the significance of synchronicities, the transition into a spirit-led era in 2026, and the necessity of setting emotional boundaries. Through personal anecdotes and musical demonstrations, the group illustrates how "tuning" one's body and spirit is essential for navigating current global shifts.

Detailed Summary
The Language of Synchronicities and Numbers
The discussion opens with a series of numerical synchronicities observed by the participants, ranging from barcode sequences like 66633TC to recurring appearances of the numbers 17 and 33. Bertie shares a personal experience regarding a 17-day fast, which she eventually modified to a "10 plus 7" cycle after receiving a message during a sound healing session. These numbers are viewed not as mere coincidences but as markers of being "in the flow" of a co-creative reality. The participants emphasize that while signs are helpful reminders for those feeling "off," a truly enlightened mind eventually exists in a state of constant synchronicity where external signs become unnecessary.

The Spine as a Musical Instrument
A central theme is the "Spinal Chord" (spelled C-H-O-R-D), an analogy where the human spine is treated as a musical instrument. Sunshine demonstrates this by singing "Amazing Grace," showing how major chords represent "consonance" (harmony and health) while minor chords create "dissonance" (discord or "dis-ease"). Rob highlights that physical blockages in the spine prevent the "growth of light" within the body. He shares his 15-year journey of correcting spinal injuries through yoga and qigong, noting that conscious awareness of posture—specifically sitting erect to allow diaphragmatic breathing—is a spiritual act that brings the body back into "accord".

Navigating the 2026 Spiritual Transition
The group discusses the "Genesis" of a new era, specifically citing 2026 as the year when spirit becomes more empowered than old, integrity-lacking structures. This shift is linked to the astrological movement of Uranus from Taurus (material/financial disruption) to Gemini (communication and higher technology). This transition marks the end of a seven-year theme of instability. The participants suggest that those who remain tethered to outside authorities and old systems may struggle as these structures shatter, while those focused on their inner light will thrive. This "timeline split" is described as the spirit of humanity rising above previous programming.

Emotional Boundaries and Ancestral Healing
The final portion of the conversation addresses the practicalities of living as a "super-sensitive" person. Sunshine and Rob discuss the necessity of stopping "emotional dumping" from others to protect one's own energy. They argue that much of what people perceive as personal "craziness" is actually encoded ancestral trauma or DNA-encoded thoughts and beliefs from previous generations. True healing involves getting to the root cause of these energetic cords rather than just surviving within the "matrix" of force and manipulation.

To-Do / Next Steps
Practice Conscious Posture: Sit erect and avoid a "collapsed spine" to enable proper diaphragmatic breathing into the belly.
Set Energetic Boundaries: Explicitly tell others when you cannot carry the details of their personal dramas to avoid taking on their energetic burdens.
Establish Personal Boundaries: Use boundaries to teach your body that your own truth matters and that you are listening to its needs.
Explore Educational Resources: Visit the "Rawbanderson" YouTube channel for help with clearing timelines and understanding spiritual root causes.

Conclusion
The episode concludes with a call to "plant kindness and gather love." The speakers emphasize that the journey of spiritual and physical alignment is a long process with no "magic pill," requiring consistent practice in setting boundaries, maintaining physical "accord," and listening to one's inner spirit as the world transitions into a new state of consciousness.

[00:00] Speaker 1: (instrumental music plays) Welcome, welcome, welcome everyone to Whiplash Talk. This is Sunshine on a beautiful Saturday, coming to you from bbsradio.com. This is Whiplash Talk, and I am so excited to be here with you all today. It's been such a beautiful week, so charged, so full of energy, and so full of life, and so full of synchronicities, I'm sure, with my friends that are with me. Rob and Bertie, are you here? (imitates whip cracking) (laughs) The flash.

[01:52] Speaker 2: (laughs) I am. I am here. Bertie, are you in with us?

[01:56] Speaker 3: I am here, however I do not have a whip.

[01:59] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[02:00] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[02:02] Speaker 1: Right? Oh my gosh, that's hilarious. Anybody, y- you're gonna have to go back and listen to the last show, guys. That w- that's coming from the last show. It was fun.

[02:11] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[02:11] Speaker 1: How... Go ahead.

[02:12] Speaker 2: So, speaking of synchronicities, I just wanted... Before we get... I'll let you introdu-... Actually, maybe it's better to save. I won't say what the, y- y-... Before I read your email this morning-

[02:21] Speaker 1: Yes.

[02:22] Speaker 2: ... I look up and there was a bottle of something on the fridge. I don't know what it is. It was like, Tums or something, but it was facing the other way.

[02:28] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[02:28] Speaker 2: Not some-... Not a product I use anyways.

[02:30] Speaker 1: Right, right, right.

[02:30] Speaker 2: But what I was drawn to, for some reason, I was taking milk out of the fridge, making a coffee, and I look up and just, like, how synchronicity works. Like, I don't know why, but there was a little, a few numbers like, on the bottom, like a barcode or something, or a product code.

[02:43] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[02:43] Speaker 2: And it was 66633TC.

[02:47] Speaker 1: (laughs) That is so cool. Yeah, everybody take note.

[02:53] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[02:53] Speaker 1: That's gonna be a, it's gonna be a really interesting show. I wanna definitely start with that one, for sure. Um, we... Well, we'll just jump right into it. I've got Rob and Bertie with me today. They were with us l- with us on, here on Whiplash Talk last week. And we were st- we were talking about basically the spine, and some of the posts on forthepople.space. There were three that we listed. The one that we really didn't get to dig into a lot that all three of us really enjoyed...

[03:22] Speaker 1: We enjoyed all of them, but all three of us wanted to talk a little bit more about, I believe, I'm speaking for everyone-

[03:28] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[03:28] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[03:29] Speaker 2: Of course.

[03:29] Speaker 1: Was, uh, was the one called, um, Once Sacred. And it was the one that has the painting by Michelangelo on it. It's called The Creation of Adam. It's, uh, a painting on the Sistine Chapel ceiling, circa, um, yeah, 1508 through 1512. And Bertie told a story about going to visit her parents, and there was a new painting, picture above the sofa, and lo and behold, there was that picture. And it was just, it wasn't the entire picture. It was just the index finger to index finger, um, you know, almost touching. Very, very famous painting, and, and specifically when they, when they zoom in on that particular part of it. And so we just didn't get, we just didn't get done, and we just had so much fun. We decided, "Let's just bring this back and let's just address this again, and let's get a little more deep into some of the numbers that were talked about." That's not my area of expertise, but, um, I'm sure my, I'm sure my friends...

[04:27] Speaker 1: I'll get by with a little help from my friends here on my f- on my show.

[04:30] Speaker 2: Oh, that's another synchronicity. I love that song.

[04:33] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:34] Speaker 2: Should we sing it at the end?

[04:36] Speaker 1: Let's do.

[04:37] Speaker 2: Yeah? Okay.

[04:38] Speaker 1: Okay, I'm w- I'm writing it down.

[04:39] Speaker 2: All right.

[04:39] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay, I'm doing it.

[04:41] Speaker 2: Uh, otherwise we-

[04:41] Speaker 3: I'll cheer, I'll cheer for you.

[04:44] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:44] Speaker 2: (laughs) Okay. You know, you know what that, that reminded me is, I was actually, uh, sharing that with my mom 'cause, uh, she was watching something, uh, and, uh, they did... It was like, the, the m- Music, uh, Hall of Fame or whatever, and they, I think they-

[04:56] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[04:56] Speaker 2: ... inducted Joe Cocker or whatever.

[04:58] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[04:58] Speaker 2: But I was like, "Yeah, I remember that. I always remember that song from when I was a kid." The Wonder Years, that was the theme song at the beginning.

[05:04] Speaker 1: Yeah, it was.

[05:05] Speaker 2: Uh-huh.

[05:06] Speaker 1: It was. Yeah.

[05:07] Speaker 2: I love that song, you know. Just that song from the... Yeah. It's part of my childhood. (laughs)

[05:11] Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.

[05:11] Speaker 1: Right? You're like, "I got this. I got this."

[05:14] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[05:15] Speaker 1: Yeah. So, uh, yeah. We'll, we'll try to remember to sing that. Bertie, you're gonna have to help us remember. Um-

[05:20] Speaker 3: Sure.

[05:21] Speaker 1: So, the thought for the week. I'm gonna start at the beginning. If you guys have thoughts, you can do them wherever you wanna do them. But the thought for the week, it was, uh, my tea bag this morning. (laughs) Traditional Medicinals. Man, I love their teas, and they talk to me. And the thought today for this week until next week is plant kindness, and gather love.

[05:46] Speaker 2: Hmm.

[05:48] Speaker 1: (laughs) And that totally goes along with, uh, some recent posts that were on forthepople.space that, um, spoke to me. That isn't there. I'm sure it's coming back. I'm, I'm believing it'll come back.

[06:02] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[06:02] Speaker 1: I know it will come back.Um, but we have all got to stay in our heart centers right now. That is, we're here to hold space and carry love. So, just consider yourself a love vessel and, uh, plant kindness and gather love. So that is my thought for the week for everybody on Whiplash Talk. What do you guys got?

[06:26] Speaker 2: Hmm.

[06:27] Speaker 1: Hmm.

[06:27] Speaker 2: I'll let you go first, Bertie.

[06:29] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[06:29] Speaker 4: No, you go this ti- you go this time.

[06:33] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[06:34] Speaker 4: You go first this time.

[06:35] Speaker 2: I, I don't have any thoughts for the week so far. Um, what would like-

[06:39] Speaker 1: You guys can have them at the end. I'm just saying, what do you, what do you got? You don't even, you don't even have to have a thought right now. You can just like, "What did you think of the thought?" Or change the subject and move on. I'm just, I'm just pitching it to you.

[06:49] Speaker 2: Yeah. I was, uh, I, I thought it was, um, interesting. The only thing, the only thing that I had that I wanted to share was the synchronicity but I already did, so. (laughs)

[06:57] Speaker 1: Yeah, it was good. Yeah.

[06:59] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[06:59] Speaker 1: Okay. We'll move on. We'll move on.

[07:01] Speaker 4: Well, and well I'll say, I will say with part of this post even just the first one with the 666-

[07:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[07:08] Speaker 4: ... I, this week's been a lot of that with the numbers. I've been getting 33s all week, 17s, 33, 6-, you know, it's been, it's been a lot of that. And what we talked about on the last show, I, I was fasting and I was being a little stubborn because I just had this 17 in my di- like, I'm like, "I really wanna do 17 days." Like it was just... But by like day 14 I'm like, "Okay, you know what? I am hungry."

[07:34] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[07:34] Speaker 4: Like, you know? (laughs) Like, I'm try... And then I knew that I was being stubborn but I just was like, "It's three more days. I came this far." But my body was like, "You know, girl, you gotta eat." Like, you know? (laughs)

[07:47] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Right.

[07:48] Speaker 4: "It's time." So, um-

[07:49] Speaker 2: I think it's always better to listen to your body. That's what I do.

[07:51] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[07:51] Speaker 4: Right. Exactly.

[07:52] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[07:52] Speaker 4: I was, I was like that whole I love the number 17 and, and I was trying to almost force it. So, uh, a friend of mine got i- you know, back in December, got me a gift certificate to try this sound healing. It was, uh, and I kind of forgot about it. She kept reminding me. I thought, "Okay, well, I'll just do it." So I went on Friday morning and it was interesting. I mean, I, I've never done anything like that but I'll try things. Um, but it was pretty cool and, um, well, number one, so then he gives you feedback about some of the messages or whatever he got. So, of course, the first thing he says was, um, " (laughs) Did you used to drink a lot?" (laughs) I was like, "Well, yeah.

[08:34] Speaker 4: Actually, I have."

[08:36] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[08:36] Speaker 4: So he picked up on that and I just started laughing because that's the first... He's like, "I hate for this to be the first thing that I said but, you know," he, 'cause that kept coming up. Well, I go, "That was a big part of my life, so of course it would come up."

[08:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[08:48] Speaker 4: Um, and the, and the second thing was he said to me, "The fasting that you're doing is really good for your body. However, it's too long and I'm getting if you're gonna do it, you do 10 days on-, you know, 10 days fast, seven days eat." And I was like, "I just really wanted to do 17." And he's like, "Um, 10 plus 7 is 17." I was like, "Oh,

[09:15] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[09:16] Speaker 4: ...

[09:16] Speaker 2: (laughs) You're like, "Oh, okay."

[09:20] Speaker 4: "Okay, got it. Okay, I'll go eat now."

[09:22] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[09:22] Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, because I had that 17 and he was giving me message without even knowing me.

[09:27] Speaker 1: Right.

[09:28] Speaker 4: That, that it was, um, it was a 17-day cycle that, that I could do. Like or vice versa, seven days fasting, 10 days eating. You know, whatever. But-

[09:37] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[09:38] Speaker 4: ... that's what he came back with and he like looked at me. He goes, um, "Do, do you know that 10 plus 7, 17?" Uh, and he's like, "Could you go get yourself something to eat now?"

[09:47] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[09:48] Speaker 4: He immediately out, it tasted like a s- I had a, a cup of miso soup and it was like a seven course meal. I was in heaven. I was like-

[09:55] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[09:55] Speaker 4: ... "Oh my gosh, I've never tasted anything so good in my whole life." (laughs)

[10:00] Speaker 1: (laughs) That's awesome.

[10:02] Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, yeah. So it's been like numbers and things like that. Interesting to do that sound healing. I mean, it was a new concept.

[10:10] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[10:10] Speaker 4: So yeah that was-

[10:11] Speaker 2: Was it with crystal balls?

[10:12] Speaker 4: ... kind of, kind of my week.

[10:13] Speaker 1: No, it wasn't with crystals, was it? Was it with crystal balls?

[10:16] Speaker 4: Was no crystals or anything like that. It was just a, like a, a headset where they set it to a certain amount of hertz-

[10:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:23] Speaker 4: ... and it's supposed to be... I mean, I could almost feel the, the water in my body. Like-

[10:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:28] Speaker 4: ... it was really cool.

[10:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:30] Speaker 4: Um, uh, yeah, there was n- nothing, nothing real strange. I'm not, I'm not into too much of that stuff, hokey...

[10:36] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[10:37] Speaker 4: I don't wanna say hokey but I'm just careful with a lot of that stuff.

[10:41] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:41] Speaker 4: But this, this was pretty interesting. I don't know that I would do, I don't know that I would keep going back 'cause I wouldn't feel the need for it, but it was interesting to experience something new and try it and, um-

[10:53] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[10:53] Speaker 4: ... and then, oh, and then after that-

[10:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:54] Speaker 4: ... I, I met my friend and we went shopping and I got these items and there was like all these crazy coupons and they were supposed to be like $60 an item and I had three. And by the s- time all was said and done, each one was $33.

[11:10] Speaker 1: Nice.

[11:11] Speaker 2: Yes.

[11:11] Speaker 4: So it was just like that kind of stuff was happening.

[11:13] Speaker 1: So cool.

[11:13] Speaker 4: 17, 33, s- you know, that kind of stuff.

[11:15] Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah. I will say, um, there is a place in the Pacific Northwest, in, uh, the largest city in the Pacific Northwest, we'll leave it there, um, and it's in the name of it, uh, the Seattle Sound Temple and that is owned by a person that, uh, I, I would trust and, and so there are good people out there that do good things. Um, but it is with-

[11:41] Speaker 4: Yeah, I just realized it.

[11:41] Speaker 1: ... but it is with crystal balls and, and they are, uh, magical. Anyway.

[11:46] Speaker 2: Yeah, I think the crystal balls are... I've never done one but I have friends that do it-

[11:50] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[11:50] Speaker 2: ... but it, like to be in the resonance with them-

[11:53] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[11:53] Speaker 2: ... in the same room, um, is never-

[11:55] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[11:55] Speaker 2: ... gonna beat a digital signal in my opinion.

[11:58] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. So can you imagine that? Multiply what you just experienced, Karen, by 10.

[12:03] Speaker 4: Wow.

[12:04] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[12:04] Speaker 2: And that's, that's why-

[12:05] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[12:06] Speaker 2: Like, that's why music changed so much when it started being digitally recorded and then-

[12:10] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[12:10] Speaker 2: ... everything like, like before they started doing that, I think it was in the '80s-

[12:15] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:15] Speaker 2: Um, records, like literally I think, you know, say The Beatles or something like Abbey Road where it was literally whatever they, all the sound system, the analog signal going through from all their instruments and mics or whatever-

[12:28] Speaker 1: Right. Right.

[12:28] Speaker 2: ... and it was being directly imprinted onto the vinyl plate.

[12:32] Speaker 1: Yes.

[12:32] Speaker 2: So you were getting like every, it was just literally, I don't, as from, from what I understand and if somebody out there, a listener or T (laughs) , Mr. T, correct me if I'm wrong, but it was literally the analog signal going directly-

[12:45] Speaker 1: Yep.

[12:45] Speaker 2: ... onto the vinyl. That's why, you know-

[12:46] Speaker 1: Yep.

[12:47] Speaker 2: Um-

[12:47] Speaker 1: That's why everybody goes back to vinyl.

[12:49] Speaker 2: Yeah. Uh, but, but nowadays-

[12:50] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:50] Speaker 2: ... you want the original ones because now they're-

[12:52] Speaker 1: Yes.

[12:52] Speaker 2: ... digitally remastered. So-

[12:53] Speaker 1: You're right. You're right. (laughs)

[12:54] Speaker 2: ... you're losing it, you're losing it all.

[12:56] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[12:56] Speaker 2: And I, I noticed that stuff 'cause I DJ and I, I produce music-

[12:59] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:59] Speaker 2: ... and I was going to do a live set, a live mix, uh, recently, like but, well I guess my-

[13:05] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[13:05] Speaker 2: ... most recent one two years ago.

[13:06] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[13:07] Speaker 2: And, and the program that I was using, it was a, a digital mixing console, and I, I'd never noticed it before, but to get them all in the same key, it uses AI, and it totally-

[13:16] Speaker 1: Hmm.

[13:16] Speaker 2: ... degraded the music sound.

[13:17] Speaker 1: Hmm.

[13:18] Speaker 2: And I, I recorded this amazing mix, and then I went ba- to listen back to it, and like ma- the average person might not under- like hear it, but I'm like an audiophile, you know. I, I, I love sound. I love the crispness-

[13:29] Speaker 1: Me too.

[13:29] Speaker 2: ... of it.

[13:29] Speaker 1: Me too.

[13:29] Speaker 2: And it was totally degraded. So-

[13:31] Speaker 1: Okay.

[13:33] Speaker 2: ... you know?

[13:33] Speaker 1: Synchronicities. I am about to jump out of my chair here.

[13:37] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[13:37] Speaker 1: Um, you are preaching me happy as they would say in the, in the Christian world, white hanky waving. Um, I'm sorry to jump in, but you, you are setting this up beautifully, so I'm gonna jump in before we go off on another subject. (sighs) I, I too study music, and I love music. And I, when we talked about The Spine is Your Flute on the Inner Music on forthepeople.space, the posting Inner Music, it really resonated with me in a, like deep, and I'm like, "Okay, what is going on?"

[14:18] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[14:19] Speaker 1: And (laughs) you guys are awesome. So I did some research because we call it the spinal cord-

[14:28] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[14:28] Speaker 1: ... that runs in the spinal column, and it's C-O-R-D. And I'm like, but if the spine is my flute, then it's a spinal C-H-O-R-D for me.

[14:37] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[14:38] Speaker 1: Okay?

[14:38] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[14:38] Speaker 1: So I started digging, and I'm like, um, I, I am going to sing something so maybe people will understand a little bit about, uh, uh, consonance and dissonance, and you as a DJ will understand what I'm saying.

[14:56] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[14:56] Speaker 1: So I'm picking a really basic song that a lot of people will know, a lot of people that come out of church, Catholic, whatever, so I hope I'm not gonna cause any timelines for anybody, but it's one that I can do that will really show the difference between, um, consonance, C-O-N-S-O-N-A-N-C-E, which is agreement, harmony, accord. We're all in accord, right? So your spinal column, your spinal cord is, is in harmony. It's working with your body. It's in accord with all of your organs and everything that, that drives you, that, that central nervous system. Okay?

[15:38] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[15:39] Speaker 1: As, as opposed to dissonance, D-I-S-S-O-N-A-N-C-E, which is disagreeable. It's a lack of harmony. It's, it's discord. It's, it, the definition is like a lack of agreement. So, so your spinal cord, your spinal column is, is, uh, dissonant. It's not in agreement with your organs. It's not in agreement with your limbs. It's not in agreement. So there's, there's a, there's a push-pull.

[16:04] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[16:04] Speaker 1: Okay, a yin-yang. So if you guys will humor me, I don't know how this is gonna go, but here we go. Okay.

[16:13] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[16:14] Speaker 1: (sighs) I know, right? It's always fun stepping out of your comfort zone. But this is one that I think I can really, I can really, uh, point out. I'll start out in the major chord. There's major chords and minor chords. Major chords are consonance. Minor chords create that dissonance, and it's beautiful. It can cre- it can create some beautiful, beautiful movements and songs, but I just want everybody to understand if you're not a musician, um, there's a lot hidden in this article called Once Sacred. There's a lot hidden in there that really speaks to the musician in me, and so I'm hoping to bring it to people that maybe aren't musicians that will understand kind of what it's saying. Okay, so here we go. (clears throat) << Amazing grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now am found. >> (clears throat) << Was blind, but now I see. >> That's all in a major chord, okay?

[17:53] Speaker 2: Ooh, yay. (claps)

[17:55] Speaker 1: (claps)

[17:55] Speaker 5: (laughs)

[17:55] Speaker 1: (laughs) Thank you.

[17:56] Speaker 2: Uh-

[17:56] Speaker 1: So that's all in a major chord. Okay, so, so I'm gonna go into the third verse.... the, uh, songs are written in verses and choruses and bridges, and so that was the first verse. So I'm gonna go to the third verse, and I'm going to start it in a minor chord. So let me do like a, the last few lines from the major chord, and you'll hear how it goes into a minor, okay? So think of your spinal cord while you're hearing this and how it was in alignment in the continence, so it's in a chord, and then how it goes into the discord, and when it goes into the discord, and then tell me which word, which word takes it back into a major chord. Okay, you ready? Okay, so we'll go, um... I once was lost but now am found. Was blind but now I see. Through many dangers, toils and snares I have already come. (clears throat) Where was the major? Excuse me as I choked.

[19:30] Speaker 2: At already? At already?

[19:31] Speaker 1: It's on come.

[19:33] Speaker 2: Oh, okay.

[19:34] Speaker 1: Yeah. Um, so it, but it was, it was transitioning to... I have already. Right there. Come.

[19:45] Speaker 2: Yeah, right there.

[19:46] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[19:46] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[19:46] Speaker 1: So (laughs) my cat's right here. Hi, Wee-Woo. Hi, honey.

[19:49] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[19:49] Speaker 1: She's like, "You're singing. What's up?" So, uh, that's the best way for me to help maybe people that aren't, are not musicians or that have not had a lot of musical background to be able to hear what a chord and discord is. So discord, disease. Dis-ease, right? So if your spinal column that has your spinal cord, which they say as C-O-R-D... I pointed it out today as a C-H-O-R-D, major and minor chords. So that is when you're doing your commands, I command my spirit to balance and heal my body. And if there's something that is in discord, then you're wanting to take it back into accord.

[20:42] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[20:42] Speaker 1: Does that help?

[20:45] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[20:46] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[20:46] Speaker 2: I love it. Thank you so much for sharing all that and the singing.

[20:50] Speaker 1: You're welcome.

[20:50] Speaker 4: (laughs)

[20:50] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[20:50] Speaker 4: Yeah, sounded beautiful.

[20:51] Speaker 1: You're welcome. Yeah, you're singing-

[20:52] Speaker 2: I can't sing after that.

[20:53] Speaker 1: I, I- (laughs)

[20:53] Speaker 2: Y- you, you're just gonna sing Joe Cocker at the end of the show, how about that?

[20:58] Speaker 1: (laughs) No.

[20:58] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[20:59] Speaker 1: No. You guys are great. You guys are s- very kind. Thank you.

[21:02] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[21:02] Speaker 1: So that is since you, since you transitioned, transitioned into the music, that's kinda where I wanted to take that, but we can go back now to... Let's get back into the numbers, um, and you were talking about music as well. So, um, somebody jump in and take it away.

[21:19] Speaker 2: Well, I just wanted to point out the, like, just basically around the spinal column thing and-

[21:24] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:24] Speaker 2: ... how much... It like, th- that was never, you know, aside from like sit up straight or stand up straight, but you don't-

[21:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:29] Speaker 2: And I think I mentioned it on either the last show or the show before.

[21:32] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:33] Speaker 2: But I've had several major spinal injuries, like diving into a pool as a kid that was very shallow and hurting like, you know, lucky (laughs) luckily I'm not, uh, paralyzed, but I didn't-

[21:43] Speaker 1: Right. (laughs)

[21:43] Speaker 2: ... realize how much it affected my, my neck and then having a broken collarbone and torn sh- short, like, I don't wanna go through my list of injuries and put people on timelines with that-

[21:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. (laughs) Right.

[21:53] Speaker 2: ... sort of thing.

[21:53] Speaker 1: Right.

[21:53] Speaker 2: But I didn't know how out of alignment I was, and I didn't know... So a few years ago when I started doing yoga and now I've been doing qigong, but like getting into accord or getting my spine straight and having like unbelievable, like releases, energetic releases within it-

[22:11] Speaker 1: Right. Right.

[22:11] Speaker 2: ... and, and letting 'cause you, there's just blocked energy and unblocked energy. So you're not gonna be able to grow your light per se, uh, in my opinion to, to full per- you know, max power of the, you know, fully grow it all the way through if you don't have a straight spine because that's, you know, the, what it's letting, what's letting it all through. And I've had so many releases recently.

[22:32] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[22:32] Speaker 2: And I didn't know how out of, out of alignment my spine actually was. So just if people don't... When you, when you really start putting conscious awareness on it and your posture, how you're sitting, how you're breathing, and if you have a collapsed, uh, spine when you sit down, you can't breathe with your diaphragm into your belly which is how we're supposed to be breathing. Um, you know, we've-

[22:52] Speaker 1: Right.

[22:53] Speaker 2: Uh, I was listening to one guy and he said like, especially for men, you know, we were taught to like suck in our gut if we had a gut or whatever.

[22:58] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[22:58] Speaker 2: And he said stop doing that beca-

[22:59] Speaker 1: Women too.

[23:00] Speaker 2: Yeah. But so he said stop doing that because it's so horrible, like even the whole like having like trying to work for six-pack and, and get abs, you're always flexing your stomach and sucking it in and you're breathing just into your chest very shallowly.

[23:13] Speaker 1: Right.

[23:13] Speaker 2: And so it, it destroys your lower, lower body because you're not bre- breathing into your belly, so it's, it's messing up your pelvic floor, it's messing up your breathing pattern. So we're real- I'm really focusing on breathing into my belly but you can only do that when you're sitting straight up, like erect-

[23:30] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[23:30] Speaker 2: ... because then your belly's there but if you're in a collapsed spine, your stomach kind of squishes, so it's really hard to breathe into your belly if you're sitting with a collapsed spine. So focusing your conscious awareness on your posture, I know it seems like a little bit like, oh, school boyish or school girlish trying to sit there and, and but when you do it with conscious awareness rather than being told to do it, you're doing it because you wanna be (laughs) in, in accord or (laughs) in harmony-

[23:53] Speaker 1: Right. Right.

[23:53] Speaker 2: ... then it's a different thing. It's you're not doing it out of, "Oh, I, I'm just doing it 'cause somebody told me to sit up straight." You're doing it because it's healthy.

[24:00] Speaker 1: Yeah, that's good. (laughs) Yeah, that's really good. I know, um, there are people that... And I just want to clarify this. There are people that are born, uh, with a, let's say with a, uh-... an irregular curve in their spine, and it's not to say, we're not saying that you cannot increase your light and you cannot ascend if you have a curvature in your spine that, that you have not been able to, uh, uh, experience, uh, correction in that.

[24:30] Speaker 1: But I- I do agree, Rob, with what you're saying, is, um, I've sat at a computer for, gosh, many, many, multiple, multiple years, and so you end up with your shoulders forward and you end up-

[24:44] Speaker 2: Okay.

[24:44] Speaker 1: ... and you end up slumped over, and so the next thing you know, you're breathing in your chest because you, you are not sitting up straight with your arms, you know, with your shoulders back because-

[24:55] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[24:55] Speaker 1: ... you're positioned incorrectly at the computer, and the next thing you know, you have to deprogram that and literally retrain your body on how to stand and how to sit.

[25:03] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.

[25:04] Speaker 1: And so I totally get what you're saying.

[25:06] Speaker 2: Yeah, and it, and like we talked about last week, it's all connected, like-

[25:09] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[25:09] Speaker 2: And, and so I don't know, like, you know, whatever his name was, was it Kevin Reese? I always think Greg Reese, but-

[25:13] Speaker 1: Yes, Dr. K- Kevin Reese, yeah.

[25:15] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[25:15] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[25:15] Speaker 2: But, uh, just really amazing stuff that he was sharing because now that I'm more consciously aware of it, um-

[25:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[25:22] Speaker 2: ... you, you don't know what you don't know. You don't know that maybe your right hip's out because your spine's out. You don't know-

[25:27] Speaker 1: Right.

[25:27] Speaker 2: ... that maybe your, your left knee's out because it's your right big toe or something silly like that.

[25:31] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[25:31] Speaker 2: Like, it's-

[25:31] Speaker 1: Right.

[25:31] Speaker 2: ... everything's connected, so getting that balance back and that harmony, that poise and, and that, you know, kind of, I guess, like the symmetry i- in yourself-

[25:40] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

[25:42] Speaker 2: ... um, is, is-

[25:42] Speaker 1: I like this.

[25:43] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[25:43] Speaker 1: Yeah, go ahead.

[25:43] Speaker 2: It's be- it's been wonderful, and I'm just noticing-

[25:45] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[25:45] Speaker 2: ... like, it's almost, like brought tears to my eyes the other day 'cause I had another release in my spine and I was like, "Man, like I didn't even know that was not in alignment," like, and it's like, so I've been, like if I felt that release, it means I've, I can't remember it ever happening before, so I mean-

[25:59] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[25:59] Speaker 2: ... I, I've been out of alignment, (laughs) since I was a kid, you know?

[26:02] Speaker 1: Right, right. And that's good. I know, uh, sometimes my spinal j- my spinal movement, or sometimes I can just bend over and just relax and it'll go kuh, kuh, kuh, you know, just kind of, woo, let's get that stressed back out, let's, let's get that stretched back out. So-

[26:14] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[26:15] Speaker 1: ... yeah. Yeah, that's wonderful. Birdie, you're being quiet. You wanna sing?

[26:18] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[26:18] Speaker 1: Sing little birdie, sing.

[26:20] Speaker 2: Tweet, tweet, tweet, tweet.

[26:21] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[26:22] Speaker 4: I'm a sleepy little birdie today. Sorry for that. I just, uh, yeah. No, I'm just listening. I'm enjoying it and, um, yeah.

[26:30] Speaker 1: Yeah, all good.

[26:32] Speaker 4: That's it.

[26:32] Speaker 1: All good.

[26:33] Speaker 4: I was gonna say, I sat up straight. Like, when I was talking, Rob was talking, I'm like, okay, shoulders back-

[26:37] Speaker 1: Uh-

[26:37] Speaker 4: ... I'm listening.

[26:38] Speaker 1: Uh, uh. (laughs)

[26:38] Speaker 4: It's very, it's, it's odd. It almost, it feels uncomfortable, like until-

[26:43] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:43] Speaker 4: ... you really start doing it.

[26:45] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:45] Speaker 4: But every time I think about it, I've been practicing it for a couple weeks now. It does-

[26:50] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:50] Speaker 4: ... make a difference, like when you lay in bed-

[26:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:52] Speaker 4: ... I, you know, if you're a side sleeper-

[26:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:54] Speaker 4: ... we always, we always end up bending our knees, like instead I'm trying to sh- I've, I've been s- doing it. At first it was like two minutes and it was really uncomfortable. Then it was five, and then over a couple weeks now it's becoming more natural to just straighten the spine, like to not always have it curved. So yeah.

[27:13] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[27:13] Speaker 4: I mean...

[27:13] Speaker 1: Yeah. That's good.

[27:14] Speaker 4: ... it does make a big difference and I notice my mobility's a lot better because of it. So-

[27:19] Speaker 1: Right.

[27:19] Speaker 4: ... there's definitely a lot to it.

[27:21] Speaker 1: Right. So any other synchronicities on this article that you guys wanna touch on that you had happen? Either one of you?

[27:31] Speaker 4: Let's see.

[27:32] Speaker 2: I don't know about synchronicities, like I'm not-

[27:33] Speaker 1: Okay.

[27:34] Speaker 2: ... so big on the numbers thing, but I just really do love the fact, like it's, it's synchronistic that it, it came up at a time in my life when I was really focusing on our spine, and we don't really know-

[27:43] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[27:43] Speaker 2: ... how important that is to our health and-

[27:46] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[27:47] Speaker 2: ... and, and, and that's the thing is like, like I said, it was almost like when you have these breakthroughs or adjustments, and I always did it 'cause when I hurt my back in 2013 or whatever, it's like I, I was like, "I don't wanna be reliant on a chiropractor or doctors." I'm not a fan of them. Um-

[28:05] Speaker 1: Right.

[28:05] Speaker 2: ... you know, not to say that there aren't good ones out there, but I just always knew, it's like I'm the only person that I'm always gonna be with. Well, uh, you know, I always had this vision of living in the mountains for a few years or if I'm out at the cottage or wherever I decide to go.

[28:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:17] Speaker 2: Um, it's like, I wanna be able to take care of myself. I don't wanna need a team of like chiropractors and doctors and nutritionists and all this stuff.

[28:25] Speaker 1: Yep.

[28:25] Speaker 2: Like, it-

[28:26] Speaker 1: Same.

[28:26] Speaker 2: ... A, just costs a lot of money, and B, it's like that, I guess may- ba- maybe back then I knew, like I didn't call it spirit, but it's like I just, I said I just wanna be able to take care of myself, you know? Like, I don't want people-

[28:36] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:36] Speaker 2: ... to tell me what I need to do. I know what I need to do deep down inside.

[28:39] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[28:39] Speaker 2: And so when you get these releases and you keep doing it, it's like I just want people out there to keep going 'cause for me, it's been a 15 year journey.

[28:47] Speaker 1: That's good.

[28:47] Speaker 2: And I'm 42 today and if, if I was to tell you that I-

[28:49] Speaker 1: Today?

[28:50] Speaker 2: No, no, but like t- right now.

[28:52] Speaker 1: Okay.

[28:52] Speaker 2: Not today. No, today's not my birthday. Um-

[28:54] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[28:55] Speaker 2: ... uh, but, but like t- if you would have asked me 15 years ago or told me, you know, (laughs) traveled back in time and said, "You're gonna feel-

[29:02] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[29:02] Speaker 2: ... better at 42 than you are today," I would have like, laughed at you, but it's amazing because I didn't know I could feel this good. I didn't know what even light in my body was and I'm experiencing things that most people just probably don't even understand or like, if you went... And some of the things, it's like, I wouldn't even share that with a doctor and be like, "Yeah, I got light flashes through my body. They're..." They'd be like, "Well, we're gonna put you on a, this," you know?

[29:22] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[29:22] Speaker 1: Right, right. That's, it's true. It's true. But, you know, everybody's in their own walks, but-

[29:28] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[29:28] Speaker 1: ... but the further we get into our walks, you've been at it for 15 years, the further we get into our walks, the more that we shed things and the more that we realize, you know what?

[29:36] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[29:36] Speaker 1: I got, I got this. I got this. Yeah, and um, yeah. It's really good.

[29:43] Speaker 4: I had another synchronicity. I just, a couple of them I forgot about just until now. Thank you, Rob, for giving me the time to, uh, collect myself and think of them.

[29:51] Speaker 2: You're welcome.

[29:53] Speaker 1: (laughs) Share, share.

[29:54] Speaker 4: Yeah, I, obviously it's a lot about music, you know, the spine, the flute.

[29:59] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[29:59] Speaker 4: And, you know, a week seems like it was like a month ago. Like time, it doesn't, it, I'm losing time, which is wonderful. I've always wanted-

[30:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[30:07] Speaker 4: ... that to happen.

[30:08] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[30:08] Speaker 4: And I'm like, "What in the world day is it?" Like I, I mean, I have a job and stuff and I, I know I have to be there, but half the time I'm like, "What day is it?" Like, it's kinda fun.

[30:16] Speaker 1: Same.

[30:16] Speaker 4: I don't really...

[30:17] Speaker 1: Same.

[30:18] Speaker 4: Um, yeah. So I, I love music too. I'm, I don't, I'm not like Sunshine or anything, but, uh-

[30:25] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[30:25] Speaker 4: ... but I'll sing at the top of my lungs in my car, that's for sure.

[30:27] Speaker 1: Right.Right? (laughs)

[30:29] Speaker 4: Uh, (laughs) - But on- on the one picture, it's the one with... Well, you have the- the- it's the one with Mr. Atlas, that picture.

[30:38] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[30:39] Speaker 4: So, um, a friend had sent over a new ba- like, a band that I hadn't listened to before.

[30:47] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[30:47] Speaker 4: Actually, I- I ended up having one song on my playlist, I just didn't know it was them. Um, and it was called... The band's called The Score.

[30:55] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[30:55] Speaker 4: And I had mentioned last week that a similar picture's on Van Halen's... One of their albums. I think it's-

[31:02] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:02] Speaker 4: ... the 5150, their album. Well, the... Yeah. So it was, like, this picture, and then the band that he sent me had a similar picture, the same thing. So that was another three.

[31:14] Speaker 1: Cool.

[31:14] Speaker 4: And then randomly, uh, on my playlist, I just hit a mix and-

[31:18] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:19] Speaker 4: ... a- the je- a Jethro Tull flute solo-

[31:22] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[31:22] Speaker 4: ... song came on. The whole thing-

[31:24] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[31:24] Speaker 4: ... was, like, flute. It was like, "Okay. All right." So I- I love music and you get a lot of-

[31:30] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[31:30] Speaker 4: ... messages. I get a lot of messages when songs come on.

[31:33] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[31:33] Speaker 4: And if you really listen, it's- it's wow.

[31:37] Speaker 1: Yeah, agreed. Totally agree. Yeah. Yep. That's it.

[31:43] Speaker 4: (laughs)

[31:44] Speaker 1: Yeah. I- I agree. I, um... There was one day at work, it was this last week, one day at work last week, that I am not kidding you, every song that came on, I was like, it was a different artist, but a... but the same spirit in each artist, in- in each different artist. You guys all know what I'm trying to say. And so I was like, "I hear you. (scoffs) I- I hear you in that one, too. I hear you." And- and just the me-... And it just made me giggle and smile all day, because it was like almost all... It was definitely all morning and some into the afternoon, it was just one after the other. And it was so funny because it was everything from, you know, um, John Denver to Queen. It was just this wild mix of songs that was just playing, and I was... it was like, "I hear you. I- I hear you." You know?

[32:43] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[32:43] Speaker 1: So it was a lot of fun. It was cool.

[32:44] Speaker 2: That's awesome.

[32:45] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[32:47] Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah. It's cool when you get those kind of messages and you know that they're directed at you. Like, I- I mean, that song-

[32:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[32:54] Speaker 4: ... wasn't on my playlist, but it came on because I have other Jethro Tull songs, but I was like, "I never h- heard that one before," and it was a full flute solo.

[33:03] Speaker 1: Beautiful.

[33:03] Speaker 4: Well, they have a lot of flute in their music too-

[33:05] Speaker 1: Right. Right.

[33:05] Speaker 4: ... which is maybe why it kept coming on. But yeah, I mean, it- it's... You hear these things and you make... you get these messages. It's awesome.

[33:13] Speaker 1: It's really good.

[33:13] Speaker 4: And you know they're for you, so as long as you're paying attention, they're there.

[33:17] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. There's a, there's a command I do. I command my spirit to, uh, give me the capacity to interpret what my heart is saying and- and feeling and- and knowing. I've taken the word feeling out, but saying and knowing. And, um, sometimes- sometimes I believe that I hear through music, through lyrics, through even just people that say things, um, as I'm interacting with them, I will hear what- what is needing to be communicated to me through that. So I- I totally understand what you're saying.

[33:56] Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a big-

[33:57] Speaker 1: Yeah. I love-

[33:57] Speaker 2: ... one for me, too, like synchronicities with music and-

[34:00] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[34:00] Speaker 2: ... and stuff. It just happens all the time.

[34:04] Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay, guys.

[34:06] Speaker 2: And that's the thing, is y- you have to ask your spirit. Say, "Spirit, can you..." And don't look for the signs, but know when they show up. Like the other day, I was walking, uh, to the mall and... to get some stuff.

[34:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[34:17] Speaker 2: Sorry, I'm choking on cinnamon. (laughs)

[34:19] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[34:19] Speaker 2: I always-

[34:20] Speaker 1: Cinnamon tea. (laughs)

[34:21] Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm ch-... No, I grind- I grind my own and stuff, and so some- some of the chunks are quite big.

[34:26] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[34:26] Speaker 2: But anyway, um, I hope I don't pass... (laughs) I'm gonna be fine.

[34:31] Speaker 1: You'll be fine.

[34:31] Speaker 2: I- I-

[34:31] Speaker 4: (laughs)

[34:31] Speaker 2: ... self-heimlich here. Um-

[34:33] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[34:33] Speaker 2: ... but I- I was... I- I had-

[34:35] Speaker 4: (coughs) Sorry.

[34:35] Speaker 2: ... my glasses off, because I take my glasses off when I walk. I just like to have the natural sunlight and whatever come in my eyes.

[34:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[34:41] Speaker 2: And I just don't wanna be wearing my glasses all the time. So, you know, I- I can't see that far. Like (laughs) I can, but... and I'm not that bad. But I just ask my spirit to speak to me in ways that I understand and, like-

[34:51] Speaker 1: Yes.

[34:51] Speaker 2: ... "Spirit, what do I have to work on today?"

[34:53] Speaker 1: Hmm, good.

[34:53] Speaker 2: And so I was walk-

[34:54] Speaker 4: Yeah.

[34:54] Speaker 2: And I was walking, and so as I'm walking by, uh, I notice there's a van to my left and there's some writing on the side. And I was like, "Oh, I- I... That's gotta be it. I know who it is." And then I put my glasses on, and on the side of the van is... It's called Finesse Plumbing, I think it was. And I was like, "Well, so I'm working on finesse." So I... You know, I got home and I was, like, looking up all the different definitions of finesse. And, uh, like obviously it's y- you know, you can finesse something and- and, uh, you know, like just kind of articulate, you know, gentle s- swift movement or whatever.

[35:24] Speaker 1: Right.

[35:24] Speaker 2: But also another- another interesting word was, it's a stratagem in which one appears to decline an advantage. So it's, like, also, like, a- a move in cards. (laughs) You know, so I love-

[35:37] Speaker 1: Wow.

[35:37] Speaker 2: ... I love learning all the different, like, meanings behind things-

[35:39] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.

[35:39] Speaker 2: ... because it's like, well, you kind of apply different ways to how we interpret things is- is of- uh, is often very... Like, our perception or perspective on things can be different, right? And I think-

[35:49] Speaker 1: Right.

[35:49] Speaker 2: ... it really depends on our level of consciousness too, right?

[35:52] Speaker 1: Right, right. Right. It's really good.

[35:54] Speaker 2: And we can interpret signs negatively or positively, and that's why, you know, I- I... Like, The Way of Mastery, that book, it talks about... I guess, I... And I always agree with it, that when we're in perfect synchronicity, everything's synchronicity, so you won't need signs, you're just in the flow. So to me, synchronicities pop up either as a reminder, or when I feel off, then it'll get me back on track 'cause truly, like, a truly, uh, enlightened mind, um, doesn't look for signs, right? Because it's everything is... When you're there, you're just in it all the time, so you don't need the signs 'cause you're just always in that remembrance and that peace energy being like, "Oh yeah, I'm creating this," right?

[36:31] Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.

[36:31] Speaker 2: Or- or, you know, "I'm existing it and co-creating it."

[36:35] Speaker 1: Yeah, that's really good. I really wish that post, uh, that we... that was on forthepeople.space was back up. I'm, I'm just believing in, I'm not believing-

[36:45] Speaker 2: Genesis is back up.

[36:46] Speaker 1: Did it, did it just, did it just come back up?

[36:47] Speaker 2: Shh. I had it on auto-refresh just in case. (laughs)

[36:52] Speaker 1: Nice. Okay.

[36:54] Speaker 2: There was another one too, though, I think.

[36:56] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah there was. But Genesis, uh, I thought was really good because it talked about Phil Collins, um, and In The Air Tonight. And those lyrics are so powerful. You know, "I can feel it coming in the air tonight," you know, "Oh, Lord. I've been waiting for this moment all my life. Can you feel it coming in the air tonight?" And, and, uh, I know I've talked to Birdie, Rob you and I haven't talked recently, um, but I can sense that change. I can sense it, I can feel it, and when Genesis was posted, I was like, "Bwahaha." It was g- it was ins- it was really good. Forthepeople.space/genesis. And then it says, uh, "Well if you told me you were drowning, I would not lend a hand. I've seen your face before, my friend, but I don't know if you know who I am." I'm like, "Oh my gosh, this thing is just..." The lyrics are incredible on this song, and um, yeah. Yeah, Genesis was amazing. What, uh, well how did it speak to... How did it speak to either one of you?

[38:02] Speaker 2: Well, I think, uh, now this reminds me of the synchronicity because I didn't remember it until I came up.

[38:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[38:07] Speaker 2: Until it came back up.

[38:09] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[38:09] Speaker 2: But, this is, this is like, for people that are like, "Oh, yeah synchronicity," it, it's so true because if you're just paying attention and really-

[38:16] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[38:16] Speaker 2: It, it, and it might not come to you right away. So, the other day, um, like two or three times this week, uh, I was walking on my daily walks. One day I saw, uh, a sign and it just said, "Fire route," and I was like, "Oh, fire route, you know, like okay fire route."

[38:30] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[38:30] Speaker 2: "Not a big deal, it's just a sign." And then randomly the n- another day I saw it and I was like, "Why do I keep on, like, looking at these signs at that specific time?"

[38:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[38:38] Speaker 2: Then I saw another, uh, license plate the next day, um, that was F-Y-R-d- space D-R.

[38:46] Speaker 1: Fire. (laughs)

[38:47] Speaker 2: So it's fire doctor.

[38:48] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[38:48] Speaker 2: And I was like, "So, he's a firefighter or something."

[38:50] Speaker 1: Right.

[38:51] Speaker 2: But, I was like, "Well, what, what is the, like what's with all this fire this week?" And then when this post came up, it was talking about the fire of Aries.

[38:58] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[38:58] Speaker 2: Activating the fires of Aries, and I was like, "Whoa, that's... just brought it full circle." That's like, you know-

[39:02] Speaker 1: Right.

[39:03] Speaker 2: Yeah, so that's like...

[39:04] Speaker 1: That is so good.

[39:05] Speaker 2: To me, yeah. It's like, but if you're not paying attention, you don't, you don't pick up on that stuff, right?

[39:10] Speaker 1: Mm-mm. Right. Right. Birdie.

[39:14] Speaker 4: That picture of the phoenix, I'm painting that. That is so cool. The one with the fairy part?

[39:20] Speaker 1: Isn't that amazing? Yeah.

[39:22] Speaker 4: Um...

[39:23] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[39:23] Speaker 4: I did something similar to that. These colors are a little different, but I'm doing this picture 'cause it was, it was the coolest one on the post as far as I'm concerned.

[39:32] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[39:32] Speaker 2: And you know what's cool? Is that's the name of my book, uh, Phoenix Rising, is... because I, I remember I told you-

[39:38] Speaker 1: Right. Hmm.

[39:38] Speaker 2: ... I wrote a book about getting jumped in... I don't know if I said it... Was it on this show? I can't remember.

[39:42] Speaker 1: Yep. Yep, it was on this one.

[39:43] Speaker 2: I think, yeah. Okay.

[39:44] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[39:45] Speaker 2: Um, and, and uh, but that's the name of it. The guy, the gentleman who was like... that I had the experience with, his name is Phoenix.

[39:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[39:52] Speaker 2: (laughs) And I called it Phoenix Rising, and actually it's funny because we, we went back to the condo at the time, when I was younger my parents had a condo in Toronto, and it was w- they, they had the... up on the top penthouse. So I was like Phoenix Rising going up the elevator, I was like, "This is hilarious." I'm like...

[40:06] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[40:06] Speaker 2: You can't, you can't, you can't write this shit.

[40:08] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[40:09] Speaker 2: Like... (laughs)

[40:10] Speaker 1: Right?

[40:10] Speaker 2: Truth is stranger than fiction, you know? So the book's called Phoenix Rising.

[40:14] Speaker 1: That's really good.

[40:15] Speaker 4: Oh my God, that used to be my password on my computer, was Phoenix Rising.

[40:22] Speaker 2: "Used to be," she said everybody, so.

[40:23] Speaker 1: Yeah. "Used to be."

[40:24] Speaker 4: (laughs)

[40:25] Speaker 1: No, no hacking allowed. No hacking allowed.

[40:27] Speaker 4: Okay. Oh, you can have it. Take it.

[40:29] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[40:30] Speaker 4: (laughs) Have at it. Good luck.

[40:33] Speaker 1: That's funny. I like, um, this post, um, just going for, yeah, some of the art in this post is amazing, but just the content is deep and there was a post that somebody sent me that's more on the truther side that was from, uh, SGN on, you know, QNews Patriot.

[40:57] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[40:58] Speaker 1: And, uh, and it literally... This... Genesis was gone, it, it was gone, and literally it was basically breaking this down on everything. No, it was from somebody else, I can't remember who it was from. Anyway, it was from, uh, another person, let me put it that way. But they were basically talking about, uh, this same subject matter, and then at the very end of this post, in quotes, "I've been waiting for this moment all my life." End quote. And, uh, yeah. We have. We really have.

[41:36] Speaker 2: It's all coming together.

[41:37] Speaker 4: Yeah, if you don't get the chills listening to that song, I don't know what will.

[41:40] Speaker 1: Whew!

[41:40] Speaker 4: (laughs)

[41:40] Speaker 1: Right? Right? It's, uh... Yeah, you're right. Both of you guys are right. 2026 is the beginning of spirit becoming more empowered than old structures, naughty networks and industrialization lacking integrity. The spirit of humanity is rising above programming to realize who they really are and how to apply their innate potential. Those engaged with their own inner light will thrive like never before, and those in their head and old systems, remaining subservient to outside authority that override personal power/spirit, may have difficulty as old systems shatter and fall before their eyes.

[42:19] Speaker 1: I've said on this show many, many, many times that our purpose is to plant ourselves, hold light, and then to help others, uh, because I do believe that there will be fracturing, and that's one of the reasons that I believe that, you know, we are to have our, you know, our projects to be able to help people. And, uh, I'm gonna say this as well, I do believe that, um, as we've talked about before with Dolores Cannon, about talking about the timeline split, um, I do, I do sense that. I do sense that happening.

[42:56] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[42:56] Speaker 1: And this, this is kind of describing that without getting into a lot of detail.

[43:01] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[43:01] Speaker 1: Anybody have any thoughts on that?

[43:05] Speaker 2: W- like, on the, on what you just said or on the article?

[43:08] Speaker 1: Either.

[43:09] Speaker 2: Well, what I like, another part that I really liked that was like (laughs) for me it's like, you know, I just needed to hear it, was, um, when it, it, it was talking s- midway through the article or whatever-

[43:20] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[43:20] Speaker 2: ... about Uranus, but it talked about-

[43:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[43:22] Speaker 2: ... this is your chance to end a seven-year theme of disruption to material-

[43:25] Speaker 1: Yes.

[43:25] Speaker 2: ... financial, and bodily security-

[43:27] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[43:27] Speaker 2: ... as Uranus is removed from influencing our "material world," in quotes, in Taurus, to supporting, uh, yeah, to supporting and benefiting communication and higher technology in Gemini. And like, the past seven years have been re- like, horrible for me (laughs) .

[43:43] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[43:43] Speaker 2: Like they've been the best and worst, but they've not been nice at all. Like they, like, my old like, uh, but it's been beautiful 'cause it's like, you know, kinda I guess butterfly stage for me because-

[43:52] Speaker 1: Right.

[43:53] Speaker 2: ... I'm whittling away all this stuff, but like, man, like for your entire life, like literally starting in 2019 that was when, well it was 2018 when I severed off my thumb and then-

[44:01] Speaker 1: Right.

[44:01] Speaker 2: ... you know, my step-dad passed away in 2019 and like I, I moved three times because of c- like just every, pretty much everything in my life was just getting chucked away, just like-

[44:10] Speaker 1: Right.

[44:11] Speaker 2: ... everything, you know.

[44:11] Speaker 1: Right.

[44:11] Speaker 2: Then COVID, then girlfriend, then moving again, and then family, and then, and it's like okay, and then projects that I'm working on not f- not, not, not panning out and it's like oh my god, like I'm, I was like... And, and I felt like I was going crazy and then but now it's like okay, well there's other influences that we don't really understand I think, you know, especially in this time-based reality. So that was, for me it was like, (exhales) so you mean I'm not going crazy, like there's something else here.

[44:36] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[44:36] Speaker 2: Like something's happening, you know?

[44:38] Speaker 1: Yes, I agree. You know, Uranus in Taurus stimulates every aspect of self and society that wants to break free from fear, lack, harm, and patterns of enslavement, is what it says.

[44:49] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[44:50] Speaker 1: Man, Asha, you knocked this one out of the park. Um, you always do! (laughs) Um, this is your chance to end a seven-year theme of disruption to material, financial, and bodily security as Uranus is removed from influencing our material world in Taurus to supporting and benefiting communication and higher technology in Gemini. That's just... There's so much in this article, guys, and we just do not have the time to break it down today, but Birdie, what are you feeling? What you got? Anything on this? Anything else b- other than you're gonna paint that bea- (laughs) that beautiful phoenix?

[45:28] Speaker 4: Uh, yeah, can't wait. That's gonna get painted soon.

[45:31] Speaker 1: Yeah, right?

[45:32] Speaker 4: Um, no this article I read it a couple times because there's so m- I mean it's almost gonna take three or, or more-

[45:38] Speaker 1: Yep.

[45:38] Speaker 4: ... because there's so much in it that it's like break it down. It, it's a lot. But there is a feeling out there, of course.

[45:46] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[45:47] Speaker 4: Like-

[45:47] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[45:47] Speaker 4: ... you know even my mom who she called me and said, "You know, I really feel like something's going on." Like there-

[45:53] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[45:54] Speaker 4: ... you see there people are feeling these things.

[45:56] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[45:56] Speaker 4: And I'm like yeah there, there, there is something going on (laughs) that's for sure.

[46:00] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:00] Speaker 4: But it, there's, there's definitely, there's a lot of, uh, there's a lot of information, but when you read it, it does, it's just, it makes sense and it's, yeah, okay. We get that. And like just like you started the show with plant kindness and gather love. I mean that's-

[46:15] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:16] Speaker 4: ... what we're here for.

[46:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:17] Speaker 4: Because there's gonna be some people who, um, are really gonna need beings of light to help them-

[46:24] Speaker 1: Right.

[46:24] Speaker 4: ... to deal with some of this stuff because we've been dealing with this for years.

[46:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:29] Speaker 4: And, you know, at first it, it could. Like you know that whole pulling the tablecloth off?

[46:34] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:34] Speaker 4: Th- that, that could really harm a lot of people because it, it, they don't want to know. I didn't want to know at some point. It's like how I, you know, you turn, turn the other ch- oh no, I don't... You know, you know but you don't really want to know kind of thing.

[46:47] Speaker 1: Right. Right.

[46:47] Speaker 4: And so, it, it's, it's a brave thing for each of us to, to acknowledge these things and still walk in the light.

[46:56] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:56] Speaker 4: And, and just wa- lead from the heart. Always lead from the heart.

[47:00] Speaker 1: Always. I think that's a really good, that's a really good point. I know that sometimes for its, for those of us that, um, have to kind of work in and out of the matrix, you know, we go in and out of it, in and out of it, um, it's, it's, it's a little bit of a challenge to, um, shine your light, keep your light, plant your light, and then, um, people are drawn to you but when they're drawn to you they also want to, uh, uh, I don't wanna use the word dump, they also want to share all of the details of their life and their challenges with you. And I've had to a couple of times say, "I am a super sensitive person.

[47:54] Speaker 1: I want to hear about what's happening but please do not give me the details." You know, your, your-

[48:01] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[48:01] Speaker 1: ... sister's cat got hit by a car. That's enough. That's enough.

[48:05] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[48:06] Speaker 1: I don't need to hear any more than that. I don't need to hear the drama that ensued. S- because I'll take that with me for a month if I'm not care... And it get- it makes me work, and I wanna work on me, I don't wanna work on undoing some programming that I have to redo, you know?

[48:21] Speaker 2: Yeah. It, it's tough like, and I agree because, and you don't realize it until-

[48:26] Speaker 1: Mm-mm.

[48:26] Speaker 2: ... you know like I'm just coming through, you know, finding Ron's stuff and like only a few years ago, I think in 2022, and, and I know, knew a lot of stuff but like I didn't realize how much... And it was funny because I was last night before bed, whatever, I had this like-... pillow that you put between your knees, 'cause I love sleeping-

[48:43] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[48:44] Speaker 2: ... with this pillow between my knees.

[48:45] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[48:45] Speaker 2: But it's not, it's not n- natural material. It's, like, whatever, like, polyester or what e- I don't know what it's made of-

[48:50] Speaker 1: Right.

[48:51] Speaker 2: ... but it's clearly not cotton or, or wool, right?

[48:53] Speaker 1: Right.

[48:53] Speaker 2: But it's crazy because it's so... Like, I grab it, every time I touch it, I can see sparks, like lightning bolts come out of my fingers, you know?

[49:01] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[49:01] Speaker 2: And it's like, we have s- we have this... And I, so I was thinking about that last night, about seeing that, about, like, well, the energetic cords we don't see, how e- everything is energy, so we don't see... Like, I, I used to be that same person, and that's why I think I got so far down the, the rat hole was because I, I, I, you know, I really was always there, tried to be there for my friends. It was like, "Oh, you know, somebody's going through something.

[49:20] Speaker 2: I'm, you know, going out for a night with the boys, going out drinking." And I thought that was, like, you don't realize that you're taking on other people's stuff, that you don't-

[49:27] Speaker 1: Right.

[49:28] Speaker 2: ... you don't realize that everything from your ancestry is hidden in your DNA, and you don't realize that you're taking on entities. You don't real... Like, we're so set up to fail here, it's bananas. Like shit's so sideways.

[49:38] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[49:38] Speaker 2: But if you, if you don't know all that stuff-

[49:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[49:41] Speaker 2: ... it, it drives you crazy because you think there's something wrong with you.

[49:44] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[49:44] Speaker 2: And there's not.

[49:45] Speaker 1: There's not.

[49:45] Speaker 2: There's something wrong with your past 'cause you keep remembering it. (laughs) Or, or think, or you don't have enough spirit th- and, and you keep taking things on. But I, I had that same thing this week where a friend was, you know, talking to me about stuff and it's like, "Okay, y- you could tell, like, I, I understand you're going through a lot, and if you just, like, wanna reach out, um, you know, whatever it is, but y- I don't need to know the whole thing like you s- told me before." And it's like, I d- and I, I feel guilty 'cause it's like people think that, like, oh, they need someone to talk to, but they don't understand.

[50:12] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[50:12] Speaker 2: So I think that's the tough part is that, to let people know that...

[50:16] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[50:16] Speaker 2: Yeah, 'cause I take stuff on and it's like, "Oh man, this person told me this thing," and it's like, then I'm feeling off for a day, you know?

[50:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[50:21] Speaker 2: And it's like, it's not even my stuff to deal with.

[50:23] Speaker 1: Not your stuff to deal with. Don't carry the load. Yeah.

[50:26] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[50:26] Speaker 1: And I've, and I've, I've empowered myself to be able to, like, go, "Okay. S- s- s- s- s- stop. Stop."

[50:31] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[50:31] Speaker 1: "I am uber sensitive to things like this, and I care about you, and I want to know what's going on in your life, but I cannot, I cannot carry the details. I can't handle them because it'll, it'll knock me down for, for a long time."

[50:46] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[50:46] Speaker 1: And, and they're like, "Oh, okay, okay, okay." You know, that kind of thing. So, um, yeah, and you do kind of feel weird, but I tell you what, I felt a lot better afterwards instead of carrying that burden for a month.

[50:56] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[50:57] Speaker 1: So, you know, yeah. Interesting.

[51:00] Speaker 2: Yeah, and it takes, it takes learning and practice and like-

[51:03] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:03] Speaker 2: And that's why anybody out there listening, like, that's why I'm doing my show. It's not, like, I don't wanna be... Like, trust me, it's every time I go to do it-

[51:11] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:11] Speaker 2: ... it's like, ugh. Like, I know I'm putting people on timelines. I have to go back and revisit these timelines again, but it's really for other people to know because I've never even... Like, through, through all the stuff I've watched, you hear people tell s- stories of things they've overcome.

[51:25] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:25] Speaker 2: Yeah, but... And then they teach you, you go to, like, something else where it's like, you know, everybody teaches you the, the law of attraction. That's all m- matrix stuff. It's not, it's like the opposite of living from your heart.

[51:36] Speaker 1: Right.

[51:36] Speaker 2: And so, all these people teaching stuff, they're not teaching you how to live from your heart. They're teaching you how to survive in the matrix.

[51:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[51:41] Speaker 2: They're teaching you how to use force of will and manipulate other people, how to win friends and influence people, how to manipulate people through power of mind-

[51:48] Speaker 1: Right. Right.

[51:48] Speaker 2: ... the battle of wills.

[51:49] Speaker 1: Right.

[51:49] Speaker 2: So, there's, there's no heart in that.

[51:51] Speaker 1: Right.

[51:51] Speaker 2: And so, it's like even though I'm doing that and going down those timelines, it's like I'm clearing them, but I'm allowing other people to s- to go and say, "Okay. Well, I've been through all that." And it's like-

[52:02] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[52:02] Speaker 2: ... "I'm okay. I'm not crazy." Like, this-

[52:03] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[52:03] Speaker 2: ... this, this guy went through it too and he's, he's making it through. And it's a long process. It's a long, long process.

[52:09] Speaker 1: Yes.

[52:09] Speaker 2: It's no... There's no magic pill. There's no snapping your fingers.

[52:12] Speaker 1: No.

[52:12] Speaker 2: Especially for people who dealt with, uh, traumas and dramas, uh-

[52:15] Speaker 1: Right.

[52:16] Speaker 2: ... drug abuse, alcohol abuse, fo- like, it, a lot of us, you know, everybody's got a-

[52:20] Speaker 1: Loss.

[52:20] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:20] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[52:21] Speaker 2: A- anything.

[52:22] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[52:22] Speaker 2: Like, there's so much stuff that can, you know, cause us to, to, uh, to take stuff on that we don't even know we're dealing with, stuff from the past. Like I said before, DNA, like, we just... Like, nobody's ever taught us that. Nobody's ever taught us that every-

[52:34] Speaker 1: No.

[52:35] Speaker 2: ... experience of our ancestors, every thought, belief, trauma, trauma is encoded in our DNA.

[52:39] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[52:39] Speaker 2: Well, that's why every voice you hear in your head is all the generations of your previous ancestors for God knows how long that your incarnations have been here, your, your lineage, you know, from 30 to 100,000 years. You could have an insane amount of accumulated DNA. And if, if you don't even understand that, you, you're, you d- you have no chance. And that's why-

[52:59] Speaker 1: Right.

[52:59] Speaker 2: ... teaching that stuff is the most important thing that we can do.

[53:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[53:03] Speaker 2: It does not... To me, there's nothing more important than that.

[53:04] Speaker 1: No.

[53:04] Speaker 2: Because that's what's gonna save people. I worked with people, uh, in social services, people going through, uh, addictions counseling.

[53:12] Speaker 1: Two minutes.

[53:12] Speaker 2: And it's just, it... You're fighting an uphill battle because you're not getting to the root cause of it all.

[53:16] Speaker 1: Right. And that is, um, I wanna get a tagline in for your show real quick, but that is how, as you both know, Whiplash Talk was birthed-

[53:24] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[53:24] Speaker 1: ... because of the trauma and drama that I ensued, kind of a back to back, one-two punch. And I was looking for something, someone that was in the trenches and there was no one. They were all clean and, you know, didn't smell all fishy and stinky. And so, I jumped in the mud and said, "This is where I'm at, and I'm a mess, and here we go." So, what, how do they find you on YouTube quick? We're about down to one minute.

[53:45] Speaker 2: Uh, it's just, uh, Rawbanderson. So R-A-W-B-A-N-D-E-R-S-O-N.

[53:54] Speaker 1: On YouTube?

[53:55] Speaker 2: Yeah, on YouTube.

[53:57] Speaker 1: Go there, guys. There's a lot of help that he's putting out. Birdie, I love you.

[54:01] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[54:02] Speaker 1: Yay. Yay. Thanks for having me. Thank you for having me. Thanks for being here. Raw, thank you for being here.

[54:08] Speaker 2: Thank you so much. Uh, yeah.

[54:09] Speaker 1: You're welcome.

[54:10] Speaker 2: And, and, uh, so one last thing, I, I, I was... You wanted to say thoughts for it. And based on what we were saying is each boundary you set teaches your body "your truth matters and I'm listening," so your body's always recording and always listening, so set those boundaries 'cause they're important.

[54:25] Speaker 1: Absolutely. Absolutely. Plant kindness and gather love, everyone. Much love. Bye.

[54:31] Speaker 2: Love you guys. Take care.

[54:33] Speaker 1: Bye.

[54:33] Speaker 2: Bye. (instrumental music)
