Higher energy doesnt say anything about being good or bad. Higher energy mainly means that it enlarges the things within. If you are in conflict you might experience even more conflict. When you open up for healing however, the healing can be enormous.
You can make use of these places quite easily. Find a power spot near where you live and visit it regularly. Just sit there and let go of your inner turmoil and the energy helps you to loosen up and get healed.
The second part of the show is a shamanic meditation ritual with a healing energy to it. As with the power spots, it is recommended to regularly just listen to it. Try to leave alone your thoughts and emotions and youll feel much more at peace at the end.
