Sheila interviews John Morton the author of "You Are the Blessings" - Meditations and Reflections on Life, God and Us. John says a prayer to uplift us during these difficult times of fear and upheaval. He shares about Soul Transcedence, the Traveler Consciousness, The Christ, the difference between prayer, contemplation, meditation and spiritual exercises, relationships and how to find the blessings in everything no matter how challenging. John's life is dedicated to peace and to assisting people in discovering the Divinity within themselves. He is the Spiritual Director of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness MSIA), an ecumenical church that teaches practical spirituality and Soul Transcendence. His devotion to this work of the Spirit is an inspiration to those touched by his example.
