Navigating the New Earth: Energy Shifts, Simulation Theory, and the Power of Presence

This episode of The Metaphysical Hour explores the current energetic shifts affecting global consciousness, offering practical advice on healing, the nature of our simulated reality, and professional guidance for QHHT practitioners. Hosts Julia Cannon and Tracey Mahan discuss the importance of "lighting up the grid" and staying present amidst the chaos of a changing world.

The Global Light Grid and Energy Forecast
The hosts emphasize the role of individuals as "beacons of light" or "acupuncture needles" for the Earth, encouraging listeners to represent their locations and contribute to a global energetic grid. This collective visualization is intended to strengthen the planet's frequency as participants "light up" their specific coordinates. Regarding the current energetic climate, a new moon occurring around May 16th is expected to bring issues of security, finances, and relationships to the surface. This period invites individuals to simplify their lives and identify where they require more nourishment and stability.

The Nature of Reality and Disclosure
The conversation shifts to the recent release of UFO files and the concept of "disclosure," which officially began on the day of the broadcast. This leads to a deeper exploration of time travel theories and the possibility that ancient civilizations like Atlantis or Lemuria were actually "future" humans traveling to the past to start anew. The hosts also address the "Simulation Theory," noting that even if reality is a simulation or an illusion, the experiences remain real and valuable for soul evolution. They suggest that viewing life as a "game" or a "movie" can actually take the power away from fear and make the physical world more malleable.

Healing, Presence, and QHHT Practice
To combat feelings of depression and lack of motivation, the hosts recommend radical presence—focusing entirely on the "now" rather than dwelling on the past or fearing the future. Practical healing steps include "earthing" (walking barefoot on the ground), spending time in nature, and asking for the removal of collective energies that do not belong to the individual. For practitioners of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), the primary advice is to act as a "filter, not a sponge." By letting go of attachment to a client's specific outcome and trusting the process, practitioners can facilitate deeper healing without absorbing the client's energetic weight.

Channeling and Lucid Dreaming
The hosts demystify channeling, explaining that most people are already doing it unconsciously. They suggest moving from the "critical mind" to the "creative mind" by writing down answers to questions as if they were already known. Similarly, lucid dreaming is presented as a way to visit other dimensions or timelines. Training the brain to remember dreams through journaling is the first step toward becoming conscious within the dream state.

The core message of this session is one of trust and allowance. Whether dealing with personal depression, professional practitioner doubts, or global chaos, the solution lies in staying present and trusting that "everything is always okay." By letting go of rigid constructs and embracing our role as energetic creators, we can navigate the shift into a 5D consciousness with greater ease.

[00:04] Speaker 1: Good evening, everyone, and welcome to The Metaphysical Hour. I'm Julia Cannon, and this is my co-host, Tracey Mahan.

[00:10] Speaker 2: Hello.

[00:11] Speaker 1: Look at, there we go, woo. Like a showgirl.

[00:13] Speaker 2: I tried to bring something new in.

[00:15] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[00:17] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[00:17] Speaker 1: And we have our question master, Tiffany.

[00:21] Speaker 3: Hello.

[00:24] Speaker 1: Hello.

[00:24] Speaker 3: Hello.

[00:24] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[00:24] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[00:24] Speaker 1: Yay. (laughs) So, pleash... bleah... blubba-gub. I was gonna do please and bleah.

[00:30] Speaker 2: And we have, we have our language master, Julia Cannon.

[00:34] Speaker 1: Blee, blee, blee, blee, blee, blee. (laughs)

[00:37] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[00:37] Speaker 1: That's what happens when you try to say please and bee at the same time.

[00:41] Speaker 2: Oh.

[00:42] Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, say be sure and please. And it came out blee.

[00:47] Speaker 2: But what comes, what comes after that?

[00:51] Speaker 1: Tell us where you're from. (laughs)

[00:53] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[00:54] Speaker 1: Light up your part of the grid.

[00:56] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[00:57] Speaker 1: Super cool, super important. Represent yourself. Be proud of who you are and where you're from.

[01:04] Speaker 2: Okay.

[01:04] Speaker 1: You are the beacon of light in that area.

[01:08] Speaker 2: Yes. You are the magic glow.

[01:12] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:13] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[01:14] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[01:15] Speaker 2: Th- uh, you are the n- you are the acupuncture needle to-

[01:19] Speaker 1: Oh, wow.

[01:19] Speaker 2: ... the pressure point of Earth in that location. You are... No, I'm just kidding. (laughs) I'll stop there.

[01:25] Speaker 1: I mean, actually, that wasn't bad. (laughs)

[01:28] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[01:28] Speaker 1: That was pretty cool. Ha. It was getting over there, but... (laughs)

[01:32] Speaker 2: Yeah, all of that.

[01:34] Speaker 1: But it made sense. It made sense.

[01:35] Speaker 2: Yeah, it does.

[01:36] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:36] Speaker 2: Hey, you guys. Do you have questions for us? I sure hope so.

[01:40] Speaker 1: What's come up?

[01:41] Speaker 2: Come on in. Come here, I'm gonna tell you what to do. (laughs)

[01:44] Speaker 1: Come a little closer. (laughs)

[01:47] Speaker 2: I want you to write TIFFANY in capital letters, and I want you to put that in whatever... wh- h- wherever you're watching this from. Now, I do have to say, if you're... if it is being broadcast on my Facebook page, that, for some reason, we don't get those questions. So, go to YouTube, or Julia's page, or Dolores Cannon page, or Soul Speak page.

[02:09] Speaker 1: Or my page, or Soul Speak, yeah, any of the other pages.

[02:12] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[02:12] Speaker 1: Any other place with Tracey.

[02:13] Speaker 2: You mainly go to my YouTube page. (laughs)

[02:16] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[02:17] Speaker 2: My YouTube, go to that. And, and put your questions there, and then they'll get fed through and Tiffany will find them. But only if you put Goddess Tiffany of the Sky, Question Master Tiffany, Tiffany with Butterfly Wings. You know, get creative with it, but Tiffany is capital. That way she knows it's a question and not just a response or a chat. And then ask us your deepest, darkest questions, and then Julia and I will think about it and give you whatever comes in for an answer for that.

[02:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[02:49] Speaker 2: We're good at that.

[02:51] Speaker 1: We'll scan. We will scan the energies.

[02:53] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[02:53] Speaker 1: Scan the Earth. Scan the... uh, it's funny. It's fun, actually, internally, to see what's go- what's happening. I mean...

[03:03] Speaker 2: I think so. I think, and it's a question-

[03:05] Speaker 1: I mean, when I'm aware of it. Us- I mean, it's like, it just, it's aware of a scanning going on. It's like, scanning, scanning, scanning. (laughs)

[03:12] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[03:12] Speaker 1: And w- and looking for the answers. It's really cool.

[03:15] Speaker 2: Julia's like the old-fashioned typewriters. T-t-t-t-t-t.

[03:18] Speaker 1: Yep, yeah. (laughs)

[03:19] Speaker 2: T-t-t-t-t-t. (laughs)

[03:21] Speaker 1: So, how do you do it, Tracey?

[03:23] Speaker 2: Pretty similar.

[03:24] Speaker 1: Oh, okay. (laughs)

[03:26] Speaker 2: Yeah. It does, it feels like you're scanning and looking.

[03:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[03:29] Speaker 2: Y- I get what you're saying, completely.

[03:31] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[03:32] Speaker 2: Yeah. So.

[03:32] Speaker 1: Yeah, it, it's, it's really interesting. Yeah, you just... it's like scanning the universe. You're scanning... and, and to even go, it's not like you're going blip, blip, blip, blip. It's just like a real f- it's just scanning.

[03:45] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[03:45] Speaker 1: And it finds the answer. (laughs) It just...

[03:49] Speaker 2: It does.

[03:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[03:51] Speaker 2: So, did Tiffany get us our energy updates? I don't know if we officially assigned her that, but I've been spoiled with her coming in with them.

[04:00] Speaker 1: Oh. Well...

[04:01] Speaker 3: I will give you the energy that I'm feeling.

[04:03] Speaker 1: Okay.

[04:04] Speaker 2: Okay. Buckle up.

[04:05] Speaker 3: Low and run down. Tell me about it, Tracey.

[04:09] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:11] Speaker 2: (laughs) Well, doot-de-doot-de-doot. This just in, um, okay, so we have a new moon coming up on...

[04:18] Speaker 1: Ooh.

[04:18] Speaker 2: I think it's the 16th. Not sure there. Oh, yeah, the s-... Well, maybe it's the 16th. Don't know. But you're gonna be focusing on a lot of things, like your security, your finances, your relationships. Are you feeling safe in those? Things are gonna start comin' up to the surface. You're gonna start, um, realizing where you feel good and where you don't. And, uh, let's see. You may decide to simplify your life. You may choose, um, where you need more nourishment and start taking action on those things. So, yeah, we ve got some things we're looking at. As always, we're reflecting on things and these are the highlighted areas, security and finances. Yeah. I could say, yeah, I, I can see that. I could see that happening. Mm-hmm. So, that's what I got. Um...

[05:09] Speaker 1: Nice.

[05:10] Speaker 2: I don't know how to answer Tiffany's particular...

[05:13] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[05:13] Speaker 2: ... uh, um, other than hydrate and... (laughs)

[05:17] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[05:17] Speaker 2: ... take a nap. And Gally is here.

[05:20] Speaker 1: Hey, Gally.

[05:21] Speaker 2: He's, he'll say hello. Make his presence to the show.

[05:23] Speaker 1: Look how big he's getting.

[05:24] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[05:25] Speaker 1: My goodness.

[05:25] Speaker 2: He just got back from camping. We all went camping.

[05:28] Speaker 1: Oh, did you like it, Gally?

[05:30] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[05:30] Speaker 1: You a camping doggy?

[05:32] Speaker 2: He says there were squirrels there. And you see what kind of dog he is. He's, he's got that extra refined-

[05:39] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[05:39] Speaker 2: ... smell.

[05:41] Speaker 1: Yeah, he was liking the squirrels, huh?

[05:43] Speaker 2: Yep, he was liking the squirrels. So, that was a fun trip with, with, uh, him going cr- him and Luna were going crazy for the trees.

[05:53] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[05:54] Speaker 2: They was gonna get them a squirrel. They didn't know what they would do with it once they got it, but they wanted one.

[05:59] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[05:59] Speaker 2: So.

[06:00] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[06:01] Speaker 2: Um...

[06:01] Speaker 1: That's fun to watch them do that.

[06:03] Speaker 2: I know. It's like, what are you guys ... What is it that you're looking for? 'Cause they're just like (whooshing) .

[06:08] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[06:09] Speaker 2: You know, and, and I'm walking them, and, and then pretty soon one of them goes (whoosh) , and looks straight up in the tree. And I look in there, it's sitting there, and, and it's almost like it's teasing him. (laughs)

[06:20] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Yeah, them squirrels.

[06:23] Speaker 2: Like, "Okay, you found me."

[06:24] Speaker 1: Watch out they start throwing nuts on ... (laughs) .

[06:28] Speaker 2: Yeah. I had them do that one time when I was camping, and I kept hearing on the top of my camper, "Thump."

[06:34] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[06:34] Speaker 2: "Thump." And I'm like, "What's happening?" So I go out and I look up, and it's literally sitting there with a bunch of pine cones. You know, like they're in this little bundle. And it would pick it up and let it drop, and it would watch. And then it would pick it up and let it drop. And I'm like, it's literally doing it on purpose.

[06:50] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. They're funny.

[06:51] Speaker 2: 'Cause of like the sound it would make or something, or it knew it would get me to come outside.

[06:55] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[06:55] Speaker 2: I don't know.

[06:56] Speaker 1: "Come out and play."

[06:57] Speaker 2: They're smart.

[06:57] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[06:58] Speaker 2: Smart little critters. They know what they're doing.

[07:00] Speaker 1: They do. They do.

[07:02] Speaker 2: So-

[07:02] Speaker 1: We give, we give animals way too little credit.

[07:05] Speaker 2: I know. Right?

[07:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[07:07] Speaker 2: Smart little critters.

[07:07] Speaker 1: They are very intelligent. (laughs)

[07:10] Speaker 2: Yeah. I hear you. All right. What else we got? Anything going on for you?

[07:19] Speaker 1: Just, you know, keeping going. Um, yeah. But, you know, along with what Tiffany was saying, being tired. I mean, it's kind of ... And that could be part of this. Maybe we're shifting or something. Um, I mean, I didn't get my nap today and I can feel it. (laughs)

[07:35] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[07:35] Speaker 1: I wish I would have. (laughs)

[07:37] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. See, I, I don't know if I was just tired or if it was 'cause we were going, going, going for-

[07:42] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[07:42] Speaker 2: You know, you had to get ready to go camping, load everything up.

[07:45] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[07:45] Speaker 2: And then you go, and then you gotta set it all up, and then you gotta tear it all down, then you gotta unload it all.

[07:49] Speaker 1: And you just got back today.

[07:50] Speaker 2: Yeah. So, and-

[07:52] Speaker 1: So, yeah.

[07:52] Speaker 2: And my pickup was acting funny, so luckily we didn't camp very far away.

[07:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[07:57] Speaker 2: So I drove back, grabbed one of Dad's pickups, went back and got my trailer, 'cause it's like, "I am not getting stuck on the side of the road again."

[08:04] Speaker 1: No. Mm-hmm.

[08:05] Speaker 2: So, we had options and we took them.

[08:07] Speaker 1: Sure.

[08:08] Speaker 2: But I do want to say happy birthday to my oldest son, Josh. It is his birthday today. And so-

[08:13] Speaker 1: Happy birthday, Josh.

[08:14] Speaker 2: There it is. And hopefully he's, um, getting rest after all the setting up and tearing down he had to do.

[08:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[08:23] Speaker 2: He had his own site with his own tent and all the goodies, so.

[08:26] Speaker 1: Nice.

[08:27] Speaker 2: Yeah, so he had to, he, he got to tear down ... I'm, I'm learning to change my language. He got to chir- tear down a whole tent and kitchen set-up and all kinds of stuff. He had all kinds of fun gadgets for his tent, so.

[08:40] Speaker 1: Nice. (laughs)

[08:42] Speaker 2: Yeah. Anyway.

[08:43] Speaker 1: Well, fun.

[08:44] Speaker 2: All right, you guys. Are you asking your questions? Do you got any in there for us yet, hmm?

[08:49] Speaker 1: Well, let's first hear where everybody's from. Are they putting where they're from?

[08:53] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[08:53] Speaker 1: Are you lighting your grid, shining your light?

[08:56] Speaker 2: Light it up. (laughs)

[08:58] Speaker 1: Bing, bing, bing, bing. (laughs)

[09:00] Speaker 2: Okay, I just like hearing Julia do that.

[09:02] Speaker 1: Bing, bing, bing, bing, bing.

[09:03] Speaker 2: (laughs) All right. I think we are ready to hear what every-

[09:09] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[09:09] Speaker 2: ... where everyone's from.

[09:10] Speaker 1: Agreed. Tell me about it.

[09:12] Speaker 3: We have Seattle, Kansas City, Canada, New York, Arizona, Pol- Poland.

[09:19] Speaker 2: Oh.

[09:20] Speaker 3: Portland. Nova Scotia. Uh, Minnesota. Africa.

[09:28] Speaker 1: See? Bing, bing, bing, bing, bing. (laughs)

[09:30] Speaker 3: Portugal. California. Canada. Iowa. San Antonio. Another California. Some more Canada. Australia. Um ... San Antonio. Sorry, got distracted. Canada.

[09:50] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[09:50] Speaker 3: Australia, Oregon, Scotland, Florida, Australia, Ohio, North Carolina, New Mexico.

[09:56] Speaker 1: Ouch.

[09:57] Speaker 3: Australia, North Carolina. Happy birthday to Josh. Australia.

[10:02] Speaker 1: Yay.

[10:03] Speaker 3: Tennessee, Wisconsin. Si- shining San Diego's light, Massachusetts.

[10:09] Speaker 2: Okay.

[10:09] Speaker 1: All right. Mm-hmm.

[10:11] Speaker 3: Um, Italy.

[10:14] Speaker 1: Nice. (laughs)

[10:15] Speaker 2: All right.

[10:16] Speaker 3: Colorado. New Zealand.

[10:19] Speaker 2: Sure.

[10:19] Speaker 1: Very cool. I think-

[10:20] Speaker 2: Lights everywhere.

[10:22] Speaker 1: This is what I was saying earlier. Is like imagine, imagine the light. You're sending off a beam of light, okay? Imagine it going out. And so then when she's naming all these places, you can see all these lights coming out-

[10:35] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[10:35] Speaker 1: ... from the earth. That's what I want ... So as you visualize that, you're visualizing what we're doing, okay? This is, this is part of the whole thing.

[10:45] Speaker 2: That's right. Light it up, you guys.

[10:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[10:49] Speaker 2: All right.

[10:50] Speaker 1: Very cool.

[10:51] Speaker 2: Seems like I had a question since you were in that "I'm, I'm scanning" mode.

[10:57] Speaker 1: Oh.

[10:58] Speaker 2: A, a question popped in now I got to try to remember what it was, 'cause I was like, "Oh, she's scanning. Okay, let's see what she has to say."

[11:05] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[11:05] Speaker 2: As she's like da-da-da-da-do. Um, so give me a second. I'll think of it. And if not, I'll come up with something else to ask. But again, uh, audience, if you guys want to ask questions, put "Tiffany" in capital letters.

[11:19] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[11:19] Speaker 2: We like to call her Princess Tiffany, Tiffany in the sky, the goddess of questions Tiffany, whatever you can come up with. That would all be fun.

[11:28] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[11:28] Speaker 2: So we want to hear your questions. But until we do, let me ask Julia ...

[11:34] Speaker 1: Oh, it's never safe when she comes up with something.

[11:38] Speaker 2: Hmm.

[11:39] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[11:39] Speaker 2: What's been one of my, one of my questions lately?

[11:42] Speaker 1: Want to talk about the ... Oh. (laughs) We could. Did you hear about that, that happened today?

[11:47] Speaker 2: Oh, the UFO files? No.

[11:49] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, the president signed a release for all the UFO files to be released, their whole de- so disclosure.

[11:56] Speaker 2: Okay.

[11:56] Speaker 1: And so that started today.

[11:59] Speaker 2: Very cool.

[12:00] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:01] Speaker 2: Very cool.

[12:01] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:01] Speaker 2: I've been watching a, um-... was, uh, it's a Netflix show and it's the, um, they're all from, like, LA or something like that. And they fell in a sinkhole and then that went-

[12:14] Speaker 1: Oh.

[12:14] Speaker 2: ... through a portal and put them in 10,000 BC.

[12:17] Speaker 1: Oh.

[12:17] Speaker 2: So, I was like, "Oh, that sounds like it's right up my alley." So I watched it. And, um, so this was happening all over the place and all these, these-

[12:26] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:26] Speaker 2: ... sinkholes are opening up, so there's, there's quite a variety of, of things going on in 10,000 BC at this point. But it got me thinking, I'm like, "Okay, well, you know, it's on the time travel theory of things."

[12:41] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:42] Speaker 2: "Um, I mean, if you were able to time travel, that wouldn't be a bad idea to go to a timeframe before anything was developed and start something up there, and maybe that's what Atlantis was, or-"

[12:56] Speaker 1: Hmm.

[12:56] Speaker 2: "... or Lemuria, those kind of things." And that, it kind of made me ponder on that c- you know, our earlier civilizations that were advanced.

[13:03] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[13:04] Speaker 2: It's like, is that what that was? The future us able, figured out time travel and went to the past when everything was still-

[13:14] Speaker 1: Hmm.

[13:14] Speaker 2: ... fresh and new, and you know, we didn't abuse the planet yet, and, and started a civilization-

[13:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[13:21] Speaker 2: ... on the planet when it was, before it was depleted?

[13:25] Speaker 1: It's a, as good a theory as any.

[13:28] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. Hmm.

[13:30] Speaker 1: I, um, I-

[13:30] Speaker 2: Does make you wonder.

[13:31] Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely. I've been watching Stargate, SG-1 again. Um ...

[13:35] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.

[13:36] Speaker 1: I know I saw it a wi- quite a while back, 'cause I mean, a lot of these, maybe I didn't watch it all. I don't know, but I'm watching all of it now, and I don't remember a lot of it. I'm like, oh my god, I love this thing. Uh, (laughs) just, that is just mind candy to me. (laughs) It's awesome.

[13:51] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.

[13:51] Speaker 1: And they did one, an episode recently that was really doing other timelines. And it was like, this, you know, something was happening in the current one and it kept, kept go- going to these other ones. And at the end, I liked their explanation. It was like, so why was that happening? It was like, it's what he had to do to survive what was happening in this one, 'cause it was so hard. It was like he was between life and death in this one, and so he was doing these others just to, you know, it's like he was visiting, but they're just as real. That's what they kept saying. He kept say- he kept saying, um, when he was in the other, he goes, "When I'm in this one, that one feels like a dream, and this one is so real. And when I'm in that one, that one feels so real and this one feels like a dream. I don't understand what's going on." It was like, gosh, they've got this so right, you know?

[14:41] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[14:41] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[14:42] Speaker 1: And that's how it is, you know? We, we visit these different timelines. That's why we're, we aren't... It's, it's only now that we're going to start being able to, you know, you can shed some light on it because it's confusing, you know? Of you know, it's like which one's which? I mean, we just get little pieces of it in our dreams or maybe spontaneously and, and it's so confusing, you know?

[15:04] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[15:04] Speaker 1: And that's what's like, we've got to be introduced to it very, very gradually, and you know, and it's like, yeah. And then that one, he's so confused in the beginning, it's like, "What? I don't..." And he didn't remember the other one. That was, that was the thing, it was like he's just waking up and it's like something's happening here. (Laughs) And then, um, yeah, he didn't-

[15:21] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[15:21] Speaker 1: Anyway, it was really, it was so good, so well done.

[15:24] Speaker 2: So, a little mind wiped between each one. When they go to the other one, they don't remember.

[15:29] Speaker 1: Yeah. Like, kinda like when we are born.

[15:31] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[15:32] Speaker 1: It's, it's wiped, you know, and we don't remember, and then we start remembering things, and, and it starts putting it together. And that's where he just all, he goes, "I think," you know? And then he'd start remembering things on the other one. It's like, okay, this is happening there, and th- and as that, as that was happening, it was when the other, the one, the current one, I mean, which one was real, really, you know?

[15:51] Speaker 1: But-

[15:51] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[15:52] Speaker 1: ... that was starting to, he was, he was coming back. So, it was...

[15:57] Speaker 2: Interesting.

[15:58] Speaker 1: Um, yeah. But while he was in that real iffy stage, it was just interesting how his mind, his reality, whatever, how it was creating the other realities to, to go along with these characters. 'Cause the same characters, they just had different roles.

[16:14] Speaker 2: Hmm.

[16:15] Speaker 1: And that's, I love that kind of stuff. Just ah.

[16:18] Speaker 2: We're gonna be so like, mind blown when we-

[16:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:23] Speaker 2: ... leave this planet and figure.

[16:24] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:25] Speaker 2: And go, "Oh, that's what we were-"

[16:28] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[16:28] Speaker 2: "... yeah, that, that's where we were and that's what we were doing, okay."

[16:32] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[16:33] Speaker 2: As you know, it's, it's gonna be so much different, I think, than what we think it is.

[16:37] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:39] Speaker 2: So.

[16:39] Speaker 1: Probably. I mean, but you know, we want these answers, and it's like, okay, this is how it is. We don't know. We're speculating. This is based on what little bit of information we have right now. This is a theory that we have.

[16:51] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[16:51] Speaker 1: Pure speculation. It's som- sometimes it's educated, you know? That's okay, this makes sense. But we don't have the full picture yet. We don't have all the information. So, that's where, you know, uh, I don't, this is important. Somebody, I don't know if you're dealing with this right now or what, but, um, that's why, you know, somebody's like, "This is the truth, this is the truth, this is the fact." (clears throat) There isn't that. You know, it's what's your truth, what's somebody else's truth, they're all truth. You know?

[17:20] Speaker 2: Yeah. All truth.

[17:20] Speaker 1: It's coming from your own place of truth.

[17:24] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[17:24] Speaker 1: (clears throat) And, and-

[17:25] Speaker 2: That's been-

[17:25] Speaker 1: ... people will fight for that, and they, they will kill for that. And it's like, it can't, there is no one truth.

[17:33] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[17:34] Speaker 1: (coughs) Excuse me.

[17:35] Speaker 2: I think that's one of the biggest realizations we can have, is understanding that everybody has a truth, and it is correct, and it is right for their reality.

[17:46] Speaker 1: Right. Mm-hmm.

[17:47] Speaker 2: Yeah. All right.

[17:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[17:49] Speaker 2: I think we might have questions on the board now. Miss Tiffany in the sky? Do we have questions?

[17:55] Speaker 3: We do.

[17:56] Speaker 2: Woo-hoo.

[17:58] Speaker 1: Cool.

[17:59] Speaker 3: Um, how do I let go of these destructives-

[18:05] Speaker 2: Just... I'm sorry. How do I let go of these destructive feelings of depressed and being, uh, depressed and unmotivated? I would lay in bed all day, no eating, brushing teeth, et cetera.

[18:17] Speaker 1: Hmm. Okay. One of the things, to me... Okay, what came in just then, um, is, you know, there's this thing about staying in the now. When we get into depression, anxiety, fear, and all those, we're not in the now. We're in the future or we're in the past where we're dwelling on things, and I think depression is dwelling in the past. It's like, you're still hung up on different things that did or did not happen or whatever, and you're living your life in the past and trying to live it over again. It may not be totally conscious that you're doing that, but you're doing that. So, the goal is to get totally present and, and maybe you are laying in bed, doing... So, be present doing it.

[18:59] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[18:59] Speaker 1: You know, maybe that's where you start, you know? But whatever you do, be totally there. That's being present. It has your full attention. Now... Oh, gosh, what is going on?

[19:10] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[19:10] Speaker 1: And when you do that, that changes... Well, it changes everything. It changes the timeframe. It changes everything, um, in how you look at things. But that's what came in for me, was that you're dwelling on stuff. It's like... So, yeah, I think that's what depression is, is we're dwelling on things of regrets, you know? It's like things we could have had, should have had, whatever, and it's like, don't worry about that. That's what got you here. So now, you know, none of that... Oh, boy.

[19:37] Speaker 1: Boy, they're yelling, "None of that matters!"

[19:40] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[19:40] Speaker 1: (laughs) None of that matters. It brought you here, and what did you learn from it? You know? And then now, be present. Be fully, fully, fully present in whatever you do every single minute. Don't worry about the future or nothing in the past. It's all now. And what can I do and who can I be now?

[20:01] Speaker 2: Yeah. Um, I mean, there's... That's... That is, uh, fantastic. I wouldn't... I would want to add, I just keep seeing trees.

[20:14] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[20:14] Speaker 2: Go out in nature.

[20:16] Speaker 1: Natures, yeah.

[20:16] Speaker 2: Be in the trees. Mm-hmm Um, you know, hopefully you have a way to do that, being in the trees, being in nature Mm-hmm If, if not that, one of the things that keeps coming in is to go barefoot out on the ground, um

[20:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[20:30] Speaker 2: ... touching earth, because Mother Earth is sending out these frequencies right now. Well, always has been, but that's how we get those. And you know, they talk a lot about, um, the different studies of how different that can be if you walk around barefoot versus wearing shoes. Mm-hmm And that shoes

[20:47] Speaker 1: Right.

[20:48] Speaker 2: ... don't... You know, tennis shoes or whatever, the kind of soles that we have on them don't allow those frequencies to reach us. And so, we've lost connection to that. And so, connect with Earth through going barefoot, being around the trees, getting out, maybe going for a walk, something like that.

[21:05] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:05] Speaker 2: And I know when you barely can get out of bed and brush your teeth, sometimes making that effort to get to nature might also be a hardship. But, um, do your best to do that.

[21:20] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:20] Speaker 2: And if you're somebody that knows somebody that's struggling, call them up and invite them to go out and, and take a walk with you or do something of, of that sort, and just see if you can get them to come out. But...

[21:34] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[21:34] Speaker 2: And if you are the one that, that wants to get out and try and shift that energy, um, you know, call a friend and see if they'll go for a walk with you, if that helps.

[21:44] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[21:44] Speaker 2: Another thing that's coming in, ask your angels to remove the energy that is not yours.

[21:51] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:52] Speaker 2: I'm just seeing a whole collective-

[21:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:54] Speaker 2: ... uh, pattern here of, there's so much being released on the planet right now that, uh, all the, the empaths and us-

[22:04] Speaker 1: Everybody's so sensitive.

[22:04] Speaker 2: ... is sucking that in, and, and-

[22:05] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[22:06] Speaker 2: ... feeling it.

[22:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[22:07] Speaker 2: And so, if you feel like you're an empath, which, I mean, we're all fine-tuning that empath, right? We're all declares. So, that might be something that's really active in you right now is, and you're picking up on all the collective energy. So, pull your energy back and ask to be cleared of any energy that's not yours to carry, and just send love and light to that energy. Doesn't... We're not sending it back to anybody. There's no one to send it back to. Let's just see it healed and complete, and then, um, feel that. Okay. Now that we're talking, all these things are coming in. I also wanna go to the backside of the solar plexus, so the power chakra. There's a cord there that's also pulling energy. I don't know who it's connected to on the other side, or where it's connected on the other side. Maybe it was a job or relationship or something, but just ask for that to be healed and dissolved.

[23:05] Speaker 2: I like to dissolve the cords, not cut them, but make them go bye-bye so that they don't reconnect. And again, we're just sending love and light to that. So, if that resonates for you at all, hopefully that's shifting already. And it's interesting, just talking about all those things, I was listening to you, and all of a sudden, all this-

[23:25] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[23:25] Speaker 2: ... stuff was starting to come in, and then now, I just feel like I wanna sit up taller and it feels a little lighter. So, I hope, hope, hope that that's, that's what's happening on the other side of that.

[23:37] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[23:37] Speaker 2: So, for everyone that was feeling that heaviness.

[23:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[23:41] Speaker 2: 'Cause that has actually been kind of a theme. And Tiffany, are you feeling any better after that? (laughs) We'll get some feedback. Oh, you wanted it now

[23:54] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[23:55] Speaker 2: Great. Okay, now.

[23:57] Speaker 1: Now? Okay, uh, truthful, somebody was wanting my attention, and I may have been half-listening. So, can you do it again?

[24:05] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[24:06] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[24:06] Speaker 2: Do it again. Do it in the replay. Just-

[24:09] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[24:09] Speaker 2: ... ask for what's not yours to be lifted off of you. There. That's the quick version of it.

[24:14] Speaker 1: Yeah. Mm-hmm.

[24:16] Speaker 2: All right. Anything-

[24:17] Speaker 1: We don't have to carry everybody's stuff.

[24:19] Speaker 2: Yeah.Yeah, I-

[24:21] Speaker 1: Knowingly or unknowingly. (laughs)

[24:24] Speaker 2: Usually it's unknowingly, isn't it?

[24:26] Speaker 1: Yes, yes.

[24:26] Speaker 2: Like we, we don't realize it's not even our stuff until-

[24:30] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[24:30] Speaker 2: ... you know, you hear something like that and then it's like, "Oh wow, it wasn't even mine. That's right, I went to this thing and I was talking to this person that had this-"

[24:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[24:38] Speaker 2: "... event happen and it was heavy." And yeah, and then you realize, "That's when I started feeling this way." Yep.

[24:45] Speaker 1: Awesome.

[24:46] Speaker 2: I've had many a times like that where it's like, "Why do I feel sad all of a sudden?" So.

[24:50] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[24:51] Speaker 2: We pick it up pretty quick and the more sensitive we're becoming, the quicker-

[24:56] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[24:56] Speaker 2: ... and ...

[24:57] Speaker 1: And that's why you need to know what's yours and what isn't yours. 'Cause you know, you know what your energy feels like. And so, if it's, if it's really different, it's like, "I don't know why I'm feeling like this," so I'm gonna say things like that, it's not your energy.

[25:09] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[25:10] Speaker 1: And that's where, that's a good indication. And so, it's like, let it go. That's, what's not mine, just let it go.

[25:18] Speaker 2: Beautiful. All right. Little butterfly.

[25:22] Speaker 1: Thank you for that.

[25:26] Speaker 3: Hi. This is from Brittany.

[25:28] Speaker 2: Okay.

[25:28] Speaker 3: "I need guidance holding the vision while in the midst of the chaos."

[25:34] Speaker 2: Hmm.

[25:35] Speaker 1: Holding what vision? The vision of what you're wanting to accomplish, I guess? You know, what I got immediately was that chaos is probably part of it. It's probably part of the creation of what you're try- what you're wanting.

[25:50] Speaker 2: Yeah, what is it showing you?

[25:51] Speaker 1: Things have to get, have to fall apart, they have to kind of-

[25:54] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[25:54] Speaker 1: ... to regroup. So embrace the chaos as ...

[25:59] Speaker 2: I like this answer.

[26:01] Speaker 1: ... just put-

[26:02] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[26:02] Speaker 1: That just, that's-

[26:02] Speaker 2: Yeah, because if you're, if you're holding a vision, then the universe is going to help you become the vibrational match.

[26:11] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:11] Speaker 2: So yeah, you gotta trust what's going on.

[26:13] Speaker 1: You gotta trust it, allow it to happen, and know that it's, that's the trust. Know that it's working, that it's happening. You don't have to hold that thing constant. You have it, you know what it is, and you let, you release it and let the universe take it and do its thing. So yeah, when, and then if things are starting to fall apart, that's probably your vision coming to fruition.

[26:37] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[26:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:38] Speaker 2: Powerful. Let's take it as a good sign.

[26:42] Speaker 1: They go, "Yay." (laughs)

[26:43] Speaker 2: Yeah. Chaos!

[26:44] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:45] Speaker 2: My vision's coming.

[26:46] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:47] Speaker 2: I like it.

[26:48] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:48] Speaker 2: Okay.

[26:49] Speaker 1: I know, our first thought is, "Oh my gosh, everything's falling apart. It's going to ca- you know, it's going to hell. Oh my God, it's all bad." You know, and we get, then we get caught up in that and the distr- uh, the, it's a distraction, you know? And it's like, let's just trust that it's actually part of the whole, you know? Just always know it's okay. Everything is always okay. And if you've got that vision, it's out ahead of you, that's your intent, it is forming, it's happening.

[27:15] Speaker 2: Yeah. I like this, yeah.

[27:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[27:19] Speaker 2: Isn't that a fun answer? You know, you think you're like, getting blocked in some way and yet, at the same time-

[27:25] Speaker 1: That's awesome.

[27:25] Speaker 2: ... in that very moment, you're actually being shaped into that frequency that you wanna be.

[27:31] Speaker 1: Mm, I like it.

[27:32] Speaker 2: Exactly.

[27:34] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[27:34] Speaker 2: Tricky little universe.

[27:36] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah, and see and then that pro- and that's process of trying to solve it is like, "Okay, uh, it's, it's going wrong so I gotta do this, I gotta do that." You're actually probably getting in your own way (laughs) at that point.

[27:47] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[27:47] Speaker 1: So just like, let it be. It's happening. The more you trust and allow, the more you'll see that it's happening.

[27:54] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[27:54] Speaker 1: The more it, uh, probably the faster it'll happen. But don't worry about the speed, whether, that, that jump right on that. Don't worry about the speed. It, just know it's happening.

[28:05] Speaker 2: Enjoy the chaos ride.

[28:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:07] Speaker 2: All right, little beautiful Tiffany in the sky.

[28:11] Speaker 3: "What are your thoughts on what we believe to be reality being a simulation?

[28:17] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[28:17] Speaker 3: "A scientist won the Nobel Prize for supposedly proving the universe was not real."

[28:24] Speaker 1: I'm right with it. (laughs)

[28:26] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[28:27] Speaker 1: I mean, like you say, it's all an illusion, you know? And that's, that's-

[28:30] Speaker 2: (clears throat)

[28:30] Speaker 1: ... it goes to part of that, you know? It's, go ahead. Go ahead, Tracey, you had something you wanted to...

[28:35] Speaker 2: I probably did have something brilliant I was gonna say.

[28:37] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[28:37] Speaker 2: But no, I, I'm right there wi- on the same page as, um, you know, it's, it doesn't make it any less important.

[28:47] Speaker 1: Real. No, exactly.

[28:47] Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, you chose to come into the simulation.

[28:51] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:51] Speaker 2: But I often sit there and think, okay, we're, we're choosing these different roles to play. Who's to say there wasn't a role that said, "Hey, come in as a light worker, follow this, this, you're gonna learn these things, these skills, and be a healer of this sort"? Or you know, like even these are roles we chose to experience and they are evolving our souls. Those roles have purpose, they are supposed to be doing something.

[29:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[29:17] Speaker 2: They are helping other people, other souls that are also incarnating into the simulation or however you wanna see it. I don't see it taking away from any of the-

[29:27] Speaker 1: No.

[29:27] Speaker 2: ... experience at all.

[29:28] Speaker 1: We're still having experiences, exactly.

[29:30] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[29:30] Speaker 1: We're still, just because they're, they may be simulated, they're not real. I mean, they're real to us on this plane because-

[29:37] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[29:37] Speaker 1: ... we're at the same vibration of them. So that's why they seem so real, but when you pull yourself back, I mean, it keeps showing me. I remember Tiffany when she was younger, she had that Sims...

[29:47] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[29:48] Speaker 1: One of those Sims things and was like, you know, and I, and would, she keeps showing me that. And it's like, to us looking at it, it's a game and we're, we're moving people around. But what was the, what was the reality like for those game pieces, for those people in that game?

[30:02] Speaker 2: Right.

[30:03] Speaker 1: And it was like, now shift your, your attention there. What are they experiencing? They were, you know, they could've been really... I think there's some shows been done on that.

[30:11] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[30:11] Speaker 1: It's like, you go inside a game and they're fully in it and they're playing it and everything. And it's, so-

[30:17] Speaker 2: Well-

[30:17] Speaker 1: ... so maybe look at it that way. It is a game.

[30:20] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[30:20] Speaker 1: It is a simulation, but it's not, yeah, and it's not freaky and spooky and all that stuff. It's just we just changed, you know, it's just not maybe the same solid real that you-... you were thinking. So, it's kinda shaking your belief systems a little bit. But it's no less real-

[30:36] Speaker 2: Right.

[30:36] Speaker 1: ... because, uh, it's no less real than we've always known.

[30:39] Speaker 2: I just think of the Avatar movie where they transferred-

[30:41] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[30:41] Speaker 2: ... his consciousness to the avatar.

[30:43] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.

[30:44] Speaker 2: Y- you know, these are the avatars. We're, and we're signed up for the full experience and when we get done-

[30:50] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[30:51] Speaker 2: ... you know, how long do you play a video game for, right? Or watch a movie-

[30:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[30:54] Speaker 2: ... for a couple hours or whatever. And when we get done, that, on the other side, that might be what it feels like. You know?

[31:02] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:02] Speaker 2: A couple hours went by.

[31:04] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[31:04] Speaker 2: And, but we experienced-

[31:05] Speaker 1: Well, they, they say it's like that.

[31:06] Speaker 2: ... an entire lifetime.

[31:07] Speaker 1: Yeah. They always say when you, when they go, then it's like, oh, yeah, it's like a whole life, it was a hundred years, whatever, and it was like a blink of an eye-

[31:14] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[31:14] Speaker 1: ... to the other side.

[31:17] Speaker 2: So, I like that question because it does, it gets us thinking.

[31:20] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:21] Speaker 2: But again, the more I thought about things like that, 'cause you know, my mind, I do that kinda stuff all the time, going, "Hmm, what's real? What's not real? What do we create? What are we not creating? Is this real? Is it a simulation?" Bottom line, my soul wanted the experience-

[31:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:38] Speaker 2: ... and was gonna learn some things from it.

[31:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[31:41] Speaker 2: And this is the path I'm on to do that.

[31:44] Speaker 1: But doesn't it make more sense and seem more likely? I mean, when we say we're, we're creating and we can m- we gotta come up with a better word than manipulate, but I know that's what, we manipulate energy-

[31:58] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[31:58] Speaker 1: ... we manipulate scenes, we create by, by moving things around or things. Doesn't it make more sense and feasible in that kind of a situation? Rather than this one that everything, you know, it's like, oh, everything's solid and, and everything's concrete. You know, 'cause that, that's, that's what the hurdle we have to get through is like, you mean I can affect things? They're ener- they're all energy? See, to me, it's more feasible in a game, where it's simulation, it's, it, that feels like more energy.

[32:28] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[32:28] Speaker 1: Does that make sense?

[32:30] Speaker 2: Yeah, it does.

[32:31] Speaker 1: Okay.

[32:32] Speaker 2: 'Cause I feel, I feel like we're in something like that. So, okay, hopefully that answered your question-

[32:40] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[32:40] Speaker 2: ... or least we got you to-

[32:42] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I'd like to know-

[32:43] Speaker 2: ... your thoughts about it.

[32:43] Speaker 1: ... how did you find that? I mean, d- was it disturbing or was that enlightening or was it exciting? How did you find that information?

[32:50] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[32:51] Speaker 1: 'Cause I couldn't tell by the way the f- question was phrased.

[32:55] Speaker 2: Right, because it was about the Nobel Prize.

[32:59] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[32:59] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[32:59] Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like somebody proved it. (laughs) Look at, look at that. I mean...

[33:04] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[33:04] Speaker 1: Look where we are on this timeline.

[33:08] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[33:09] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[33:10] Speaker 2: I'm telling ya, the more we raise that frequency-

[33:14] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[33:14] Speaker 2: ... the cooler the timelines we're on with more information.

[33:17] Speaker 1: Yep.

[33:19] Speaker 2: We're getting, we're getting a lotta information. And they're, they really are finding more, uh, you know, with the different technology of today, they're finding more civilizations, older civilizations than what we've-

[33:32] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[33:32] Speaker 2: ... been aware of and-

[33:33] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.

[33:35] Speaker 2: ... and, um, really cool stuff coming out. It, the trick is trying to figure out is that AI or is that... Uh, and I laugh at myself because I go, is that AI or is that real? And then I giggle and I go (laughs) they're all AI.

[33:48] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[33:49] Speaker 2: All AI.

[33:50] Speaker 1: And see that's, that's what I love about AI, because it makes us-

[33:52] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[33:53] Speaker 1: ... question everything. Is it real? Is it what? Well, that gets us to that place.

[33:56] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[33:57] Speaker 1: You know? It's exactly where we are. It's like none of it's real.

[34:01] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[34:01] Speaker 1: See, when we start going none of it's real, then you realize-

[34:04] Speaker 2: Then it takes the power away from it.

[34:04] Speaker 1: ... yeah, that's your whole life, none of it's real. (laughs)

[34:06] Speaker 2: None of it's real.

[34:07] Speaker 1: It helps us to accept that.

[34:09] Speaker 2: I love that. Yeah. And that's the part I liked about AI too is it kinda took, took me out of thinking anything was real.

[34:16] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[34:17] Speaker 2: And-

[34:18] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[34:18] Speaker 2: Yeah, so now it, you know, you get on social media and start thumbing through and it's like, I just assume everything's AI now.

[34:25] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[34:25] Speaker 2: And it's like, well, it kinda was anyway because, you know, any, anything that's been posted on there has been altered from its truth anyway. So...

[34:35] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[34:36] Speaker 2: None of it's real. (laughs) So, makes life easier, doesn't it?

[34:41] Speaker 1: It absolutely does. I think it helps us to, uh, to accept these other philosophies, theories, whatever, these other ideas.

[34:50] Speaker 2: Let go of these constructs. Yeah.

[34:52] Speaker 1: Yeah. Mm-hmm.

[34:53] Speaker 2: Let go of, let go of some of the old ways and start-

[34:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[34:57] Speaker 2: ... reshaping how we want it to be.

[34:59] Speaker 1: Yeah, 'cause we've gotta get out of the thing is everything is, is concrete. It's all s- you know, stable, it's all this, you know, but there's no moving it. No, you can move everything.

[35:09] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[35:09] Speaker 1: Everything is malleable.

[35:12] Speaker 2: Well, if you think about any, any of the laws or rules or anything, they were all manmade w- by somebody at some point, and it was probably relevant for their timeframe.

[35:20] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[35:21] Speaker 2: And their reality. But is it still relevant? Is it-

[35:25] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[35:25] Speaker 2: ... is it still-

[35:25] Speaker 1: With what we know now and what we experience now?

[35:28] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[35:29] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[35:30] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[35:30] Speaker 1: Interesting.

[35:31] Speaker 2: All right, cool. Good questions tonight, guys.

[35:34] Speaker 1: Very good.

[35:35] Speaker 2: Very good. All right, Butterfly. Here she comes.

[35:39] Speaker 3: Okay, so pivoting a bit, we have a couple QHHT questions, so I'm gonna put 'em together.

[35:43] Speaker 1: Okay.

[35:44] Speaker 3: Um, new intern here need volunteers and struggling with confidence. How do I maintain my own vibration while absorbing energy? The other question is what advice can Julia give to a level one QHHT practitioner to want to start doing sessions?

[36:02] Speaker 1: Oh, to want to t- start doing them? (laughs) Um, well, I mean, why did you take the course?

[36:13] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[36:13] Speaker 1: Usually, usually people come in because they wanna help people. And if you stay with that, I wanna help people get their answers, that's what you're doing with QHHT. When you're a practitioner, you're helping other people get their answers. Answers bring healing emotionally, physically, mentally, all kinds of ways. Um-And, and so that's, if you'll go back to that, what was your original reason? What's happening is, why you might not be motivated, is probably fear coming in there is, "I don't know if I can do this. I don't know if I'm, if I'm good enough. I don't know." You know, it's all these little fears and doubts coming in.

[36:46] Speaker 1: But go back to why you even took it, because-

[36:51] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[36:51] Speaker 1: ... there was a reason that you took the course. It wasn't, "Hey, I've got an extra so many dollars, and I think I'll just blow it here." You had a reason.

[37:00] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[37:00] Speaker 1: Something was calling, calling you, pulling you. You had a desire. So I would go back to that. What was that?

[37:08] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[37:08] Speaker 1: And then, like why did you-

[37:10] Speaker 2: And the-

[37:10] Speaker 1: You were already into hypnotherapy. You'd already been doing some things. But when you took Level 1, you know, what brought you to that?

[37:14] Speaker 2: Well, I, I went into hypnotherapy because I, I kept having past life experiences.

[37:20] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[37:21] Speaker 2: And so I went into hypnotherapy because w- I was doing past life readings, and I thought, "This just isn't the same as when you experience it yourself," because of my own experience with that. And so, I, I pursued hypnosis for that, and then that's when I came across this method. And it's like, "Well, it's the only one I do now."

[37:40] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[37:40] Speaker 2: Um, because that is exactly doing exactly what I wanted to do, the past lives or ... And, and sometimes people don't go into past lives, but they'll go into current life or future life or form or awareness or whatever. It's very interesting. But then that higher self piece was just icing on the cake. I didn't even know I was gonna want to know more about that.

[38:02] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[38:02] Speaker 2: And, um, yeah, getting into the higher self and bringing that peace through and getting good answers, or sometimes not answers you wanna get, you know, you, but you need to get, you know?

[38:16] Speaker 1: It's what you need, yeah.

[38:17] Speaker 2: Yeah. So, what I would say, first off, to the how do you keep yourself from absorbing-

[38:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[38:24] Speaker 2: ... the energy, quit using the words absorbing energy in your entire life. Don't say it.

[38:30] Speaker 1: You're creating your reality. (laughs)

[38:32] Speaker 2: (laughs) Don't say it. Uh, be a filter. Uh, my, my favorite one that was told to me years ago by a friend, be a filter, not a sponge.

[38:40] Speaker 1: Hmm.

[38:40] Speaker 2: Get the information, let it just go through. It's not yours.

[38:43] Speaker 1: No.

[38:43] Speaker 2: And it's, it's not yours to hold onto. It's not yours to ponder. My biggest advice to anyone that ever does any modality, let go of your attachment to the other person's outcome.

[38:56] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[38:57] Speaker 2: You are here facilitating. You're giving it your best. You're giving, um, the best version of you, and you're taking them through it. Now let 'em go and let 'em do what they're going to do with that information.

[39:08] Speaker 1: Yeah, by facilitating-

[39:09] Speaker 2: And if they're recording-

[39:09] Speaker 1: ... you're creating the space where they can-

[39:11] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[39:11] Speaker 1: ... do their exploration.

[39:13] Speaker 2: And you'll have so much more fun doing your sessions when you let 'em go and let go-

[39:17] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[39:17] Speaker 2: ... of all that, that came with 'em. That all goes too, and you just clear your space and clear you if that's what you wanna do or need to do. I, it's just set up in my grid that I don't hold it.

[39:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[39:28] Speaker 2: So-

[39:28] Speaker 1: And I think that goes back to why sometimes you might feel doubt and fear of doing a session is because you're attached to, well, that they've gotta get XYZ results.

[39:36] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[39:36] Speaker 1: It's not yours. It's their adventure. It's their, their-

[39:39] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[39:40] Speaker 1: ... journey. You know, you're, like, you're creating the space for them to have this, this adventure, this whatever they're going to have. You do the best you can.

[39:49] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[39:49] Speaker 1: And then it's theirs.

[39:50] Speaker 2: You set 'em up with a great foundation.

[39:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[39:52] Speaker 2: Send 'em on their way.

[39:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[39:55] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[39:55] Speaker 1: Yes, yeah.

[39:57] Speaker 2: So you don't have to follow 'em. You don't have to follow up with 'em.

[40:00] Speaker 1: Nope.

[40:00] Speaker 2: I- it's their responsibility to take the information and do what they're supposed to do with it.

[40:05] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[40:05] Speaker 2: Now, if you're somebody that had a session and you're like, "But my session didn't turn out very good," guess what? You got exactly what you needed, not what you wanted.

[40:13] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[40:13] Speaker 2: So go figure out why did your session not turn out very good. Eh, there's something-

[40:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[40:17] Speaker 2: ... in there for you. I promise you.

[40:19] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[40:20] Speaker 2: There's something there for you.

[40:20] Speaker 1: And that's why we say don't, don't go in with any expectations, because then you'll, that, that's exactly what will happen. "Well, it didn't go the way I wanted it to, and I'm so disappointed." You're going to get exactly what you need.

[40:33] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[40:34] Speaker 1: You know, it probably, well hard- I don't know if it's ever what you want.

[40:38] Speaker 2: Yeah. (laughs)

[40:38] Speaker 1: (laughs) Just don't know if it's ever what you want, but it's always what you need.

[40:41] Speaker 2: Always what you need.

[40:42] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[40:43] Speaker 2: Yeah. So, um, hopefully, and you guys, as, as the new practitioners, you know, find somebody and try it. You got the whole script. You got, it's so well done.

[40:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[40:55] Speaker 2: Just follow, follow it. Ask your questions. Take 'em through it. And it might take a, a practice session. That's okay.

[41:04] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[41:04] Speaker 2: You know, that's what the practice sessions are for. So, you know, find, hopefully there's some people in your area that would like to help you with that and help you get-

[41:14] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[41:14] Speaker 2: ... some experience with it. So, um, I don't know, like in my area, when, when I find, when an intern comes to me and wants a post-

[41:23] Speaker 1: I was gonna, I was gonna volunteer, I was gonna say, you do that a lot. But I've helped you- (laughs)

[41:26] Speaker 2: Yeah. I, if, if, so if it's, if you have somebody in your area that's a level three, maybe ask 'em if, if they could make a post for you and see if there's anybody that would help a volunteer, or help an intern, I mean, volunteer to do that.

[41:39] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[41:40] Speaker 2: But that's what I do, is I'll post, "Hey, if, is anyone in the area looking for a session? This intern would love to have some practice sessions." And, and then they usually get a few, and, and it's very helpful.

[41:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[41:52] Speaker 2: It's really helpful when you don't know the person. Whereas if it's a relative, it, it does make a difference, in my opinion, when you don't-

[42:00] Speaker 1: It does.

[42:00] Speaker 2: ... really know them.

[42:01] Speaker 1: Well, most people are great to practice on, but don't expect, don't, and remember, leave all expectations out the door. But that's the thing is, "Well, it's gonna be easy because I know them." Don't expect... I mean, if, if it goes great, that was wonderful. (laughs) That's gravy. But it's more for, it's for practice.

[42:15] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[42:15] Speaker 1: We're just wanting you to get through the process a few times, several times, you know, to get, build your confidence, to get comfortable with that process. So that's what that's about. Don't expect anything-

[42:27] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[42:27] Speaker 1: ... from that session.

[42:29] Speaker 2: Okay.

[42:30] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[42:31] Speaker 2: So we touched on the energy and hopefully the motivation. Um-

[42:35] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[42:36] Speaker 2: Yeah. I think you guys are gonna have fantastic experiences.

[42:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[42:41] Speaker 2: Yeah. And you're gonna notice that your clients that you bring to you are mirroring something for you as well, every time. I can't tell you how many times I sit there and go, "Wow, this is like looking at a version of me in, when I was this age, or a version of me when I was doing this or..."

[42:55] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[42:56] Speaker 2: You know? I'll have so much in common (laughs) with the person sitting across from me, and I'm like-

[43:00] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[43:00] Speaker 2: ... "Oh, this is so cool how that always works." Um-

[43:03] Speaker 1: You know when you start seeing patterns? Sometimes they'll have several people come in with the same thing. And it's like, if that happens-

[43:08] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[43:08] Speaker 1: ... then that's really something that's mirroring you. And you might, uh, it's like you're not seeing it, and that's why it has to be, keep being brought in. So, see, when you do that and you're helping ev- that person get through their stuff, you're helping yourself get through your stuff.

[43:21] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[43:22] Speaker 1: It's so cool how it happens.

[43:24] Speaker 2: Love it. All right. I, I think we're doing good on time, too. Okay.

[43:29] Speaker 1: Yeah. Mm-hmm.

[43:29] Speaker 2: So, all right. Ms. Beautiful Goddess of the Sky, what else you got?

[43:36] Speaker 3: Fabulous beautiful goddess Tiffany. Can be a-

[43:40] Speaker 2: Okay.

[43:40] Speaker 3: ... Tracy or Julia question. What is your best advice on learning how to channel? Conscious mind is so loud. ADHD doesn't help either.

[43:52] Speaker 2: How to channel. Um, yeah. (laughs) Your conscious mind, that chatter's not a good thing. Um, what would I tell somebody... 'Cause I do classes with this, but you have to understand it's actually really easy. You're doing it all the time every day.

[44:11] Speaker 1: I was just gonna say, you're already doing it.

[44:12] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[44:13] Speaker 1: So. (laughs)

[44:14] Speaker 2: If you just get out of your own way, you're actually doing it all the time. It's really, really easy. Um, but what, what advice would I have? Well, I mean, it's, go with that first thought.

[44:26] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[44:27] Speaker 2: And this is chapter-

[44:27] Speaker 1: It's always that first thought. Yeah. Ask a question, and then whatever comes in. Um, and, you know, something was said this morning, 'cause someone else brought up something about ADHD, and it's like, how about we stop using, stop labeling ourselves?

[44:41] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[44:42] Speaker 1: You know, because you're, you're setting up something for yourself just by doing that. And you are pro- you know, you very well can have more abilities, and nobody-

[44:52] Speaker 2: Right. I was gonna say, the ADHD is more of a-

[44:55] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[44:55] Speaker 2: ... a launch, not a handicap, that's-

[44:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[44:57] Speaker 2: ... Yeah.

[44:57] Speaker 1: Exactly. So-

[44:58] Speaker 2: You're already having those conversations all day long with yourself-

[45:02] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[45:02] Speaker 2: ... and with your higher self. Yeah.

[45:03] Speaker 1: Yeah. It's just, don't have expectations on what it's supposed to look like. It may ... We all do it differently. It's just, however your answer will come. You might hear it. You might see it. You might feel it. You might know it. You know, it might just come through ... But those, those are, like, the main ones. Um, but be open to any of them. But if you're expecting to see it or you're gonna hear it and it comes through a gut knowing, see, you're gonna miss it because you're looking for this other. And so, just however it comes, that's your way. That's, that's your first thing, is understanding how it communicates with you, how you receive your messages.

[45:37] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Um, one of the things also to understand is that they're using the voice in your head when you're talking to them. It's not a different voice. There's not something that's taking over your body.

[45:51] Speaker 1: Yeah. Right.

[45:51] Speaker 2: It's, you're going to be present. It's a conscious channel. Um, very few people that I know do anything other than conscious channeling, um, where they're fully-

[46:03] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[46:03] Speaker 2: ... completely gone through-

[46:03] Speaker 1: Well, and you know what? I remember, gosh. 'Cause when I first started doing this, and it was like, every, everybody I heard channeling, they were, they were leaving their body. I, I can't remember that, trans-channeling, I guess. And, um, and I'm like, "Well, so this isn't channeling." You know, I, I was like, "I, I'm, this is m- these are messages. I'm fully aware."

[46:23] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[46:23] Speaker 1: And then finally somebody wrote a book, all the, there's different kinds of channeling, and they said, "And then there's the fully aware, conscious channeler," and blah, blah, blah. I'm like, "Oh, that's what it is." (laughs)

[46:32] Speaker 2: That's what it is.

[46:33] Speaker 1: So.

[46:33] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[46:33] Speaker 1: Yeah. So that was back-

[46:35] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[46:35] Speaker 1: ... when I was labeling myself, and I was trying to understand. But I, I, you know, I knew, "I'm receiving messages, and it's like, it's like the other ones do, but they're completely out. But I don't know what to call this, because I'm right here, and I am fully aware of what's going on." And then somebody named it. Like, "Okay." Then I could ... I accepted, "Yes, I am channeling." (laughs)

[46:56] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[46:56] Speaker 1: See? But before that, it's like, "It doesn't match any of the ex- the descriptions or the definitions, so I'm not doing it." See how we do?

[47:03] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[47:04] Speaker 1: So how about make your own definition?

[47:06] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. And one of, one of the things that I do... Okay, so getting out of your own way, getting your conscious mind out of your own way. Get a pen and paper, write a question, and then write down what you think they're gonna answer. What do you think-

[47:21] Speaker 1: Hm.

[47:21] Speaker 2: ... a channel would say to that? And just start writing that down.

[47:24] Speaker 1: Yeah. That's a good one.

[47:25] Speaker 2: Because that gets you out of the way and gets you in your creative mind where that flow c- happens. Gets you outta critical mind into creative mind, and that's, that's where you wanna be for that.

[47:35] Speaker 1: And you might say, "Well, yeah, but, um, but I'm just making that up." You don't know i- see, that's where, again, the conscious mind-

[47:40] Speaker 2: Because you're in that part of the mind. Yeah.

[47:42] Speaker 1: Exactly. It's using that part of the mind, and conscious mind wants to say, well, it wants this to come from somewhere. See, that's those expectations again. "It's gotta look like this in order for me to accept it."

[47:53] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[47:53] Speaker 1: You know? But that's where, you know, if this were ... you know, if I knew the answer, what would it be? (laughs) Any of those things, it's like, an answer will be there.

[48:02] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[48:02] Speaker 1: Because you're going ... you're doing something different. You're going around, and then it... (clears throat) Boy, there's something going on here.

[48:11] Speaker 2: (laughs) She's gonna start channeling. It's ******* dropped.

[48:14] Speaker 1: Ba-ba-ba. (laughs)

[48:16] Speaker 2: Oh, her light language came through. Yay.

[48:20] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[48:21] Speaker 2: (laughs) I love it. She's gonna punch me through the screen. I'm sure.

[48:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Already am. (laughs)

[48:25] Speaker 2: (laughs) I love it. Oh my goodness. Okay. I think, I think that's covered. I, hopefully that helped. Uh-

[48:33] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[48:33] Speaker 2: Tiffany.

[48:33] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[48:33] Speaker 2: What else do we have?

[48:36] Speaker 3: How can I practid- practice lucid dreaming, and can I meet my guides there?

[48:45] Speaker 2: I mean, you can meet your guides in meditation.

[48:47] Speaker 1: You can meet the guides anywhere.

[48:47] Speaker 2: (laughs) Yeah. I was like, "Why not?"

[48:48] Speaker 1: You can meet them anywhere.

[48:49] Speaker 2: It might be a harder place to meet them. You can meet them in your meditations.

[48:53] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[48:54] Speaker 2: Um, but lucid dreaming, I always tell people that as soon as you wake up, write s- write anything you can remember down so that you're training your brain to remember.

[49:03] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[49:04] Speaker 2: Then when you get into the dream state, you'll start to realize you're in the dream state.

[49:09] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[49:10] Speaker 2: And then that's-

[49:11] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[49:12] Speaker 2: ... that's when you can start being more lucid in your dreams.

[49:15] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, it's, that's, it's really it. It's, you're starting to identify it, you know? And then I love it when all of a sudden I realize, "I'm in a dream. I'm in..." You know, and then I start interacting in the dream differently.

[49:27] Speaker 2: I always go-

[49:27] Speaker 1: It's fun.

[49:27] Speaker 2: ... "Oh, I'm dreaming."

[49:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[49:29] Speaker 2: "I should be able to fly then. I can do whatever I want in a dream."

[49:32] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[49:32] Speaker 2: And then I, I try and levitate or fly or do something funny. But, um, 'cause I used to practice that quite a bit, and then I would get fairly, got fairly good at it and then, um, it does kinda take work though, 'cause you're journaling to keep that brain-

[49:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Uh-huh.

[49:49] Speaker 2: ... active in, in remembering dreams and being in that dream state. So I did kind of fade out of that, and then I haven't, uh, ever went back to it. But every once in a blue moon, I'll realize I'm in a dream and something I'm always trying to do, something-

[50:05] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[50:06] Speaker 2: ... fun in there, like, "What can I do?" Or ask questions like, "Ooh, this is a place with answers."

[50:12] Speaker 1: See, those are the dreams though. Is it a dream? Is it like we were talking about before on that show? That when I'm here, that one feels like a dream. When I'm there, this one feels like a dream. So see, it's probably, you're stepping into... The ones that feel so real, they're actually visitations. They're actually going places. It's not necessarily, um, symbolic or, or things that we're working through from the current day or the next day. Uh, these are actually, you are going somewhere, probably another dimension, another timeline, another whatever. And so that's why it is so real feeling, because it is.

[50:45] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[50:46] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. Yep.

[50:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. And as far as how to do it more, I mean, that's just gonna happen naturally. We will become more aware of it. Um, so it's allowing, again. Uh, we're always wanting to push it. "I want it to come faster." Just, just trust. That's a big word now. (laughs)

[51:05] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[51:05] Speaker 1: That's a message that comes through so often, is to trust.

[51:08] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[51:09] Speaker 1: Trust and allow. Yeah. We don't have to push.

[51:14] Speaker 2: We're being trained to get out of fear, you guys.

[51:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:17] Speaker 2: Um, because s- 5D has... We're not in fear in 5D.

[51:22] Speaker 1: No.

[51:22] Speaker 2: Everything's taken care of. We're, we're being taken care of in 5D. We don't have to worry.

[51:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:28] Speaker 2: So we're being trained to get there. And so, you know, I read off at the beginning those, uh, what was it? Financial, uh, your finances, your security, your relationships, your self-worth. These are all things that are coming up. And they're coming up because even in the stars and the astrology, it is getting us ready for 5D.

[51:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:49] Speaker 2: And it's moving us vibrationally to become a match to it.

[51:53] Speaker 1: Yep.

[51:53] Speaker 2: Which means we have to let go of these fears that we're not being taken care of or we're in lack of something or any of that.

[52:02] Speaker 1: Right.

[52:02] Speaker 2: So.

[52:03] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[52:04] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:05] Speaker 1: Very nice.

[52:05] Speaker 2: I think we're at that point.

[52:07] Speaker 1: We are. You guys have... They, these are wonderful questions. Thank you so much.

[52:10] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:11] Speaker 1: Um, it's been really cool. Um, if people wanna find you, Tracy, they wanna come to Oregon and have a session... (laughs)

[52:18] Speaker 2: Come to Oregon. (laughs) C- uh, you will find me at qhhtofficial.com under Find a Practitioner or tracymahan.com.

[52:27] Speaker 1: And everything QHHT. If you wanna become a practitioner, we have our courses there. Uh, if you want to have a session, we have, like she's saying, you go to our Find a Practitioner page and you look for someone in your area or where you're willing to travel and, and see who resonates with you. Um, we also have our retreat coming up in Santa Fe, New Mexico. That will be in September, the 3rd through the 7th. And yeah.

[52:50] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[52:51] Speaker 1: Um, and so that's, you know, all these different things. And so you'll find all of that information on there. We do have a code. I'm gonna give you two different codes, so let's not get them mixed up. Uh, for the retreat, um, if you want a discount, and right now it's $200 off the already reduced price, is 5DLOVE. That will get you that. And then if you want a discount off of the level one course, Tracy, take it away.

[53:15] Speaker 2: THEMAGICISREAL, all one word. THEMAGICISREAL. The... Look at all the discounts.

[53:22] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[53:24] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[53:24] Speaker 1: Making it as easy as we can for you, and, and as painless as we can for you. (laughs)

[53:28] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[53:29] Speaker 1: And as fun as we can for you. And, yeah.

[53:32] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[53:32] Speaker 1: That, uh, being, uh, yeah. Something in that. (clears throat)

[53:36] Speaker 2: Ooh, I gotcha.

[53:37] Speaker 1: Um, being reminded... I mean, this, the person that was like, "How do I find the motivation?" Okay, so it's just, just remember. And they're, they're like saying it again, they're repeating, remember why you picked it in the first place. Just remember. Get back to that. (coughs)

[53:53] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[53:53] Speaker 1: (Clears throat) Spit it out. (laughs)

[53:56] Speaker 2: She's over... Okay.

[53:58] Speaker 1: Yeah. Awesome.

[53:59] Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you everybody.

[54:01] Speaker 1: Thank you everybody, yes.

[54:04] Speaker 2: Happy Mother's Day.

[54:04] Speaker 1: Happy Mother's Day. Yeah, thanks Tiffany. (laughs)

[54:05] Speaker 2: Oh, happy Mother's Day.

[54:06] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[54:07] Speaker 2: Ah, thank you, Tiffany.

[54:09] Speaker 1: Absolutely. Yeah.

[54:10] Speaker 2: It's, she was saying that to me, right?

[54:12] Speaker 1: Oh, she was saying it to you? (laughs)

[54:13] Speaker 2: To me. (laughs) All right, you guys.

[54:17] Speaker 1: Or to all the mothers out there.

[54:18] Speaker 2: Happy Mother's Day, Julia.

[54:21] Speaker 1: Happy Mother's Day, Tracy.

[54:21] Speaker 2: Happy Fur Baby Mother's Day.

[54:26] Speaker 1: Yeah, Tiffany.

[54:26] Speaker 2: Tiffany.

[54:26] Speaker 1: (laughs) Yes.

[54:26] Speaker 2: Bye, everybody.

[54:27] Speaker 1: Bye. Bye. Love you.
