Serah has always been fascinated with the deep inner working of the mind. Since the age of 13, she has been consciously studying emotional intelligence.

Having over 15 year success as an actress gave her access to in-depth experience of the full bandwidth of understanding human emotions through character development. Strengthening her skills through private education courses in psychology, NLP & multiple trusted mentors gave her a strong understanding of mindset, human behavioral patterns & relationship dynamics.

Her passion for coaching on the topic of relationships is rooted in her personal experience of overcoming her own limiting beliefs created from an unhealthy, verbally abusive relationship with an elder family member – with whom she lived with at a young age. Unaware of the impact on a young mind, the situation left her emotionally closed off from her own feelings & an unhealthy pattern of thinking that’s how love is given.  Thus, resulting in attracting a string of unhealthy, manipulative romantic relationships.

The lessons led her to deepen her understanding of herself, why she was subconsciously attracting the same partners, how to break those patterns & help others remain open to love & happiness after heartache & broken trust.

Currently Serah’s focus on coaching men provides them with powerful insights into the female mind, wants & needs leading to a mature relationship with themselves & their partner.
