DR. TODD FRISCH

Dr. Todd Frisch is a teacher, speaker and author WTF? Why the Face: A Practical Guide to Understanding Health & Personality Through Facial Diagnosis. He is also the founder and technical advisor of the nationally-acclaimed health transformation program SHAPE ReClaimed.

After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1981, Dr. Todd has never stopped seeking education. He spent endless hours studying the manifestation of illness and took every opportunity to learn something that might help a patient. No book was too technical (or too expensive), no seminar was too far away, no class was too peculiar.

“All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.”

– Arthur Schopenhauer, German philosopher

Dr. Todd’s unquenchable thirst for knowledge led him to receive 2500 hours of post-graduate training in traditional Chinese medicine, 750 hours in nutrition and 80 hours in iridology. He served as president of the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncture and the Council of Chiropractic Acupuncture and currently teaches for the Missouri state license renewal program and at annual SHAPE ReClaimed symposiums.

Dr. Todd has always practiced out-of-the-box techniques in diagnosis and treatment, all with a simple yet determined focus of helping sick people get well. His specialties include restorative medicine, nutrition, homeopathy, kinesiology, acupuncture, iridology, traditional Chinese medicine and facial diagnosis.

In his private practice, each challenge or difficult patient case ignited a desire to be like his childhood hero, Sherlock Holmes, and see what no one else saw. He obsessed over finding that missing puzzle piece and getting to the underlying cause of what’s not right in each patient. While he may have been seen as a quack by his medical contemporaries, Dr. Todd saw amazing successes and even miracles using an individualized and restorative approach to medicine. Today, these methods are becoming more widely accepted because patients demand and deserve better care.
