Master Gu shares his joyous teachings and extensive master skills to train your ability to expand wisdom and energy. Born and raised in China, Master Gu received extensive Qigong training under Grandmaster Pang at the largest Qigong medicine-less hospital in China. He has mastered the unique ability to lead the collective energy field to accelerate personal and global healing. Named The Qigong Master of the Year by the World Congress for Qigong and TCM, Mingtong Gu leads retreats and workshops internationally with tens of thousands of people. Master Gu is the author of key books and the Pure Qi Online series that translate the ancient teachings of Wisdom Healing Qigong for contemporary times.

Master Gu is on faculty for Esalen Institute, Omega Institute, 1440 Multiversity, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, and the Shift Network.  He has been a keynote presenter at Institute of Noetic Science (IONS), Wisdom 2.0, US Journal Training, PBS, and the Festival of Faiths.  He has additionally spoken at VISA, GOOGLE, Mile Hi, and the Energy Psychology Conference. 

He founded the Chi Center, a beautiful 79 acre retreat center located 20 minutes south of Santa Fe, to bring Qigong wisdom to benefit others, based on his success working with all ages and many physical and emotional challenges.

Heather Hansen O’Neill is an award-winning speaker and author who fires up organizations and corporations on leadership, team development, and change management. As President of Find Your Fire, Heather is a Certified Corporate Success Coach, a DiSC facilitator, and Author of mulitiple books including: Find Your Fire and Teams On Fire!



For over 18 years Heather’s company has helped clients from entrepreneurs of new businesses to Fortune 100 companies improve their relationships and lead more effectively in a rapidly changing corporate environment. She has helped her clients create deeper more meaningful relationships in sales and customer service resulting in increased customer loyalty and overall profit. She started out as a professional dancer, injured her foot at the height of her career and was told she could never dance again, and later started her own business. Representative Moreland earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Affairs in 1974 from Antioch University. In his senior year, he participated in Antioch's highly acclaimed "Education Abroad Program," which required him to study in Europe and West Africa, attached to the University of Lagos, where he conducted field research in Nigeria, visiting villages and cities from Badagary in the south to Nguru north of Kanu.
He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Antioch School of Law in 1979. Honors awarded in Law School include the prestigious Lyndon Bains Johnson Congressional Internship. Representative Moreland was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in June 1980.
In 1990 the voters of Washington, D.C. elected Charles J. Moreland to the position of United States Representative. U.S. Senators Jesse L. Jackson and Florence Pendleton were elected at the same time to lobby the U.S. Senate for D.C. Statehood.
Representative Moreland was re-elected to a second term in November 1992, receiving more than 140,000 votes--one of the highest vote-totals in Washington, D.C. history. He chose not to seek re-election in 1994. From 1991 to 1994 Rep. Moreland taught Business Law at Southeastern University in Washington, D.C. Charles J. Moreland is a skilled and experienced lobbyist who has worked on Capitol Hill as a political professional since 1978. He served as the chief National Lobbyist for The D.C. Voting Rights Amendment, and traveled to 15 states to introduce the bill before state legislatures.
Representative Moreland is Founder and Chairman of The New Columbia Publishing Company, Inc. He is The Publisher of the New Columbia Times Newspaper, and Author of “The Way To Freedom From Life’s Many Addictions,” a faith-based healing guide

A proud native Washingtonian, Anise Jenkins is a two-time graduate of Howard University (BA in political science and Masters in Business Administration) and currently resides in the Shaw neighborhood in the District of Columbia.



Jenkins is the executive director of Stand Up! for Democracy in DC (Free DC).  Since its inception, Stand Up! / Free DC was the only grassroots organization in the District of Columbia focused primarily on the pursuit of statehood.  Recognizing that only through being admitted to the Union as a state, will DC residents be able to rise above the ongoing oppression by members of Congress.  This year, Stand Up!  is celebrating two decades of agitating, educating, organizing and mobilizing for DC statehood. 



Anise is passionately committed to all forms of equal civil and human rights causes.  She was named one of the 50 most influential people in Washington, DC in 2013 by The Washington Informer, received a Trailblazer Award in 2005 from the National Congress of Black Women, is a 2002 recipient of a Human Rights Community Award from the United Nations Association of the National Capital Area and is a member of DC Area Phi Beta Kappa Association.
