Lincoln Gregar, has had the gift of channeling the Higher Self Consciousness his entire life and has been bringing through public messages since 2007. Before ever hearing the term channel or medium, Lincoln was already channeling his school papers with ease during his teenage years. It was after his meeting with Jananda Korsholm in 2004 that Lincoln was guided to more fully explore and strengthen this inborn ability to channel the Higher Self Consciousness. He was the previous publisher of BioMechanics and has been involved in every aspect of the medical publishing industry for 30 years. He started with Current Podiatry in 1991, moved to Podiatry Today in 1992 and created BioMechanics in 1994 to deliver a multi-disciplinary audience. In 2009, he created the start-up publication Lower Extremity Review as well as the interactive and book publishing divisions.

A frequently requested reader, teacher, and entertainer in the Tampa Bay area; Sarah has been featured on both radio and television.  She has written for many publications and has been the featured astrologer for Paradise News Magazine of St. Petersburg Beach, FL for the last 16 years.  

Sarah is a Past President and Honorary Lifetime Member of the Astrological Association of St. Petersburg, Florida; which she joined in 1984, and founder of SPICA St. Petersburg International Community of Astrologers 2017.  She is a member of ISAR, the International Society for Astrological Research, and attends conferences by UAC, United Astrology Congress, where she studies and consults with astrologers worldwide.
