JoAnn Windholz is an American politician from the state of Colorado. A Republican, Windholz served one term in the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 30. Windholz is from Commerce City, Colorado

Tim Neville is a former Republican member of the Colorado State Senate from state senate District 16. Neville assumed office on January 7, 2015. Neville left office on January 8, 2019.

In the Senate, Neville served as vice-chair of the Business Labor and Technology Committee, chairman of the Finance Committee, member of the Education Committee, chair of the Legislative Audit Committee, and vice chair of the Sales & Use Tax Simplification Task Force during the interim of 2018.

Neville received his bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from Regis University. His professional experience includes managing Neville Insurance Associates, working in food distribution sales, and working in restaurant management
