Hello All,

We haven’t had snowfall this season. But, we have had the delight of the cherry blossom snow starting to fall. You can see it all over the ground and everywhere the rain and wind send it. It sticks to everything when it is wet.

On this program, we deal with all aspects of aging. And one part of adding on the birthdays is living with memories. Our first guests this afternoon, Deanna Adams,  has written extensively about rock-n-roll memories, detailing a more innocent time when we baby boomer were captivated by music that spoke for our generations.

This show deals with families in all their many sizes and shapes. One guest - Carolie Warren - has written a book, entitled "But Mama Why Does Grandpa Get To?" This volume is designed to teach young people about care giving and the role that they might play in this process. In oyher words, it helps them become more mature and meaningful members of a family.

Being comfortable is a goal that virtually everybody works towards. And these efforts might become more pronounced as we age and feeling at ease becomes an increasingly higher priority. Our two guests today work to help aging people gain the comfort in their homes that they deserve.

If you are settling for the symptoms of premature aging, fatigue, lacking a feeling of well-being, then join me today as my guest Chef Keidi shares his wisdom and knowledge on the importance of the food we eat, how we prepare it and how it can heal us! It's time to consider a New Life Paradigm.” You are what you eat.

Today we discuss Women's Health through herbs with Latricia Wright the owner and founder of Olive Seed. We will be discussing not only how herbs can be used in our daily diet to counteract aging related illness, but also the many ways in which to use and integrate them.
