My background is as diverse as my interests.  I spent my childhood and early adult years in South Africa. Looking back the challenges life presented me were the best oppertunities I needed to allign myself to my true purpose. After immigrating to the Unites States, at the age of 30 I was diagnosed with cancer. It was this this experience that brought the deep realiztion that I was contributing to my disease. In that moment I shifted my life and learned the power of  self-healing, trust and focus.
