Hi! My name is Steve Jordan and I’m grateful you’re taking the first step towards a healthy and fit lifestyle.
I’ve always loved to exercise and feel good. I was the kid who couldn’t sit still in class and would much rather be playing a sport or playing with friends.
Jonathan has been to Waverly Hills Sanatorium, Mansfield Reformatory, Renaissance Hotel, Grey's Armory. He felt a presence at Waverly and possibly caught an apparition in a picture. Jonathan enjoys spending time with his children and family. He strives to making the most out of every day and doing everything while he can.
Kathryn Thomas is the Executive Director of Yoga 4 Change located in Florida, as well as the CEO of ANAMAR Environmental Consulting, Inc. After serving in the United States Navy as a helicopter pilot, she began studying to become a Yoga teacher through the Yoga School of Kailua. Upon moving to Jacksonville, Florida, she witnessed the need for mental, emotional, and physical healing in her new community and started Yoga 4 Change to fill that void.
Melissa Walden is a psychotherapist in private practice in Madison, WI, and is the co-founder of the Eating Disorder Support Network. She has a master’s degree in mental health counseling, is a licensed professional counselor through the state of Wisconsin, and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Ms. Walden has worked at the inpatient, residential, partial, and now outpatient levels of care.
For over 25 years, Bob Gajda, executive director of the Health Plus Network, has been helping athletes from all sports recover from injuries and enhance their performance. Bob has personally trained a Who’s Who list of top professional athletes, including greats like Jom McMahon, Gary Fencik, Mike Singletary, John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, Tracey Austin, to name a few, as well as worked with many college, Olympic, and professional teams like the 1984 and 1988 U.S.
Peter Chowka is an author, journalist, media analyst and commentator on a wide range of issues including national politics, health care, media and popular culture. He has over four decades of experience reporting for a variety of publications and media. In 2017, Peter wrote over 150 articles for American Thinker and The Hagmann Report.
Professor Valter Longo is internationally recognized as a leader in the field of aging studies and related diseases. His discoveries include some of the major genetic pathways that regulate aging and life-threatening diseases and the identification of a genetic mutation that protects men from several common diseases.
Michelle Beber is an award-winning author, certified angel intuitive, spiritual teacher, lightworker, and certified grief recovery specialist. Michelle's mission is to teach, touch, and entertain children with her uniquely inspired stories. Being an agnostic to a believer in life after death in one fell swoop. Luckily, she didn't have a near-death experience, but she did receive an after-death communication from her mother who had died 17 years earlier. Michelle gives lectures about angels and ADCs and has classes for children and adults.
