Ann Druffel "James McDonald & the Fight for UFO Science"

In "James McDonald & the Fight For UFO Science" longtime pioneering UFO researcher and author Ann Druffel discusses her research into James McDonald, who was one of the first scientists to actually examine the UFO phenomenon scientifically.  Druffel describes how McDonald, as an atmospheric physicist, began to stumble across UFO reports, which he investigated on his own time.  McDonald soon became a leader in the field, consulting with various experts such as J. Allen Hynek and Jacques Vallee.  She describes several specific Arizona UFO sightings which McDonald exhaustively investigated.  She describes how McDonald had to fight to bring respect to the subject, and how he died under suspicious circumstances while putting together a compendium of radar confirmed UFO cases.  Druffel also discusses her research into the famous Tujunga Canyon UFO Abductions, and her research into how to prevent UFO abductions from occurring.
