3 levels of healing: 1. Subconscious Mind . 2. Character defects (fears, worries, anxiety, etc). 3. Under-world ghost river (SAF). Another important aspect is: Processing. Star of Bathleham: trauma, grief. Wild Oats: Purpose, mission and calling in life. Pine: guilt, never content with what they have done, being hard on yourself, self-criticism (Also Rock water helps). Deserve punishment because its my fault, shame, self-blame, self-condemnation, not good enough, low self-esteem and respect.
