Group question: (Read by Jim) Our question tonight, Quo, has to do with how we, as seekers, can deal with adversity. Our third-density illusion has the purpose, it seems, of providing us catalyst and by using this catalyst we hopefully can grow into greater understanding of our place in the universe and of how to be of service. Sometimes, though, the catalyst is either too much, or we feel like were getting burned out, or its boringly repetitive and were getting tired of doing the work, or for some reason, we just feel discouraged and could use some words of inspiration, something perhaps other than, Well, remember that youre all one, or Persevere, persevere.

Carla Rueckert is an experienced channel who has honed her skill for more than 30 years. She is known as the channel for The Law of One series, which was channeled by tuned trance in the early 1980s, as well as the channel and/or author of many other books, including Secrets of the UFO (1976), The Crucifixion of Esmerelda Sweetwater (1989), A Channeling Handbook (1996), A Wanderers Handbook (2001) and A Book of Days; Channelings from the Holy Spirit (2007).
She has been a conscious tuned channel since 1974 and is best known, in this category, for her work with the extraterrestrial source, Q'uo, whom she has channeled since the mid-1980s. Q'uo and Ra are both part of a group that calls itself "The Confederation of Planets in Service to the One Infinite Creator". The messages offer insight for spiritual seekers.
