Giovanni Rocco is a retired law enforcement officer and federal covert operative with more than thirty years of service and training experience. He is the author of “Giovanni’s Ring: My life Inside the Real Sopranos” in which details his most difficult undercover role and the years he spent as an FBI undercover agent inside the Italian-American mafia.

He contributes to the development of mental health and rehabilitation programs designed to engage and strengthen the resiliency of our nation’s law enforcement community. The insight and strategies Giovanni shares in his lectures and trainings were acquired through years of exemplary service with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.

Chalane Miller is a professional wellness advocate, writer and researcher who has spent the past decade using her knowledge and expertise to design, develop and implement ways to improve methods training and protocols of youth sport curriculums. She has given countless presentations on her findings in health related topics, spoken to hundreds of kids parents and young adults on setting and achieving goals through a total body approach focusing on the mind body and spirit through nutrition fitness programming emotion and most of all… passion. She believes everyone has the ability to succeed, find their grit and surprise themselves with the capabilities beyond what they never thought was possible.

Dr. Sam Berne, a holistic health practitioner and author has been recognized as a leading expert in the field of Behavioral/Neurodevelopmental Optometry and Vision Therapy for more than twenty-nine years.

 

He developed innovative methods for healing the mind-body-spirit through eye therapy. His revolutionary Developmental Learning Program (DLP) provides individuals with natural alternatives for improving vision and overall health. Dr. Berne offers a holistic method that helps children with a variety of developmental delays from autism to Attention Deficit Disorder.  DLP uses Primitive reflex therapy, Continuum movement, Vision therapy, Light/color therapy, Craniosacral therapy and Medicinal Essential oils to aid patients with neurological problems.

 

Via his successful private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico and his informative workshops and retreats throughout the United States and Europe, Dr. Berne has promoted his unconventional philosophy of “throwing out labels, letting go of cookbook solutions and treating patients from the present forward.” Opposed to measuring a patient’s problems based on only mainstream ideas, Dr. Berne  has historically treated patients on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Throughout his career, Dr. Berne has written four insightful books and produced a DVD on autism. His first book,  Creating Your Personal Vision, was a huge success and its publication led to multiple broadcast interviews in New York and Los Angeles as well as nationally syndicated radio shows.

 

Dr. Berne teaches an extensive number of professional workshops in fields from Holistic Vision Therapy, Primitive Reflex Therapy and Helping Traumatic Brain-Injured Patients to Methods to Help ADD-Autism, Light Therapy and Subtle Energies. He lectures as a visiting professor at venues including The Esalen Institute, The Bodhi Manda Retreat Center and The Crossings-Austin with curriculums geared toward cutting edge ideas, human potential and healing.  He leads weekend retreats devoted to Vision Therapy and Electrophotonic Imaging, called Vision Energetics, a process that opens one’s consciousness and healing through the measurement of the body’s energy fields and the use of a variety of eye-vision-brain techniques which incorporate sound, breathe, movement and light/color to help change one’s consciousness.

 

Boasting an international following, Dr. Berne is often asked to lead his holistic health/vision retreats in cities ranging from Hawaii to Bimini, Bahamas where special needs children and their families have the opportunity to swim with Atlantic Spotted Wild Dolphins and have access to treatment.



Attendees experience primitive reflexes, light/color therapy and/or vision therapy activities and engage in therapeutic swimming with the dolphins.   The retreats give the group a chance to live within a community of like-minded people, interact with nature and work on focus, clarity, intention and spiritual expansion of their vision.

 

Dr. Berne takes pride in having earned Special Awards for Service from the Behavioral Optometrists in Mexico for providing many of his innovative holistic ideas to help children. In addition to lecturing and healing, Dr. Berne enjoys giving back to the community by opening up his private observatory to teach children and adults about astronomy. He jumps at the opportunity to share his knowledge of stars to spark the imagination of others.  Dr. Berne volunteers for local organizations where help is most needed, notably he regularly serves food at a local homeless shelter in Santa Fe.

Multidisciplinary artist TRISHES challenges the confines of art and constructs of self by using live looping, visual art and spoken word to delve into our psyches. Her undeniably original songwriting, fleshed out by hip-hop beats and pop hooks, examines human struggle through an anthropological lens to prompt listeners on a journey of self-inquiry.

As a musician, the Trinidadian-American has been featured on NPR, Billboard, Rolling Stone India, MTV India, and VH1 India; and she has performed internationally, playing festivals like SXSW, CMW, Women’s Redrock Festival, Tune In Tel Aviv, Linda Perry’s Rock N Relief, Pyramid Yoga Festival and more. Her visual art has been part of Adidas “Nite Jogger” campaign and she has been nominated for Best Music Video at the South Asian Film Festival three years in a row, including one nomination for her directorial debut on her music video “Gaslight.”

The artist’s passion for arts and activism has garnered her invitations to speak all around the world including at TEDxDelthorneWomen in Los Angeles, The Independent’s 50th Anniversary in New York, and at XP Music Futures in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

 Her debut album “The Id” came out in October 2021 and the artist gave her first TEDx talk at TEDxDelthorneWomen in December of 2021.

TRISHES isn’t only known as an artist – her passion for racial justice and her background as an immigrant has led her to work on campaigns for Crooked Media and the Progressive Turnout Project, as well as performing and volunteering with the Bernie Sanders campaign in 2020. Hosein has also written political pieces for Talkhouse, Brown Girl Magazine and Valley Doll Magazine. Outside of her artistic endeavors, she enjoys volunteering with her unhoused neighbors, resettling refugees in Los Angeles and canvassing for progressive political candidates.

Extremely versatile in any style within the film and TV music industry, Emmy Nominated Philip Giffin has composed, arranged, orchestrated and conducted music to numerous features and television programs including, “Die Hard I,” “Die Hard II,” “Lethal Weapon I,” “Lethal Weapon II,” “Sommersby,” “Pee Wee’s Big Adventure,” “Like Mike,” “Fatal Instinct,” “Beethoven’s 3rd,” “Beethoven’s 4th,” “Soul Plane,” “Muppets Tonight,” “The Simpsons,” and many more.

Disney gave Philip a full orchestra every week to score 93 episodes of their acclaimed animated series, “Darkwing Duck.” Philip has also scored a multitude of successful TV movies and episodic television shows. To name a few, they are: ABC’s “Eyes”, starring Tim Daly, Fox’s “K Ville”, starring Anthony Anderson, and WB’s “Summerland” starring, Jesse McCartney and Zach Efron.

Giffin also produced a vocal duet of Michael Feinstein & Liza Minnelli singing the Gershwin standard, “Embraceable You” for Mr. Feinstein’s latest album, “Gershwin Country”.

Phil recently finished emceeing and music directing his original compositions and arrangements for “Shambles.”

These twenty live shows were created by Cirque du Soleil director Stefan Haves, and took place at Tim Robbins’ “Actor’s Gang Theater” in Los Angeles.

Dave grew up in a military family where hard work and sacrifice were taught. It is here that he learned the importance of our country and its impact on the world. A deep commitment to faith, patriotism, and civic duty are the cornerstones of his upbringing, as well as continual sources of strength and guidance.

Dave met his wife, Emily, his senior year of high school. They dated during their early years of college and married shortly after. They had their first child in December 2016.

He has served in several leadership capacities in both small business and local politics. Dave currently serves as Vice-President of Logistics for a manufacturing support services company where he helps bring businesses together to find tailored solutions for their customers.

From 2011-2013, Dave served as Vice-Chairman of the El Paso County Republican Party. While serving, he showed a steadfast commitment to the cause of liberty and freedom. Dave believes we need to encourage and hold accountable our elected representatives to support such principles.

In 2016, Dave was the first Latino elected to House District 15. He is providing new energy and enthusiasm that will help strengthen our community and Colorado. Dave is committed to working with the grassroots to further the cause of liberty and ensure that freedom is passed on to future generations.
