In 2010 my daughter at the age of 21 years old was involved in a domestic violence relationship and had her children removed from her home. Going through this court process with my daughter I come to realize that their was a lack of resources that was needed when a young mother is fighting for her life and after seeing my daughter loose her job, car and home, watching her live on the streets living from hotel to motel was heart breaking. This journey lead my daughter to give up on her children , and for her to fall into the 15% of girls who fail to take responsibility for herself, became a victim per statistics, who falls into the category, having no hope to thrive back into social growth as a responsible parent and young adult. Loosing her children due to a lack of financial resources to take care of herself and to be able too financially support her children was devastating for me to watch. I was then taken off my journey to rescue my grandson who was given to the abuser his father, and the paternal grandmother who was neglectful of my grandson mentally and physically. I decided to attain the resources that was needed to establish my non-profit and seek further education under the direction of my now advisory board at N.AN.O.E organization since 2014, where I had received my CNC, CNE, CDE also I attended JFK University where I had received my Leadership certification under the direction of mayor Tim Grayson and supervisor Federal Glover of Contra Costa County. I then continued to complete research year and a half and come to realize that their were 85% of girls my foundation could help and their were 15 % percent of girls I was not able to help statistically that had chosen the streets as their family.
