The Sports Doctor Guest, Matt Dahl April 07, 2021
Creator of the innovative Sanddune Stepper

California native and owner of Sanddune Stepper, Matt Dahl, currently resides off the beautiful Colorado River in Parker, Az. For the last 53 years, Matt has dedicated himself to training (training for what?). Everyday Matt proves wrong the myth old men can’t reclaim their movement and MANHOOD. Today at 67, Matt still throws on the skates, hops on the Harley or jet ski and rides.

The Sanddune Stepper is a great prehab or rehab and performance tool for ANYBODY from pee wees to professionals to the elderly. What once started out as a tool for... Matt saw the need for entering Neurological and Rehabilitation genres that led to athletes and coaches using the Sanddune Stepper now at the highest level of performance training.

Longtime Anti-Abortion Activist Kristi Burton Brown Could Be the Next CO GOP Leader

As Chair of the Colorado GOP, I will build an effective state-wide collaboration network that works with our grassroots and advocacy organizations, our elected officials, and our candidates to win back our state.

I am a unifier and a collaborator. I know the only way we move forward is when we strategize together and do not divide ourselves.

I will transform the State Party into a service-oriented organization for our county parties and our candidates instead of a top-down, control group.

I will reform and revitalize our communications strategy, broaden the reach of our Party, and go directly to the voters.

We must expose the Democrats (and WE WILL!), but we must go a step further and paint a future-focused, forward-facing, positive vision for Colorado. It’s about Jobs, Kids, and the American Dream.

Grassroots and Party benefactors believe in my plan and are already committed to coming alongside me to build a vibrant State Party. We will implement business models and grow our small dollar donor program for longterm success.

I will work to recruit effective candidates across the state who represent their diverse districts. We must ensure that candidates have the resources and training necessary to win.

for a Romping Repertoire of Vintage Jazz and Blues Tunes

that will Have You Jumping with Joy!

Exclusive Interview!

Six-time Grammy nominee Maria Muldaur, who’s been dubbed “The First Lady of Roots Music” for previous albums touching on her wide-ranging influences from blues, country, folk, jazz and even jug band music, continues her exploration of the great American roots music songbook. On her latest excursion, this time into the vintage jazz and blues sounds of the 1920s/’30s, Maria teams up with acclaimed New Orleans street band Tuba Skinny for Let’s Get Happy Together, releasing May 7th on Stony Plain Records.

Maria Muldaur is best known world-wide for her 1974 mega-hit “Midnight at the Oasis,” which received several Grammy nominations, and enshrined her forever in the hearts of Baby Boomers everywhere; but despite her considerable pop music success, her 55-plus year career could best be described as a long and adventurous odyssey through the various forms of American Roots Music. During the Folk Revival of the early '60s, she began exploring and singing early Blues, Bluegrass and Appalachian “Old Timey” Music, beginning her recording career in 1963 with the Even Dozen Jug Band and shortly thereafter, joining the very popular Jim Kweskin Jug Band, touring and recording with them throughout the '60s.
