Ronna Wineberg is the award-winning author of a new book, Artifacts and Other Stories, which was a finalist for the Eric Hoffer Book Award. These fourteen stories explore the joys and limitations of love, the coming together and breaking apart of relationships. Desire, love, marriage, betrayal, divorce, illness, aging, loss, and fresh starts dominate the characters’ lives.
These vibrant, deeply human characters wrestle with profound changes in their closest relationships and in their own emotional inner worlds. Publisher’s Weekly praised Artifacts and Other Stories: “In these skillfully crafted short stories all accented with crisp wry dialogue,…Wineberg does not shy away from life’s messes…hums with energy and originality…” The US Review of Books also praised the book: “Wineberg is a wonderful storyteller…” More information is on Ronna Wineberg’s website: www.ronnawineberg.com
