Good morning Lisa.
Heart centred leadership conversation continues – this week we want to talk about related party transactions, conflicts of interest, ethics, values and boundaries
Excited this week we have another host joining us – Irene Lomis and I’m going to let Lisa introduce Irene to todays panel.
What are related party transactions in business and corporations, why is it important to talk about them and how do they relate to governance.
Conflicts of interest – a very hot topic both here in Australian and internationally. Why do we get this wrong so often, what are the key components to getting it right, why must every business have policy and procedure around conflict of interest?
Ethics and values – what the difference is, why are they important, how do we manage them within the governance framework?
Boundaries and how this relates to the whole show today
Let’s discuss a difficult topic – white male privilege and patriarchy and how this plays into this conversation particularly. Why we have to keep talking about it and why its not about men vs women – leaving this here if we have time I have an interesting story around this to share?
Next week’s show – The Heart centred leadership convo continues with another special guest.
