SHOW DESCRIPTION
The topic of diversity and equality in the workplace today is highly relevant and very timely. Even though women make up about half the population, they are severely underrepresented in management, leadership, and entrepreneurial positions in the modern workforce.
This is so, even though women have so much value that they can bring to the table, whether it be their well-developed interpersonal skills, greater aptitude for empathy, or greater awareness of the needs of women and families.
Linda Fisk is at the front lines of advocating for more female presence in the business domain and is an ardent supporter of the brave women thriving in a traditionally male-dominated space.
Linda is the CEO and Founder of LeadHERship Global, a community of unstoppable women enhancing their leadership blueprint and embracing their power to be the best version of themselves - in both work and life.
In this empowering episode of The Alchemy of Business, she powerfully makes a case for why businesses today absolutely NEED more female leaders and provides much inspiration and suggestions for how women can improve themselves and their business careers.
