LL Research Quo Communications with Carla Rueckert
Carla Rueckert is an experienced channel who has honed her skill for more than 30 years. She is known as the channel for The Law of One series, which was channeled by tuned trance in the early 1980s, as well as the channel and/or author of many other books, including Secrets of the UFO (1976), The Crucifixion of Esmerelda Sweetwater (1989), A Channeling Handbook (1996), A Wanderers Handbook (2001) and A Book of Days; Channelings from the Holy Spirit (2007).
She has been a conscious tuned channel since 1974 and is best known, in this category, for her work with the extraterrestrial source, Q'uo, whom she has channeled since the mid-1980s. Q'uo and Ra are both part of a group that calls itself "The Confederation of Planets in Service to the One Infinite Creator". The messages offer insight for spiritual seekers. Carla’s background in education is in philosophy and English Literature, in which she majored as an undergraduate at the University of Louisville, graduating in 1966, and as a librarian. She took a degree in Library Service from Spalding University in 1971. She is now the Librarian of the L/L Research Metaphysical Library, a special collection which has become more distinguished through the years as many metaphysical authors have donated their material to the Library and many seekers have donated their books and other materials in the area of the paranormal and metaphysical to the Library.
Carla is a minister of the Universal life Church, in order that she may perform weddings and other services when asked. In her personal life in faith, she is a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Anchorage, Kentucky. Carla has been married to James Allen McCarty since 1987. They live at Camelot, in Anchorage, with their three cats.
Carla L. Rueckert (McCarty) was born in 1943 in Lake Forest, Illinois. She completed undergraduate studies in English Literature at the University of Louisville in 1966 and master’s degree studies in Library Service in 1971. She served as librarian and bibliographer to college and school libraries for six years. She was a meditator with the group Don started in early 1962, and became partners with Don in L/L Research in 1968. In 1970, she turned full-time to assisting Don with his research. She read and abstracted books and periodicals, and did correspondence and writing for Don. In 1974, she began channeling. She continues these activities. In 1987, she married Jim McCarty. She enjoys corresponding with a wide variety of wanderers, readers and spiritual seekers of all kinds, as well as reading romances, fantasy, sci-fi and mysteries, gardening, cooking and writing. She continues her channeling efforts with non-trance Saturday meditation meetings. On behalf of L/L Research’s Metaphysical Library, she has been collecting books, tapes and other material in the areas of metaphysical and UFO research since 1970, and invites those who are disposing of metaphysically oriented materials to remember that L/L Research is glad to receive such donations. She lives with three cats, Jim, and GLB in Louisville, Kentucky.

Later, his meteoric rise as a drug dealer in San Francisco, California to the gay "party and play" (PNP) scene culminates with a warning from a living angel. After two arrests, encounters with other angels and many mystical experiences, the author transcends his lifelong battles.
He speaks with eloquence of the coming shift in consciousness which coincides with the Mayan calendar's end date of December 21, 2012. He now devotes his life to spirituality, writing and broadcasting his radio show, A Fireside Chat With Zany Mystic. During the 1970's, I did Werner Erhard's EST training, their Six Day Experience, the Advocate Experience, Vipassana meditation training. Prior, I was in an esoteric school studying Gurdjieff and Ouspensky. I chose to leave, upon discovering that the teaching had turned into a cult. My closest friends were the first two students to join the "Fellowship of Friends" run by Robert Burton, and we worked on many projects relating to spirituality over the years.
For the past 12 years, I've done pro bono healing with an international group of professional healers. We do remote healing, for those in need.
