A Colorado District attorney makes the courageous and just decision to not file any charges against a driver caught in a mob protest blocking the interstate. One of the rioters has been charged with attempted murder after firing his gun at the driver and the organizers of the riot are also facing charges. Today on the Chuck and Julie show we break down the legal basis for the decisions. As well as take a look at the decision to indict one of the officers in the Breonna Taylor death.
