Edmund Russell is the Executive Director of the California Police Athletic Federation (CPAF) bringing 15 years of experience as a Board Member and three years as the Executive Director. Edmund recently retired from the Los Angeles Police Department after providing 31 years of service to the City of Los Angeles. Edmund was an accomplished tennis player in both the US and World games since 1988, earning many medals. When approached by a fellow board member to help with the Games, Edmund jumped at the opportunity.
