Todd Donovan is a former Lieutenant/Paramedic (Retired) with the Derry, NH Fire Department and has been with the department for 20 years but has been a paramedic for 30 years. He lives in Chester, NH, with his wife, Nicole, of 31 years with four great children (empty-nesters now).
Freedom Hill Consulting, where Todd is the CEO, consults with emergency services organizations to manage and strategize their data and to achieve accreditation. Todd is also the President of the Board of Directors at the National Alliance on Mental Illness in New Hampshire.

Dr.Mawusi Arnett is a physician-entrepreneur with a background in health disparities research and Board-certifications in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Arnett earned a BA from Princeton University, a MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and a MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
