Have you ever asked for a moment of Peace?

How often do you have a conversation with someone and after it ends you feel tired or drained? Too often? ! Do you ever have conversations where you feel tension building in your abdomen and experience a sense of frustration? These signs, fatigue and frustration, are two signals that your interactions were lacking in Authenticity.

Our world presents us with challenges seemingly every day!  We live in an experience where everyone wants things to go their way…always.  Yet, without those perceived ‘speed bumps’ on life’s pathway we seldom learn the vastly more important qualities we are here to remember.  These aspects of the journey include humility, tenacity and compassion for others.  Our lives are the cultivation of spiritual lessons and wisdom acquisition while also learning how to live in Joy.

When we access heart and our authentic voices in group you begin to realize how much we run on assumption. Because Heart is all about no story, just bits and pieces of information that have coalesced into patterns. If you realize that it is all just fuzzy photons which are bits of light in arrays of patterns you can start to engage differently and it is fun to see what is possible. Those fuzzy photons are subject to change. Just because a pattern is a pattern doesn't mean it has to stay in that particular pattern.
