Whiplash Talk with Sunshine
My Ascension Journey
Living in the Now: Sunshine on Ascension, Synchronicity, Music, and Returning to Joy
Sunshine Returns to a Solo Monologue
In this episode of Whiplash Talk, host Sunshine returns to what she calls an “old school” monologue format, speaking directly to listeners without a guest or co-host. She explains that the show feels source-inspired and that she wants to give an honest update on her ascension journey. Sunshine reflects on how many people who once shared the path have moved into different phases of life, while she remains committed to speaking openly about the challenges, humor, growth, and uncertainty that come with spiritual transformation.
Staying in the Now While Being a Planner
A central theme of the episode is Sunshine’s struggle to live in the present while also having spent much of her life as a professional planner. She shares that the place where she now lives is much more expensive than where she previously lived, with higher costs for groceries, gas, rent, and everyday life. Even though she still feels she is meant to be there, she describes the tension between trusting the present moment and feeling trained to plan ahead. She openly discusses the embarrassment, ego, and self-questioning that can arise when faith, manifestation, or timing do not unfold exactly as expected.
Wisdom Arriving Through Friends, Songs, and Synchronicity
Sunshine says that several friends recently sent her messages, poems, songs, memes, and posts that arrived with uncanny timing and perfectly matched what she had been sensing for the show. She interprets this as an example of how Source can work through people, even when they may not realize the significance of what they are sharing. She recalls a recent webinar with Dr. Samuel B. Lee, where the idea that consciousness is like a ladder helped her visualize ascension more clearly. Another line from that webinar - that “all great things lie on the other side of fear” - becomes a key point in her reflection on fear, performance, music, and self-expression.
Birdi's Poem and the Call to Stay in the Heart
Sunshine reads a poem written by her friend Birdi titled “Simulation.” The poem describes life as something people write, direct, act in, and experience, while reminding listeners that fear does not have to control the world they create. Sunshine highlights the poem’s message that people can stay peaceful in the heart as ascension nears, pay attention to signs and symbols, and find answers by remaining heart-centered. This leads into her broader teaching about moving thoughts from the mind into the heart and making decisions through the heart center rather than through fear or mental noise.
Songs as Spiritual Messages
Music plays a major role in the episode. Sunshine discusses “Paradise” by Coldplay, connecting its lyrics about dreaming of paradise, stormy nights, and the sun setting to rise with her own belief that difficult situations may contain hidden blessings. She also shares “Pocketful of Sunshine” by Natasha Bedingfield, interpreting its lyrics about a secret place, freedom from control, and smiling up to the sky as resonant with themes of spiritual liberation and moving beyond fear. Later, she reflects on “Let in the Sun” by Take That, connecting its imagery of opening windows and letting in light to the idea of opening the eyes as windows to the soul and receiving support from “balcony people” who cheer us on from beyond.
Prison Planet, Disclosure, and Spiritual Identity
Sunshine also references a post titled “Slaves No More” from forthepeople.space, which discusses Earth as a prison planet, spiritual amnesia, mind control, and the recovery of divine identity. She connects this material with her own reflections on how people are programmed to identify with careers, roles, ego, and physical identity rather than the spirit within. While she says she learned good things in church and still finds value in the Bible, she also explains that she now focuses on going within, communing with her own spirit, and remembering that the true self is spiritual rather than the outer “earth suit.”
Manifesting, Money, and the Heart-Centered Path
In the second half, Sunshine discusses two manifestation songs from Affirmation Club and Pamela Kurt: “I Always Get What I Want” and “I Don’t Chase, I Attract.” She uses their lyrics to talk honestly about money, responsibility, bills, timing, and the difficulty of remaining in trust when financial obligations are approaching. She explains that manifestation is not always easy when the mind is trained to anticipate problems, but she encourages listeners to practice the “mind-to-heart drop,” directing thoughts into the heart and making choices from the heart center and highest excitement.
Life as a River, Not a Pie
Sunshine shares one of her longtime teachings: life’s opportunities are not like a pie with limited slices, but like a river that continually flows. She explains that when someone dips a cup into the river and receives an opportunity, it does not diminish the depth or flow for anyone else. Others downstream can still receive their own opportunities. For Sunshine, this image encourages listeners to take the opportunities that resonate with their highest excitement and leave the rest for others, trusting that abundance continues to move.
Choosing Highest and Best Excitement
Near the close, Sunshine reflects on her own highest excitement: music, helping people, and helping people through music. She shares that she owns a keyboard, guitar, and tuning forks, wants to learn singing bowls, and has begun reaching out to local university music programs and potential guitar teachers. She says she walked away from music earlier in life because she could not see a practical future in it, but now recognizes it as part of her legacy and reason for being here. She encourages listeners to ask what they walked away from, what still lives inside them, and what brings peace, anchoring, joy, and excitement.
Closing with Honesty, Gratitude, and Encouragement
Sunshine closes by admitting that she does not have everything figured out. She says she has conquered some things, still struggles with others, and is facing financial challenges, but also feels peace and anchoring where she lives. She thanks BBS Radio, syndicated stations, listeners, supporters ending with love and appreciation. The episode ultimately presents ascension as a lived, imperfect, heart-centered journey shaped by music, synchronicity, humor, faith, vulnerability, and the courage to return to what truly brings joy.

Welcome. Welcome. Welcome, everyone, to Whiplash Talk. This is Sunshine, and I am so excited to be here with you today. I am going back to old school.
I'm going monologue, everybody. You get me. Me and only me. I'm super, super excited to be with you. So much to share with you.
I really feel that this is a a source inspired show, and that we're just gonna have a wonderful time together. There are going to be links in my show page that BBS is going put on the show page. So you don't have to worry about taking too many notes. A lot of the stuff will be there. But some of the things, that you may want to take some notes on.
And so grab a piece of paper and a pen unless you're driving, and then just know that you can always reference back to the show when it's posted after it's after it's been put up, on bbsradio.com/whiplashtalk. Okay. I have really been working hard on, trying to talk to different people that are on the same journey that we're on. And just asking them, you know, what has your ascension journey been like? What has your journey been like?
You know, has it been tough? Has it been easy? Has it been rough? Has it been funny? Has it been daunting?
You know, what what has been going on? And and as I suspected that a lot of people's journeys are different, and they experience different things because we all have different things that we're shedding and going through. And so when I started this show, I told you guys that I would be brutally honest that, you know, I didn't really know what it was gonna be like swimming through the mud on the way to Ascension, but that I would always be honest with you and that I would that I would just pour it out there. And so today is the day that I'm just gonna give you an update on where I'm at, and where things are going. And it's gonna be funny, and and and good, and exciting.
And hopefully hopefully, they'll give you some tools to use for your journey as well. It's really interesting whenever you're on this walk. And even even with the changes from, you know, let's just say a year ago, a little over a year ago, you know, we had so many people plugged in and doing shows and listening. And one by one, they've gone to do other things. You know, life happens and and things and people move on.
And and so I thought I just wanted to let you know that I'm here and that I too have had things, you know, change and move and grow as you know. But I just wanted to to work through some stuff with you. It's a little rough today because my headphones aren't working, and BBS is literally having to count me in on things. And so it's a big teamwork behind the scenes. We've got major teamwork with our radio rock star behind the scenes, and we should write a song.
Radio rock star. But but, anyway, I'm flying blind, but that's okay. It doesn't matter because I know what I wanna talk about, and we'll just we'll just lay it out there. It'll be perfect. So today, I wanna talk to you about how people that are on this journey and people that aren't on this journey can speak wisdom into your now.
And what I mean by that is I'm always striving to stay in the now, but where I'm where I've moved to, it's almost been a year, you guys. September will be well, May, June, July, August. Yeah. And it'll be a it's it's been mean, it's been longer than I thought. Where I'm at is exponentially more expensive than where I was.
And even though I don't have a mortgage payment and those kind of things, it's just, you know, the grocery prices are super high. The gasoline prices are incredibly high. Rent, incredibly high. But I'm still I still know where I'm supposed I still know I'm supposed to be here. And so I'm I've been looking at, okay.
How how am I supposed to do this source? Because I'm supposed to live in the now, but I am a trained planner. And so those that's like that's like duality. You know, live in the now, but be a planner. That doesn't work.
And so I've really been having a lot of conversations with spirit, my sweet spirit. Oh, you've put up with a lot over these years, haven't you? But I've I've been having a lot of conversations like, how am I supposed to live in the now whenever everything that I've done for the past forty years has been planning. You know? I plan this.
I plan that. I do this. I do that. I look to the future, and I see where things are going, and I plan out for that throughout my career. And so I know that that's something that I have to slay and that I've been working on and and just trusting and believing.
And then dealing with the ego of, okay. Well, you trust and believe, and then it doesn't come to fruition. Well well, you obviously didn't do it, you know, right. Well, that makes you feel kinda bad. Well, you know, you obviously said something that didn't align, and so, you know, that kind of stuff.
And then and then when you do stand in your faith and and what you're believing for and possibly it doesn't happen on the time frame you thought it would happen on, then you're kind of feeling a little sheepish like, oh my goodness. This is a little embarrassing. And I'm just being honest with you. I'm I'm just I'm just some people will tell you about their walks in different ways, and I'm just I'm just throwing it out there the way I feel. I can't speak for others.
So I just thought I'd I'd tell you that people on this journey and even people that have not been on this journey have sent me things recently that really aligned with where I where I'm at. And it was it was uncanny how it all kind of arrived within a couple of days, two of which were sent within thirty minutes of each other. And I'm like, okay. And two different people that don't communicate. A lot of the people that I that I keep in touch with don't communicate with other people that I communicate with.
And so it's interesting to see how Source works through people. And and probably they don't really, really understand how perfectly timed their text was or their meme was or a song that they shared was. Or somebody shares something with you on Instagram that's a coworker, and then and then that leads to another Instagram post that that just popped up in your feed. Yeah. We know what happens there.
That's, like, spot on. You're like, woah. That's that's kinda creepy. But it's it's good. So I don't even know where to start, but we're gonna start with a couple of weeks ago, I attended a webinar right before my show, and and and Rob were ready to kick it off without me, but I made it in in time.
And so we had a really great show together. And one of the things that doctor Samuel b Lee shared was consciousness is like a ladder. Each rung is where you learn transformation. And it got a little deep. It got into the quantum physics of things, but it was really, really good.
I kinda need that visual. I'm kind of a kinesthetic learner. I wanna have I need the visual, but I need the tactile hands on thing too. And so it was really good for me to kinda think of it as like a ladder because it it becomes kind of ethereal to me if it's just ascension. Okay.
I'm on my ascension journey. Woo. You know? Okay. I go up.
I don't really know what that means. Well, now I understand that, you know, if I'm climbing a ladder and I'm making it through different things or different dimensions or or however you wanna call it, then then then I can kind of I can kinda wrap my head around that. So he said one thing that really stuck with me, and I think I shared before on the show fairly recently, maybe the last couple of shows, that fear had always been something that I've dealt with that I pretty much remember my entire life. And it had to do with music. It had to do with fear of performing, fear of not measuring up.
And it was kind of a reverse pride situation. Whenever I was in the church, you know, you're not supposed to be prideful. And so, you know, prideful. You know? But it was like, what will people think?
What if I hit a wrong note? What if I sing flat? What if I sing sharp? What if I sing the wrong word? So that is where doctor Lee's statement really spoke to me.
And the statement was from that webinar, all great things lie on the other side of fear. And in doing that, a friend, Birdie, you guys know Birdie, sent me a poem that she wrote, and I asked if I could share it on the radio. And she said, absolutely. And it was really in line everything that was sent to me this week was in line with what I was sensing to share on the show. So the poem is simulation.
How many moments will it take to realize this life is, oh, so fake? We are the writer, director, and actor too. Our own experiences we simulate. It's true. There is no room for fear in the world we create.
We are divinely protected and in control of our fate. We can choose to live in the mind and let it control our fears or can stay peaceful in the heart as our ascension nears. It is not always easy but simple for sure. We just have to trust and let our spirit explore. We are here for a reason, a choice we have made, so now is the time to not be afraid.
We live in the here, and we live in the now. Cherish each moment and all experiences we allow. Sometimes we think we are under attack. We must always look at how we act. Are we feel fearful and sad or just plain nuts?
Where one door opens, sometimes another shuts. The signs and symbols are all around. If you stay in your heart, the answers are found. And that was written by our friend Birdi in 2026. So stay in your heart.
Stay in your heart. The answers are found. This first song that I wanna share with you, it's gonna be a menagerie of songs. I'm so excited. The first one I want to share with you, they'll all be linked in the bottom of the show page, was sent to me by another friend, and it's called paradise by Coldplay.
When she was just a girl, she expected the world, but it flew away from her reach. So she ran away in her sleep and dreamed of para para paradise. Every time she closed her eyes when she was just a girl, she expected the world, but it flew away from her reach, and the bullets catch in her teeth. Life goes on, and it gets so heavy. The wheel breaks the butterfly.
Every tear, a waterfall. In the night, the stormy night, she'd close her eyes. In the night, the stormy night, away she'd fly and dreamed of para para paradise. Para para, paradise. She dream of paradise.
So lying underneath those stormy skies, she said, oh, oh, oh, oh, I know the sun must set to rise. This could be para para paradise. I shared with my friend Birdia a saying that I love, and it it was talking about this this pile of poop in a horse barn. Right? And where they shovel out the stalls, and there's this big huge pile of poop, horse poop.
And one little boy is so sad because he has to shovel all the poop. He's like, oh, this is awful. This is torture. And another little boy, like, dives headfirst right into middle of the pile of poop, and he's like, help me dig. There's gotta be a pony in here.
There's so much poop. There's gotta be a pony in this pile of poop. And so that's what this kinda reminds me of, you know, when she says, I know the sun must set to rise. And so that's kind of the way I look at it. I know there's a pony in this pile of poop.
I'm going for the pony. So that is just something that I just really wanted to say. And and going from that and looking back into to the song, and I skipped over some of the repeating stuff. But I remember how our friend, Q, told us that when we're asleep, we're awake. And when we're awake, we're asleep.
And this song really spoke to me about that because, you know, she ran away. So she ran away in her sleep and dreamed of paradise, but she actually was in paradise. And then she expected the world, but it flew away from her reach, and the bullets catch in her teeth. Life gets so heavy. The wheel breaks the butterfly.
Every tear a waterfall. In the night, the stormy night, she'd close her eyes. In the night, the stormy night, away she'd fly. How many people do you know that have probably been chastised for, before all of this was really coming out, for just being dreamers. You know?
They they were the ones that just, you know, well, you know, everything's great, and they're just dreamers. And other people are just, you know, nose to the grindstone, trying to make things work, trying to pay the bills, trying to make things happen. And they were the few that would be like, it it's just it's it's perfect. It's gonna work out. Now more and more are starting to align with their spirits really working with them in the now.
And that kinda goes back to what I was talking about earlier about that being a planner has been very difficult for me to stay in the now and not have that monkey mind get in the way. Because you know, you know you know that the rent's coming or you know that the, you know, whatever's coming or that, you know, x y z, whatever it is with you. It may not be money. It may be something else. It may be health.
You know, it may be relationships. But whatever it is for you, sometimes being in the now, you know, you just sit and you just wanna be in peace, and you wanna be in peace energy, but then a zinger comes through. So I'm just here to let you know that just because, like I say, just because I'm on the radio and just because Rob and Birdi and Shane and others, Robin, others are on the radio, it doesn't mean that we've got all of our shit together. Now we're progressing, and and we're we're making it our our I can speak for me. I can't speak for others.
I'm making it my purpose to continue on this journey. And but I'm just letting you know I'm I'm not perfect. I'm not perfect. I don't have it all together. Another song that a friend sent me a while back, it's fun.
It's such a fun song. It's called pocket full of sunshine. It's by Natasha Bedingfield. And it says, I got a pocket. I got a pocket full of sunshine.
It's so cute. It's a really upbeat tempo, uptempo. It's fun. And it says, I gotta love, and I know that I that it's all mine. And then it goes, do what you want, but you're never gonna break me.
Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me. Oh. Uh-oh. And then it goes into it's an echo. Take me away.
Take me away. A secret place. A secrets yeah. A sweet escape. And then it goes into take me away.
A hiding place. And it says, I got a pocket, got a pocket full of sunshine. I gotta love, and I know that it's all mine. And then do what you want, but you're never gonna break me. Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me.
And then it's like, no. No. No. And then I and then it goes the pocket full of sunshine again, but then it goes, I gotta love, and I know that it's all mine. And then wish that I could, but you ain't gonna own me.
O w n. Own me. Do anything you can to control me. You can't control me is the echo on that one. And I'm like, wow.
There's so much disclosure in these songs. And some of these are just like, you know, it could be this song could have been written because of a bad relationship. And, you know, take me away to brighter days. Take me away, you know, do anything you can you can't get to control me. You can't control me.
And but it also can very much be disclosure about what we've talked about on the show a lot about, you know, Prism Planet and being controlled on this planet. There's a really good post on forthepeople.space. I don't know if I have it up right now because I was having some issues with just getting signed on and having having my ears. I I don't have any I can't hear myself. Kinda weird.
It's called slaves no more on for thepeople. Space. And it's talking about most of this galaxy was at one time ruled through terror and tyranny by the old empire, which was represented in Star Wars as the Galactic Empire known today as the Galactic Federation. This group designated Earth as an eternal prison, branding those who oppose their imperial oppression as untouchables. I'm just gonna move on.
I was gonna make a comment. I'm gonna move on. Once captured, each precious spirit was electrocuted with such severity, all memory of who that being was as a divine light from the creator was erased before being dumped into the eternal slave slavery, paying taxes and doing as they were told while their energy, light, and hope was siphoned relentlessly for eternity. And then Lawrence r Spencer said, what greater brutality can be inflicted on anyone than to erase or deny their spiritual awareness, identity, ability, and memory that is the essence of oneself? We're programmed down here for our ego to be, like I talked about, you know, successful in business.
I'm a planner. I'm very good at what I do, that kind of thing. That's who you believe to be the essence of oneself when you when your spirit is just an afterthought. It's like, yeah, you have a spirit or yeah. You have a spirit, but then you have to go to church and and you have to understand all of that.
Well, I learned a lot in church, and so there's a lot of good in the Bible. But I also learned that I have to go to someone else instead of going within and commune and communing with my spirit and learning who I truly am by myself, Learning who I am and that I I as the spirit, that's the real me. Not not this earth flesh suit that I'm in that everybody recognizes and acknowledges as sunshine on the outside. So, anyway, there's a that's a really good post to go read to go learn a little bit more about it. And the domain expeditionary force that came successfully won the battle long ago.
However, the old empire had many hidden bases with ships and military continuing to monitor and control this prison planet and other areas using electronic mind control five g to keep the amnesia in place and the slaves robotically following orders without even knowing it. So, anyway, it's a really good, really good article if you're interested in going to forthepeople.space, and it's called slaves no more. So this song was sent to me by a sweet friend, the I've got a pocket full of sunshine. And her she had told her granddaughter that she had a friend named Sunshine and that and that she was sharing that with her. And she goes, know, there's a there's a song about sunshine, and so she gave her this song.
And it was really cool. So the song, the bridge that ends let me see if this is the bridge, if this is where it ends. Let me see. No. The one of the bridges that says, there's a place that I go that nobody knows where the rivers flow, and I call it home.
And there's no more lies. In the darkness, there's light, and nobody cries. There's only butterflies. And then it goes back into the chorus. Take me away.
A secret place. A sweet escape. Take me away. Take me away to better days. Take me away, a hiding place.
Take me away, a secret place, a sweet escape. And then another bridge. The sun is on my side and takes me for a ride. And then the closing, I smile up to the sky. I know I'll be alright.
The sun is on my side and takes me for a ride. I smile up to the sky. I know I'll be alright. And I just thought it's just such a good song. It's such an upbeat song.
Again, it's pocket full of sunshine by Natasha Beddingfield, b e d I n g f I e l d. I'm hoping that it's allowed to put the links in Spotify to these songs. If not, then that's fine. Then BBS will just tell you the name of the song and who the artist is, and you can go find it on whatever whatever source you want to pull it from. The the next one that I wanna talk about was just recently sent to me, and it was good.
I'm like, the people are just it was just another friend that sent it to me, and I'm like, this is so incredibly good. And the same person sent me a post excuse me, not a post. Sent me an email that had let me see if I can find it. Yeah. That had a quote from Bashar.
Bashar. Sorry. And it says synchronicity is your physical reality's way of showing you that you are in alignment with your true self. And so we talk about synchronicities on here a lot, but we've never really talked about why they're important or why we get excited about them and why it makes us giggle or laugh or smile or chuckle or say, I see you whenever we get them. And I thought this was really good because it's like synchronicity is your physical realities.
Right? Physical realities way of showing you that you are in alignment with your true self, not your earth suit, that you're in alignment with your true source, like spiritual self, your spirit self. And I just thought that was amazing. And so this particular person also sent me this song, and it's it's fun. It's fun.
It says the title of the song is let in the sun. I'm sure you guys are seeing a theme right now because friends and people say, hey. Here's a new sun swan or here's a new whatever. So it's a lot of fun. Sunshine gets loved on.
So that's, you know, kind of fun synchronicities. And and all of these came whenever I was trying to put this show together, and those are the synchronicities that make me giggle because it's like, I didn't talk to anybody about what I was planning for the show. And everything that they've sent is just it's like you take two two wheels that are that have that are that are teeth, you know, like like cogs, and they're just like click click click click click in together. It's beautiful. So, anyway, it's called let let in the sun, and it's from take that.
And it says the the lyrics say, you found yourself alone in a room, total devastation. In the darkness, you must enter the code and crack the combination all on your own. Pick yourself up and search for the light. Hungry for a new start. It's your chance now to stand up and fight.
Take the next step. Now a day at a time. And then it goes into open up. Open up. Everybody's waiting.
From high above, feel the love. Open up your windows. And then it's let in the sun. Let in the sun. Let in the sun.
Just let in the sun. And then it goes into the next verse. Good to see you with your feet on the track waiting for a restart, leaving all that once was holding you back. Want you to see the sunrise as fast as you can. And I flipped pages too many pages.
And it says, pick it up and turn it around. Want you to see the sunrise as fast as you can. And it goes back into the chorus. Open up. Open up.
Everybody's waiting from high above. Feel the love. Open your windows. And then let in the sun. Let in the sun.
Let in the sun. Just let in the sun. Feel the air and breathe it in. Feel the warmth upon your skin looking out and looking in. Continuing every color in your eyes in reflection of the light every minute, every night.
Open up. Open up. Everybody's waiting from high above. Feel the love. Open up your windows.
Let in the sun. Let in the sun. And then it's like, oh, let in the sun. And so the bible talks about there's a lot of good stuff in the bible. There's a lot of twisted stuff too that got tweaked, which is sad.
But in my experience, some of it some of it has rung true. And there's a scripture that talks about your eyes are the windows to your soul. And so when I when I heard this song, I'm like, and it's saying that they're looking up. Right? It says, open up.
Open up. Everybody's waiting from high above, which every time I say that, I always wanna look up. And it says, feel the love, and it says, open up your windows. And so I I just kept thinking opening my eyes, send them those windows, you know, the they're the windows to my soul and just and just taking in what I would call my balcony people. There was oh, I wish I could remember her name.
There was an author a while back, and she wrote a book called balcony people. And she was talking about people that are in heaven that are, like, in the balcony rooting for you. And they could be, you know, teachers that you're really close to or loved ones, you know, grandparents or parents or or brothers, sisters, you know, those those husbands, wives, whatever, children, just significant people that that were really close to you and that they were your balcony people, you know, rooting you along. And so I'm like, oh, that sounds so cool. It's like, okay.
Well, they're my balcony. People are rooting for me from high above, and they just made me think of that. So as I say, songs speak to me, and I don't know if they speak to you all or not. But, yeah, lyrics speak to me. And even the music itself resonates or doesn't resonate with me.
It's it's kind of a it's a feeling for me. Not a feeling. It's a sensing for me. So then there were two that were super fun that are, like, manifesting songs that I thought were a lot of fun. And I didn't know if you guys would enjoy them or not, but I was gonna share them because I just think they're a lot of fun.
I always get what I want, and it's by the affirmation club and Pamela Kurt, p a m e l a k u r t. And you can find Pamela Kurt on Instagram at Pamela Kurt, k u r t. And so it's kind of both of these kind of have a a, like, a reggae kinda leaning back into the rhythm, kind of a slow groove kinda feel to them. They move along pretty quickly, but it's just kind of a slow island feel. So they're super fun.
So slow moves, soft power, everything finds me. I feel it coming. No need to wonder what I imagine. Lives in my body. I see it clear.
It's already calling. No stress in my chest. I breathe and receive. Money flows easily when I believe. I don't run after.
I let it derive. I move in rhythm. Life meets my vibe. I don't check signs. I am the sign.
Every desire already mine, soft but powerful. When I decide the universe moves, when I align, I always get what I want. I always get what I want. What I see in my mind shows up right on time. So I come hard.
Everything bends my way. I don't force. I attract. Golden hour and my aura glow. I walk life I already know that was for me.
Can't pass me by. It finds me calm. It finds me high. Pass just to breathe excuse me. Pay just to breathe.
Pay just to be. Look in my steps. It follows me. Look in my voice. Peace in my tongue.
Success feels warm, feels like home. I rush no fear, no doubt inside. I trust the timing of my life. I let go when door appear. I feel it closes already here.
I always get what I want. I always get what I want. What I see in my mind shows up right on time. Money loves me. I love it back.
Eases my language. That's a fact. I don't chase. I magnetize. Life responds when I align.
I always get what I want. What I see in my mind shows up right on time. And this is where I wanted to kinda talk about again, being a professional planner. I I have a difficult time staying in the now when it comes to manifesting because I I know in so many days, such and such is coming due or in so many days, blah blah blah, or you're behind with, you know, BBS radio or whatever. You know?
So so all of those things. And so, you know, what I see in my mind shows up right on time. Well, if I see in my mind that I'm behind on a payment or that a payment's coming due and whatever, that's not staying in the now. And so part of this walk is learning to recognize what your triggers are and what your hiccups are and what your speed bumps are and correcting, doing course corrections to undo the programming and to stay on course with your new programming. So I'll continue with the lyrics of the song.
Again, the song is called, since I kinda stopped the middle of it. Sorry. I always get what I want by affirmation club. So continuing, I'll start with the last line. What I see in my mind shows up right on time.
Difficulty living in the now, having financial obligations, desiring to be responsible. This is me talking. You know, give a heads up. You know, puts me in doubt mode because I have to verbalize with folks, you know, may not have the money on time. And so that's what I wanted to talk about and let you guys know that I'm human.
You know? I I am a I am human, and so I am in a battle to stay in the now and not worry about anything, which sounds amazing. I've got it I've got it in some areas. I and I don't have it in others. So that's where you do the mind to heart drop because you take your thoughts and you drop them into your heart, and then your mind is your heart center.
It's now your heart center. And so that's where that's, you know, where you make your decisions. And so it's not that you don't have any thoughts. It's just that the thoughts that you're having, you need to do the mind to heart drop. I command my spirit to take the thoughts in my head and drop them into my heart.
K? That's the mind to heart drop. Do it three times. And then from there, you make your decisions through your heart center. You know?
What is your highest and best excitement through your heart center? So it was kind of it was kind of hard to differentiate between well, it's still a thought. Yes. You still you still may you may think it's a thought, but if you're running it through your heart filter, your heart center, your highest and best excitement, then Ron Amatron has said, then that's working it through your heart center. So alright.
Let me see here. The last one I wanted to talk about it's funny. The the lyrics are funny to me. It makes me laugh. It's called I don't chase.
I attract. A t t r a c t. I don't chase. I attract. And it's by affirmation club again.
And it's by Pamela Kurt, k u r t. I believe she was the the writer and composer. I don't chase. I attract. Everything finds its way back.
I don't stress. I don't fight. My whole life is flowing right. I breathe in peace. I let go fear.
What is mine is already here. I don't run. I don't wait. The universe knows my fate. I love money, and money loves me.
Financial freedom running to me. I get paid to exist. Just be. Everything flows so effortlessly. I am happy.
I am wealthy. I am glowing. I am healthy. Let me do that again. I am happy.
I am wealthy. I am glowing. I am healthy. I am magnetic. Can't you see?
Everything comes naturally. I don't need to check the three d. I trust myself. I trust the unseen. Everything comes at the perfect time.
I want it, and it's already mine. I don't rush time. I let it flow. What is for me already knows. I don't chase dreams.
I don't pretend. Everything meets me in the end. I love money, and money loves me. Financial freedom running to me. I get paid to exist.
Just be. Everything flows so effortlessly. I am happy. I am wealthy. I am glowing.
I am healthy. I am magnetic. Can't you see? Everything comes naturally. I slowed my breath.
I changed the tone, started acting like it's already done. Now I choose what I assume. Life says yes to every move. It's if it's mine, it won't pass me by. It finds its way.
I'll receive the sign. I'm gonna I'm gonna inter I'm gonna interject here on these lyrics. I used to always teach that life's opportunities are a river, and everybody else teaches that it's a pie. And so you've got this pie, and you cut it into so many slices, but then eventually, you run out of pie. You know, the person that's, like, wants that last piece of pie at the at the, you know, at the family dinner, and it's like the last piece.
And so they'd, like, cut into the three little slivers, and it's like, okay. Great. You know? But then it's gone. There's no more pie.
I've always taught that life is like a river. And you go to the river, and there's an opportunity that goes by that you really like. And so you dip your cup into the into the river, your coffee cup, you dip it in, and you scoop out that opportunity. Right? Well, what you scooped out of the river did not really affect the depth or the flow of the river.
It keeps going. And there's other opportunities that are floating by you that others downstream will dip out, and that'll be their opportunity. But there's always it's always flowing. So the river is always flowing. So life is not a pie.
So those that have that example given to them from this point forward, remember, people believe it's pie, but it's not. It's a river. Opportunities continue to flow. So take out the one that you like, take out the one that gives you the highest and best excitement, and then leave the others for other people. And then next time you need another opportunity, go to go to about another one that brings you, you know, great excitement.
So I'll say that again. If it's if it's mine, I won't pass it won't pass me by. It finds its way. I'll receive the sign. I love money and money loves me.
Financial freedom running to me. I get paid to exist. Just be. Everything flows so effortlessly. I am healthy.
I am wealthy. I am glowing. I am healthy again. I am magnetic. Can't you see?
Everything comes naturally. I always get what I want. I always get what I need. Everything happens in my favor. Everything flows easily.
I don't chase. I attract. I don't chase. I attract. What I want wants me more.
I wanna say that again. What I want wants me more, and it's already knocking on my door. So those were the songs that I wanted to share with you. And I thought, you know, if they make me smile and make me giggle and make me think, oh, I gotta work on something here, work on something there, then then I figured if it speaks to me, it'll speak to you guys too. So I wanted to share those with you.
I got a couple of the saying that I said earlier. VBS radio will will post that, but I also got a really funny meme that was so funny. And I wanted to share that with you too. It'll be posted as well on on my show page. But it made me laugh because it's a guy let me see if I can describe.
It's hard to describe. You guys will see it when you see the meme, but it's it's a meme. And it's people that are, like, on a dock, like a fishing dock, like a boat dock. And you've got their backs, their sides are to you, and they're doing their own thing. And there's one guy walking down the center of the dock coming back from the end, coming back towards the camera.
And he's got on cutoffs, and he's got a white T shirt with a bright colored Hawaiian shirt over it, and it's unbuttoned. And he's got on bright blue reflective like sunglasses, and he's got this big cheesy grin on his face. So that's that's the that's the picture. Okay? Everybody else is kinda doing their own thing, but he's, like, coming front center to the camera.
And he's got this big, huge, freshly caught fish in his hand. Right? And so there are different sayings or words around on the picture. One of them is aliens. The other one is is hantavirus.
The other one is data centers, and the other one is World War three. But the but the the guy carrying the fish, the the writing over him was me going fishing. And it's so funny because that's kinda how we are right now. It's like, I don't even watch the news anymore because it's just so negative. And it's like, okay.
How are we supposed to stay in our highest domestic excitement with aliens and antivirus and data centers and World War three? Oh my. Oh my. You know, lions and tigers and bears. Oh my.
So it's really funny funny. And you guys can take this for what it's worth, but I thought I'd share this too. The hantavirus or the the word h a n t a in Hebrew and Hungarian. The context can mean and this is in casual everyday language, not formal language, so not proper English. It would be, you know, just kind of their casual everyday language in Hebrew or Hungarian.
It can mean nonsense or lies or a scam or, quote, full of crap. It's commonly used to dismiss a story or situation as a hoax, forgery, or a complete fabrication. So I didn't think I'd end with that, but I'm going to. So I'll I'll I'll kinda close it up, and I'll wrap it up. I'll I'll go on time, BBS, so hold off.
But, yeah, I just that one just made me laugh and giggle. I'm like, okay. You guys can do everything else. I'm gonna go fishing, and he got a he got a big fish. So what is your highest and best excitement Mine is music.
Mine is helping people. Mine is helping people through music. I own a keyboard. I don't know how to play. I own a guitar.
I don't know how to play. I own tuning forks. I don't know how to play. I wanna take a singing bowls class. I know how to sing, but I don't know how to perform and produce and songwrite.
I don't know how to write in chords. I can read music, you know, by rote, which is that doesn't make sense to some people. I can read music by looking at the notes and following the melody or the harmony, but I don't know how to read chord structures. So, like, you know, you've got, you know, five chords, three chords, six chords. I don't know how to read that.
And so today, I reached out to a local university here that I thought they had a master's program, but it's a BA program. But it's in in music performance. And I was, like, ready to, like, give me the student loans or whatever I need to do. Somebody somebody give me a scholarship or whatever. I'm going to go work on this gift that I walked away from in when I was in high school.
Because I just could not see myself being a band director or, God forbid, being the next Benny Goodman on clarinet. So I walked away. And I'm realizing that this whole life was about living our highest and best excitement. The reason I came down here was to the reason I agreed to come here. Crash my jet.
Crash crash my yeah. Anyway, we won't get into that. The reason I agreed to come here was because I wanted to rescue people and and live my highest and best excitement. Enjoy this beautiful water planet and take it back. And part of that is music.
I recognize there's a gifting there. I don't even begin to scratch the surface on knowing what all what all it is there for, but I know it's legacy. So with that said, I'd it went ahead and sent them an email and said, see that you have a BA program, but it doesn't appear you have a master's. I just moved back here. I'm not I'm not familiar with the area.
Do you have any recommendations? You know? Does anybody else have a master's program? Or, is there somebody that teaches the things that I'm interested in learning? And so I'm excited.
I'm excited about opening that door and following through with that. Yeah. I've got a person that I met through work that they'll be out of school in June, and they were wanting to start doing guitar lessons. And I said, I well he goes, well, is it the motivation that you need? Do you need do you need the accountability?
And I'm like, no. It's the money. And he goes, oh, well, yeah, that's a problem. And I said, but I can cook. And I said, you wanna barter?
So here I am doing my creative co op. Like, I can cook. Can I trade you cooked meals? Because he's single single male. Can I cook meals and you teach me how to play my guitar?
And he goes, we could probably make that work. I'm like, yay. So I'll let you know how that turns out too. But, yeah, I it's been fun sharing with you. I know it's kinda weird having a monologue after not having it for so long, but I just wanted to kinda let you guys know where I'm at.
I'm not perfect. I'm not there. Have I conquered some things? Absolutely. I have.
Do I am I happy where I'm at? Yes. I love where I'm at. Are things easy? Financially, they're a little challenging.
I'll just tell you that. But but there's a peace here. There's a peace here and an energy here that calls me, and it anchors me. So I encourage you. What is your highest and best excitement?
What did you walk away from when you were little, or what did you walk away from so you could go make the money to support your family? But it's something that just is is inside of you that you love. I know a friend at BBS loves gardening, talks to every one of these plants, absolutely loves it. And I just can't imagine what it'd be like. I love I love I love gardening too.
I can't imagine what it would be like to not have that, to just not have that source of peace and anchoring and grounding in my life. And so I'm I'm going back to where I see that I got knocked off track, and I'm going to see if that door will open. And if it does, great. And if it doesn't, it's still fun trying to, you know, trying to, you know, look just knock on doors. Where am I supposed to go?
I'm I feel like a puppy. A puppy going to each little lap going, are you gonna hold me? Hey. Do you wanna hold me? I'm kinda cute.
You wanna scratch me behind the ear? Come on. Wanna play fetch? Let's play fetch. Oh, you wanna nap?
Okay. I'll nap. Can I can I nap on your lap? I mean, that's how I feel right now. So thank you for joining me on Whiplash Talk.
It's been kind of a fun show. This is on BBS Radio, and all the syndicated stations, thank you for carrying the show and for all the listeners and supporters. Couldn't do it without you. I love you so much.
I love you so much, and I appreciate you more than words can say. Have a beautiful, beautiful day, everyone. Bye.
