Malabika Shaw, management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC), has spent the first 25 years of her career in management education, training, human resources and organizational development. She headed the Management Education Division of the All India Management Association (New Delhi) for three years, and later as a free lance consultant was retained by USAID, Mother Care, Center for Education Management and Development, Dept for International Development (UK), and other projects.
Since 1998, Malabika has been a devoted student of the Consciousness phenomenon and the field of Energy Healing arts. She is a life coach and an advanced practitioner of various Breath and Meditation techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Conscious Creation, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) and Reiki.
Raised in India with western education, Malabika brings a unique blend of eastern and western thought to her profession. With her own experiences, she offers a synthesis of insights from the wide and varied fields of energy therapies, management, psychology, science and spirituality.
Malabika has maintained a private practice in Energy Healing and Coaching since 2000. She teaches the principles of mind-body-energy and the art of conscious creation through many organizational forums. Her Mentorship Program has benefited a large number of individuals from diverse backgrounds in the past years. Her organization Vision Holistic creates the ability to see wholeness.
Malabika's past experience in corporate human resources, and her current involvement with the energy of human consciousness, puts her in a unique position to offer this cutting edge technology and knowledge to both organizations and individuals.

As we live in the moment of truth whatever that truth is for you we learn that it just Is. Without any judgments of the words spoken, we realize that inside all of us is the truth of our being, our True selves yearning to be Loved as we open ourselves to be vulnerable and authentic.
I invite all the listeners to listen with the inner knowing that we are all One as we unite here on the air. We are called to be aware of our own perceptions and interpretations of what IS.
Each individual is learning and moving on with what is. Let us allow ourselves to be okay with what is said and take in whatever has shown up in our lives as the presence of the Divine and the light of the Universe showing itself and revealing itself as me, you and all.
