My guest, Tom Pinkson, is a Ph.D. transpersonal psychologist. for over 60 years Tom has been committed to reconnecting people with the wisdom principles of Nature and their own true nature, infinite, unconditional light and love. He completed an 11-year apprenticeship with Huichol shamans, has been doing ceremonial work with psychedelic plant medicines for 60 years and leading vision quests for over 50 years. He has been a pioneer in bridging the space between ancient and Indigenous wisdom traditions to address the challenges of the times. He helped start the first at-home Hospice program in the United States and worked with children with life-threatening illness for over 30 years, created a successful wilderness treatment modality for heroin addicts and is the founder of A New Vision of Living Foundation, the spiritual community of Wakan, is an author of numerous books, leads Fire Ceremonies and co-hosts the Shamanic Sundays podcast with his older daughter.
