Dr. Robins is a Podiatrist-Foot Specialist specializing in the use of Bio-oxidative therapy for the treatment of diseases and conditions affecting the foot an ankle. He has pioneered the use of the Robins Method of Direct Intravenous Ozone Therapy making it the safest and most effective way of performing this treatment.

After four years of practicing and teaching traditional western medicine and surgery, Dr. Robins began his studies in ‘alternative’ medical practices in 1977. He is recognized as a world leader in medical ozone therapy and is the only physician with extensive experience in both Major Auto-Hemotherapy (MAH), 45,000 treatments performed, and Robins Method of Direct Intravenous Ozone Therapy℠ (RMDIV) with over 330,000 treatments performed since 1990, and also trains doctors in the latest method Hyperbaric High Dose Ozone Therapy (HBOT) also called “Ten Pass” with over 500 treatments performed.

He is a founding member of the American Academy of Ozonotherapy (AAO) and the International Association for Ozone in Healthcare (IAOH) and Ozone Without Borders (OWB) and has trained doctors from around the world.

Most importantly he and Dr. Robert Rowen went by invitation of the President of Sierra Leone in West Africa in the middle of the Ebola epidemic of 2014 to train doctors in his of DIV ozone therapy. It was successful and saved lives of doctors’ sick with Ebola. This resulted in a case study being published in the African Journal of Infectious Disease in August 2015. He recently trained two doctors from the Republic of the Congo to treat the second worst Ebola outbreak in the world currently in their country.

She has two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Ottawa, Canada, and a master's degree in human security from Royal Roads University, Canada. For over a decade, she has worked with the Government of Canada, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, INTERPOL, law enforcement, and lived-experts on research, policy writing, human rights advocacy work, and global projects focused on supporting victims and survivors. Ena Lucia has also assisted vulnerable communities and victims of human trafficking as a volunteer with NGOs in trafficking hotspots. During her time working at Canadian Parliament with Member of Parliament Joy Smith, Ena Lucia built a database to track human trafficking cases and to provide supporting data for Bill C-310, a piece of legislation that enhanced the definition of exploitation in the criminal offense of human trafficking. Using information from this database, Bill C-310 also enabled the prosecution of Canadians who committed crimes against children and human trafficking offenses outside of Canada’s borders. Ena Lucia's research was also used to support Bill S-224, An Act to Amend the Criminal Code (Trafficking in Persons) before the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights. Ena Lucia is the Global Ambassador of the Council on Violence against Men and Boys. She is also Co-Founder of the 2024 International Conference on Violence against Men and Boys. Ena Lucia is a trainer and international speaker and has presented her research at international conferences, the United Nations and INTERPOL. She is also a published researcher, and her work can be found in the Child Abuse and Neglect Journal special edition on boys.
