He is dedicated to creating lasting personal transformation by training people to access and use their intrinsic personal power. In his trainings and lectures, Dr. Matt focuses on building rapport and trust in communication, and overcoming trauma and emotional barriers to reduce stress and enhance quality of life. He also works with leadership models to promote healthy, growth-affirming families, organizations, and communities.

Dr. Matt's degrees include an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Ph.D. in Health (Integrative) Psychology from Walden University.
