Assist users in support and provide training in the use of Microsoft family of products, SAP, Citrix, Ebuy, PIMS, OLBH, Payroll, and E-Port. As Safety Floor Warden for the 17th Floor, conduct monthly training on safety items and present topics in tailboards. Left the company due to disability.

CEO and President of private hypnosis clinic. Assist clients in hypnotic approach to matters of Stress, Weight Loss and Smoking Cessation. Present talks to the general public on hypnosis topics and conduct group seminars on the potential for hypnosis in corporate environment. Conduct training on hypnosis via personal appearances, training tapes and live demonstrational recordings. Certified as a Hypnosis Instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists and Regional Manager for the Mexico Chapter.
