Lexa Rollins, a transition coach, delivers a fresh concept on “coaching” in a way that allows women and men to look at and rumble with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges of their current situation. Owning their transition, in the present moment, is necessary in order to embrace their “next” venture.
Lexa understands first-hand that transitions, unexpected or planned, will succeed better when working with someone you trust to create an action-based strategy and plan.
On July 7, 2013, Lexa had a near-fatal motorcycle accident and spent 2 months in the hospital. The diagnosis was devastating; she had a traumatic brain injury (TBI), which forever changed her life. The path to recovery was grueling and extremely painful. After 4 years of grief, depression, rediscovery, rewiring, relearning and emerging as the “new-me” took a great deal of help from others and a gut-wrenching resilience to find her way back.
Lexa's own experience with trauma ignited a passion and dedication to help others who have experienced a life-altering event.
It’s about working with someone who is knowledgeable about re-discovering their identity, re-developing a higher level of self-worth and value in their lives, facilitating new behaviors, skill transfer, setting goals and taking steps to thrive after the transition. Lexa will guide you in creating a positive perspective, new goals, improved independent skills, and communication strategies to build the confidence you need to flourish and prosper.
Lexa has over 25 years of communication and business experience in industries that range from the technical Oil and Gas Industry to the creativity of sales and marketing. She found her niche as a vocal coach in 2004 and used techniques in a way that each person could tap into an inner power only to find that this power is “heard” by those around them.
Now, she knows that when life hits hard and fast, there are gifts of transformation that need to be unwrapped and released. And at the core of every person is a resiliency and a deep desire to bounce forward as a better and stronger new “you”!
