Who am I?  What do I believe? … and a little bit about You!

I’m a supportive, energetic, positive and passionate person who absolutely loves coaching.

“Life” has been my biggest teacher.  Isn’t it amazing what learning we can pull from a little divorce, death and depression!  I don’t say that to minimize the impact each of those can have on a person, but I do believe there is something to be gained from every experience in life – a gift.  I don’t believe any one experience has to dictate a person’s future, and yet, that’s totally fine if one chooses to allow an experience to redefine who they are.  Life offers us many choices and possibilities based on the viewpoints we choose to uphold.  We may be born into a life that feels constricted, but once we are here, we have the power to connect with the true nature of who we are and live a life that is limitless.

I’m here to support and guide passionate people who won’t settle for a life less than what they desire – even if it takes a million and one tries to get there.  I also believe you and I are more than our physical bodies.  I believe you are more than the part of yourself that you show to the world.  I believe you have talents and strengths worthy of sharing with the world, and I believe that you bring something unique and special to this place that others just don’t have – even others who may seem similar to you.  I believe that a life lived unexpressed, is akin to a life wasted.  You deserve to be heard. You and your message are wanted.  You most definitely are good enough … and you’re not alone.

Some of my strengths are outside-the-box thinking and being able to see the positive in every situation, the silver lining.  I know what it’s like to have to reach deep down within myself for inner strength; to intentionally redirect my thoughts and create a new mindset so that I could shift myself in the direction that I really wanted to go; and to choose to go my own way when everybody else just didn’t get me.  You are not any one label and it’s completely up to you if you want to choose to be some of this, with a lot of that and a dollop of something else altogether on the side!  We are creative beings in the sense that we get to create our lives the way that fits best for each of us.

As much as I’ve been through in my 30-something years of life, I know there’s still SO much more to learn and experience.  Life often isn’t lived in a straight line, and that’s okay – because it certainly isn’t a competition (although we sometimes think it is).  We are imperfect beings who are often a little too hard on ourselves.

“We spend the first half of our lives protecting the wounded child and the second half living as the expression of our purpose.” – Marcia Wieder, Dream

I have spent many years navigating my way towards finding how I could best live as the expression of my purpose.  Marcia also said “without the inner work, the outer doesn’t” – and boy do I believe that.  Do you often wonder how you’re going to accomplish the big goals and dreams you have for your life?  Do you find yourself going in circles, repeating the same patterns just with different people and situations?  Are you tired of feeling like it’s always a constant, uphill battle?  I totally get it.  Had I known that coaches existed back when I was struggling in some of my hardest times, I would’ve hired a coach.  Regardless, settling for a life I wasn’t passionate about was never an option for me.   While I’ve always been quite supportive, energetic and kept a smile on my face, I haven’t always been quite so happy.  I always knew, however, that long-term happiness was possible.  Or, you could say I just refused to give up on my dreams and goals.  It’s true – where there’s a will, there’s a way.

Living my dream is about the coaching work that I do with others and the various ways that I creatively express myself (radio, voiceover, singing and more).  I find immense joy in being present with a client while they take those brave, bold steps towards living the reality they may have only thought was scripted into a movie.  I promise you it’s all real.  If you have the drive to keep moving towards a more fulfilling life, don’t give up.  I know you will get there.

We can walk there together.

My professional background reflects my Jill-of-All-Trades nature.  From Dental Assistant to Human Resources Coordinator, and Voiceover Artist to Crime Analyst, Here I Am!  At heart, however, I’ve known I was a coach for over 20 years before I started coaching professionally.  As I had to experience my own journey to fulfillment, it thrills me to be able to bring it all together and now help others accelerate the time it takes to go from wherever *here* is to an AMAZING *there.*
