DR. ASAR HAPI, Ph. D. developed a methodology to optimize the physical ability of athletes, while maximizing their performance and extending the quality and longevity of their professional careers. These methods include:

Dr. Ha-Pi is the only African American in the world to receive ANCAR training.
Personal health concerns, which encompassed proposed surgery, prompted Dr. Ha-Pi to find a better way for his own well being. He pursued education in physiology, anatomy, neuroanotomy, nutrition and related subjects. He has studied at the Himalayan Institute since 1970. Dr. Ha-Pi has completed courses, lectures and intensive workshops with Swami Rama, Dr. Woods, BKS, Lyengar, Master Ekolu Raaton, Richard Utt, Beckly Love, Swami Satchinanda and Swami Vishnunaneda, Dr. Ha-Pi has also attended the International Institute of Physiology, where he learned healing techniques from China and applied techniques in Mexico, Egypt, India and South America.
Since 1978, Dr. Ha-Pi has developed and taught Egyptian Yoga. This unique body of knowledge serves as a personal and powerful adjunct to all the services he provides; Kemetic Yoga™, an ancient Egyptian system of Yoga enlightenment based upon the practices of physical movements combined with controlled deep breathing and meditation.
