Then Captain Symonds was recognized as the officer who presented the flag to Nancy Reagan during the interment ceremonies at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley California, on June 11, 2004.
A leader of men and women of our Armed Forces in the Navy, who protect our beloved nation twenty four hours a day- seven days a week! We are proud to have and look forward to hearing from Rear Admiral Symonds.
